I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I had an appointment for a facial at 2:00 PM, but ended up waiting for 40 minutes before finally leaving. During that time, the esthetician was preparing tea for a previous client instead of attending to my appointment. The receptionist kept assuring me that the esthetician was just a few minutes behind, but this prolonged delay felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. When the esthetician finally arrived at 2:30 PM, still not ready to start my facial, she seemed completely unconcerned about the delay, even laughing and telling me not to worry because I would still receive my full facial. Frankly, I felt that my time was not valued. The whole situation was made worse by the dismissive attitude and the impression that my appointment didn’t matter as much as others. As a paying client, I expected to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I felt neither of those during my visit. I still have credits left with this business, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering whether I’ll return. I hope they take feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service, as this was truly a disappointing experience.

I really enjoyed my massage from Bill. He used the perfect amount of pressure and I really enjoyed how he implemented the hot towels throughout the massage. I'll definitely be coming back!

This spa has great massage therapists, estheticians and luxurious spa treatments. I love to come here to be pampered, relaxed and for excellent skin treatments. This is the place to go for stress relief.

This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been to all kinds of spa/massage places - from 5 stars luxury spas to walk-in, no fluff massage parlors - this was a great experience from start to finish. We went there with a Groupon for a couples massage. First off, they greeted us with orange infused water and changed our shoes for slippers. I thought that was a great practice to keep since Covid so the place stays uncontaminated and clean. There’s a brief intake form that you need to fill out. My favorite thing about my experience (and possibly why it was the best massage EVER for me) was that I noted on my intake form the areas that I needed treated and my masseuse listened!! I walked out of there feeling renewed, and my knots completed melted. I had Yoshi as my masseuse and my husband had Bill. There were both exceptional and we will be back!! Thank you for such a great experience. P.S. I will be back for a facial. They use Eminence Organics which is a phenomenal brand for skincare. Twenty years ago, it was these products that cured my cystic acne. I can’t wait to try their facials!!

I found a Groupon for a deep tissue massage because I woke up unable to move/turn my neck. There was so much pain in my neck, and I needed relief fast. They booked me right away, and I was pampered as soon as I arrived - I felt very VIP & I'm just an average girl, lol. My massage with Bill was excellent, and it was the perfect amount of pressure. He focused on my knots and relieving the pain I was feeling. When I came out, I felt rejuvenated, and my neck was back to normal. There was no pain turning or leaning back or anything like that, so feeling very grateful and will definitely be back again🥰

I’ve been getting a few massages a year for the last 15+ years and usually go into trying a new spa fairly skeptical. Bill, my massage therapist, and the team over at Organic Spa went above and beyond to make my experience great. The customer service was awesome, and the massage went above what I was expecting. Bill made sure to take the time when he found spots on my body to work them out further and getting hot towel treatments throughout really helped me to relax and gave my muscles a break from the work that was being done on them. I will most certainly be back and I recommend anyone looking for a solid massage to go here.

I was a member here from 2019 to 2022. My coworker at the time found a GroupOn for mothers day. She and her mom went; had an incredible experience, and she recommended them to me so I scheduled a facial. By the end of it, I decided to became a member. I saw Priscilla for nearly the entirety of these 4 years time and I loved her. (no Idea if she's still there) My skin was never so smooth and I so relaxed. Genetically predisposed to black heads and needed extractions, and my skin has a very serious sulphur allergy. Priscilla was always respectful and mindful of that. Sadly, I no longer live in Austin and am not a member. As I sit here in Virginia Winter/Spring 2024, researching spas for my first facial in roughly 2 years, I'm thinking of Pricilla and this place and all the time I spent here. Like I moved from 0.25 miles down the road to a 30/45 minute drive (traffic an ATX classic) from Cherrywood, and I kept coming. This was my happy place and I miss it so much. So calming. I adored all the facials and massages I got here, I loved having my honey chamomile tea, and the membership benefits are really SO worth it. Everyone was so kind to me. My skin never looked better. So smooth and luminous. I loved this place so much and I'm so happy I stumbled upon it at when I was 23.

Nancy's ashiatsu massage is heavenly (if you like deep pressure). Her technique is effective and consistent. We moved out of town and I miss her more than anything!

My visit with Organic Spa Massage was very very disappointed, I been asking friends a family for this gift for several months, and they finally get it done, Essential Body Scrub, Facial and a 50 mins Full Body Massage, I arrived 15 mins late to my appointment which that is very irrespectful on my part. The masseuse told me that she didn't have enough time to do the Body Scrub and facial so we have to reschedule one of those services, after a back and forth arguments we decided to do the Body Scrub and the 50 mins Massage. The Scrub was so bad that I start crying in th middle of the section because that was nothing at all what I got the last time I was there when they welcome me with a glass of wine. Then I decided to stay and give the chance to Nicholas the masseuse for my 50 mins Body Massage, that was AMAZING! The best massage ever. Unfortunately he's leaving the Spa. I normally don't write reviews but I was very disappointed specially because I recommend this Spa and bought several packages for friends and families.
