Very bad experience they once say $45 for pedicure nd when we say clean properly then they charge extra 8 dollar nd nail paint they apply like discoloration and when we told we dnt like the services she didn't apologize and with her intolerant behaviour she told you wnt more coat i really feel disrespectful place.nd the one girl who did the service was also not behaving good she closed the door so loudly in such a way tht I feel disrespected in this organic salon . just felt in that place spend 57 dollars nd waisted never go.to.this place they have very rude behavior nd poor customer service skill.I recommend never go to this place there are many who offer good services with greeting .seriously very bad experience .

I used to get my pedicures here and they were pretty well done. Today I decided to go in while my car got serviced for my nails and it was horrible. My nails look a disaster, they are crooked and the gel polish looks bad like my 8 year old did it she couldn’t even file them the owner I believe came and helped her file my nails but after she polished they still were bad possible lady was very new I felt bad but didn’t tip I paid $40 for a very horrible job already as it is , I so regret going in there and getting my nails done. I would love to add a picture for you all to see but i can’t attach for some reason

First time here I thought I'd support a nail business closer to me so why not. I got a fill on my gel x. I then requested a French tip design. Never have I ever had a problem.. actually more like a passive aggressive nail technician having trouble with a French tip. I'm not looking for perfection.. but if I see my French tip is looking like my fav drop at Six Flags.. of course ima say something because I know I wouldn't be happy leaving if it could be fixed. However, when requesting for her ( Mimi ) to fix it nicely one of the female nail technicians started to tell me I was very needy and that it won't look perfect because my nail shape & bed could be different when she's the one tht filed my shape.. then she told me it was my eyes that could be off. I told her I wasn't needy I've just never had to correct a nail techs work because it's always done right. All I ever get are Frenchies. Also, since im here ill say everything I didnt like that should've been a basic detail. Nothing was cleaned down & when getting a pedi the tech used a Chipotle napkin like if she had that for lunch and said oh let me just use these I have some leftover. Unprofessional. Anyways, I will def continue to go to Kroma in Madera where I get served champagne for the same price and don't get told my eyes are off. Kroma is clean, very demure, and their whole staff is very cutesy. Kroma for the win. Mimi do better and your husband too please. The whole attitude of your staff made me think at one point that your business was connected to human trafficking because of the ugly and rude vibe. Mimi maybe retire. Or hire yourself as the custodian for your business.

I recently visited this nail salon with a friend, drawn in by their claim of accepting walk-ins. Unfortunately, the service was marred by unprofessionalism. The owners made passive-aggressive comments to my friend, which we initially laughed off as a misunderstanding. However, when my friend politely expressed concerns about her French tip design - which had uneven tips - the owner, Mimi, made a disparaging remark about my friend being 'complicated.' And needing to take 'measurements.' Overall, a disappointing and perplexing experience. Update: I'm extremely dissatisfied with the Gel X nails I got Not even a week ago. They're already coming off! I reached out to the salon for a fix, but the response was appalling. Initially, they agreed to help, but then called me back with a completely different tone. When I asked if they'd still fix my nails, the Manager became rude and dismissive, choosing to lecture me about my review instead of addressing my concern. Unbelievable!

First and last time I will come to this place. 1. They do not ask you what you want when you are requesting a pedicure. I was not provided a menu to options or pricing. My feet were soaking in water and then I was asked for what color but nothing else. I don't even know if I have gel or regular polish on my feet. 2. The man doing my feet did not conversate with me at all only until I spoke up about my nails not looking right. 3. I went to get a full set as well and the woman (mimi) yanked my arm multiple times to get my nails done and let's not talk about how impatient she was. She didn't want to be there is how I felt. She did everything so quick and messed up some of my designs even after I gave her a picture of what I wanted. Mimi was constantly worrying about what the others workers were doing than focusing on me her client and was messing up the whole time. My friend and I have glue left over from what mimi did to both of our nails. Even polish underneath our nails, my friend also didn't have her cuticles cut. It was just an overall bad experience. 4. The place is too small. 5. There was constant arguing between clients and workers about he said, she said kind of arguing about client not requesting a particular service and the worker saying they did and where a client who was waiting to finally be seen was told she had to keep waiting till someone else who barely walked in was seen. 6. I took my girl friend with me and she didn't have a good experience either. For her nails she had ombre with some gemstones on it cost over 100 dollars and it was not worth it at all. I felt bad. 7. This is why I would say instead of spending 260 dollars at a salon like I did to buy your nails from temu or Amazon at this point cuz this place was not the business. Over priced and no friendliness at all. 8. Don't come here if you want to pay easily over 100 dollars for 1 person and almost 300 for 2 people.

I had my nails and toes done many times here at organic nails and spa (: They are really great and fast at what they all do. The shop is always clean and that’s what caught my eye when I had first walked in for my very first time. I enjoy how they have conversations with their clients that’s what makes me satisfied and where I go back every time . Thank you being wonderful organic nails and spa (:

Amazing service! I got a pedicure and gel manicure w/ design. Christina, Kevin and Mimi were great! I usually get so much anxiety going to nail salons , but they were so nice and calming. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely be back. Thank you!!

Mimi and her husband are very rude and unprofessional. Simple questions or requests are met with snark and condescension. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. This experience encouraged me to start doing my own nails.

Terrible customer service!!! Mimi and her husband's demeanor lacks professionalism and courtesy. Even basic requests are met with sarcastic remarks and a patronizing attitude. I cannot recommend this establishment based on their behavior.

First time here and was close. The woman who did my toes yesterday had horrible customer service. She was distracted and too focused on the lady next to me that was doing my mom toes and what was going on outside. She looked like beginner and didn’t want to be there. The whole session was horrible I couldnt relaxed. She kept smacking her lips and just bad attitude. I wanted French tips but look like she wasn’t confident enough to do that so I went with a white gel. She cut my big toes too short pass the meat my cuticle are cut bad and burns especially when I move my toes. There still nail polish on my toes that she didn’t wipe off. Now I have to wait until my toes heal to get them done again. The whole pedicure was horrible to the point I was just ready to go. Paid over 100 for me and my mom nails together and didn’t tip. This is why I always go to the same nail salon and looking at the reviews you’ll think it was good.

Tony did the best massage with my pedicure, I literally could have fallen asleep. Got my nails done by Christina and she replicated my inspiration pic and did it even better. So so happy!!!!

I love going this place to do manicure and pedicure the staff is so friendly and they take care of you so good they do not rush and give you a great service . Prizes are affordable and they give the best massages Love to go again ❤️ I forgot to mention Kevin does an amazing job with pedicures and manicures, since I’m getting my pedicures my nails are super healthy . Love this place ♥️

Upon entering, I noticed how warm and stuffy it was. I was told they had to close the doors as too many flying insects were coming in. Okay, but then why not turn on the AC? The lady that did my nails (gel manicure) was fast and furious and it showed. I came home and cleaned them up a bit. I wont be going back.

Kristina did my husband’s pedi. She was great, I appreciate when he enjoys his pampering so we can get pedis together. We have also had Sofia and Tracy in the past and they do a great job as well.

The employees were very rude, and very sloppy with their work. I ended up needing to get my nails re-done at another place because they looked so bad. I would not recommend this place to anybody!
