I had a appointment yesterday and it was a great experience. It’s not my first time in this place, therapist knows where your problems of your body and they will help you get relaxed, definitely recommended this place!

My mom and dad has such a horrible experience Saturday. Especially my dad since he's the one that got the message. Days prior, I went inside the location to verify about pricing. Idk if she was the owner but she showed me the small board with the prices 1hr $70 and she said hot stones and oil included. They went and they paid diffirent pricing from what I was told and the customer service skills was sub par. The lady who massages my dad asked him for tip. She was pushy about it too. My dad was kind enough to give her $ but no she wanted more and then they weren't allowed to sit down in the front while paying. The other lady, idk who she was opened the door and shoo my parents away. That's not right. Not professional. Poor customer service. Don't come here. We sure aren't

Avoid this place at all costs. I had a deeply disappointing experience at this massage facility. My husband booked an appointment for me as a thoughtful gesture after a performance, but the session left me in considerable pain. The therapist was excessively rough, including rubbing my spine, which I don’t think is safe. It feels like I was injured. Most licensed massage therapists avoid direct pressure on the spine, and if they do touch it, it’s with minimal depth or pressure. I don’t want to hear that deep tissue massage is supposed to hurt—this was beyond that. I am still dealing with the aftermath, relying on painkillers for relief. If my condition doesn’t improve, I may need to seek medical and possibly legal assistance. Additionally, the therapist insisted on a tip after the service, which felt inappropriate given the circumstances. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and the staff member present was quite rude. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Worst massage I have ever received. I was in pain for multiple days following. She mentioned that I was “too thin” but I have massages all the time and no one else has mentioned that being a problem

I randomly came across this place and I'm really happy that I did. Yoyo (I hope I got her name right) answered the phone and accepted me as a walk-in ten minutes later on a late Friday evening. I was pleasantly surprised with how talented, caring, and sweet she was. She made sure to ask me if the pressure were okay and tailored the massage to my body. I was so relaxed, that I'm pretty sure I snored for a good ten minutes, haha. Thank you so much, and I look forward to coming back! :)

It was a decent massage on short notice on my birthday, couldn't get in at my regular place. But the massage was less than an hour, the woman started arguing with me about it when I mentioned. And was pressuring me to tip an amount - I've never been at a place where they tell me how much to tip. I won't be back

Wow I loved coming here! I’m surprised it doesn’t have more reviews. They’re pricing was great and the actual massage was AMAZING. My masseuse was Amy and she was so kind and made my back feel phenomenal! Like I’ve gone into the loop and spent way more money for another massage that wasn’t nearly as good!!

One of the best massages I ever had. The lady in charge was gifted beyond all my words capabilities to describe. I was comfortable. I felt at home. And she made my body sing with positive energy. Will be a loyal customer from now on.

Bad experience. My husband bought the Groupon and called to make an appointment for me. He said the lady sighed loudly when he mentioned the discount. When I arrived, she asked me for my phone number. I told her mine and she said that was wrong, so I gave my husband's number and she said that was wrong too and refused to give me a massage. They do not take down names, only phone numbers.
