Meh. Overall, fine. But while they were filling up the water for the pedicure it was basically lukewarm. She had to keep messing with the knob or something so it took a long while to even fill it up to the right point. The lady that was working on me was pretty nice. My mom got her nails painted and they just kind of had her sitting there and never said anything. The lady working on my feet left for a bit too. I saw you could get multiple drinks but she came out with a little water bottle and didn’t even offer anything else (it was my mom’s birthday too, from out of town). It wasn’t a horrible experience but it wasn’t great, especially for her birthday. Better places out there.

Wonderful pedicure experience. Such kind people work here. Thank you all so much! Edit: I love this place! I get the funny bunny dip powder with almond or stiletto shaped nails and chrome. They are lovely, and the staff takes their time perfecting my nails every time! Thank you thank you!!!

I came here long ago for a pedicure. Did a wonderful job. And they understood I was in a rush because as they were finishing up, my parents had a car accident. So, fast-forward, 2 years later: the other day, I was in the area and decided to get my nails done. The nail industry is suited now only to cater to customer requests from videos, not for older women who simply wanted to have pretty hands. This particular day, the job was less than stellar. But when I expressed this to the manager, they were more than willing to change the outcome and please the customer. Ms Diana was respectful of the time and money spent by both parties, the customer and the small business itself. So happy about their understanding.

I chose to try this place out because it had a lot of 5 star reviews and decent pictures but my experience was terrible. I had dip nail polish on my natural nails and I went in to get a new set. The nail tech was rough removing the old set and started by removing the old dip with a nail tip instead of soaking them off which broke 3 of my nails off. One nail broke half way which she glued back on because it was breaking at the nail bed. I had to ask her to soak the rest of the nails off because even though I was in obvious pain she tried to continue to use the nail tip to remove the nails. After she ended up soaking off the nails from my other hand the new set looked terrible. My nails are multiple lengths and the shape is uneven. The nail tech also kept offering services I did not want even after I repeatedly declined. Never going back.

Diana did my most recent set, full acrylic with chrome on top, gave a lot of attention to detail, I would recommend her for acrylics, been going here for a few years and this the best set I've had so far.

I absolutely love this nail salon. Not only do they always accommodate me and my toddler without an appointment, they always do a great job. Van who always does my manicure, is fantastic and her attention to detail is impeccable. Every time I have a request for the shape and type of nails I want she always comes through. Everyone at the salon is great, and is always so sweet and helpful with my toddler who is a handful. The lady who did my pedicure the last time and this time is also excellent. The massage chair is also a plus. Love this place!

Went to get manicures with a couple of people. The staff were okay, I had a male do my nails and they weren't the best. He missed a lot of my nail and left nail polish residue on my fingers. Ana was wonderful and very friendly! The machines/lights and workstations weren't very clean but overall was pretty tidy. I would come again but not to the same man that did them.

Just had the most incredible experience & had to share: I’ve been coming here for about 3.5 years now & the customer care for their loyal patrons is unparalleled!! Specifically this evening, Ms. Linda just stayed late, over an hour past their closing time and instead of adjusting the level of service to fit a tighter timeframe, she actually went move and beyond and never once made me feel anything but completely taken care of!! Linda’s enthusiasm, kindness, & attention to detail was exactly what I needed this evening after working 60+ hour weeks this past month…I’m so impressed with her and the rest of the staff here-they are second to none and I am so happy I found them-Thank you Linda!! Y’all are the BEST NAIL SALON IN AUSTIN HANDS DOWN!! Money well spent everytime👏👏👏

After 3 days my nails are already chipping off, the customer service was not the best - they just seemed annoyed to have us and they didn’t offer complimentary drinks meanwhile the lady sitting right next to us had one.

I always enjoy my experience. They have so many color and style options, offer drinks, play fun shows on TV, and aren't crazy expensive. It can get busy, but they take appointments as well (highly recommended if you're trying to go on a weekend).

I'm so glad I found this place! I am such a perfectionist about my nails and they do an amazing job everytime without fail, no matter which nail technician I work with. The shape and color are always gorgeous and the nail extensions hold up with no breakage until the next appointment. The salon is also very clean and tidy. I recently moved from Riverside to South Austin and still make the drive to get my nails done here. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

This used to be my go-to spot. These folks nickel and dime you, lie, and then are rude to your face! I won’t be back. The colors aren’t accurate at all - when I asked what we could do, they offered chrome to fix it…. Then proceed to charge me $15 for some sparkles. Absolutely wild rip-off and I didn’t appreciate it
