I believe a person shouldn't be forced or told what to tip for services. They have a sign on up that says they want a 20% tip. My services was 60$. I tried to give a 12$ tip which brings the total to 72$. The lady suggested i give 15$. 12$ is 20% of 60. Learn better customer service. This seems to be an issue with this place after reading other comments. The message was good other than than this issue.

My visit to Oriental Chi was nothing short of exceptional. The therapist tailored the massage to my specific needs, and the whole experience was so calming. The spa is clean, the service is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be back!

Massage felt good, but like others mentioned, we left the payment feeling a little confused. Three people were talking to us at checkout. A young girl who wasn’t there for the service choice originally said the wrong price (I picked one $5 more than she quote us) so we corrected her and paid the actual total. She asked “the change for tip?”, she watched me turn with my wallet and hand a 50% cash tip to my therapist’s hand myself. But then she never gave my husband our change and just kept it and stared at us while we waited, they all said thank you, bye bye, bye, so we left. It was a little bit awkward, not a forced tip as I meant to tip well, just kinda like oh? I’m still a little sore from the massage but in a good way, definitely worked me out. Unsure if I’ll return but I like the convenient location so much. I may just pay with a single bill if I return, to avoid the language barrier.

Must visit this place if you are looking for a really good massage. Ask them to go hard and you would realise where exactly your body parts are and it's worth trying

The chair massage was great but once I got up to pay it was a whole other story. They told me $60 and I told them to add on $10 for a tip. The guy started saying how I should give him $20 for a tip and repeated this sentiment 2 more times. I said no, charge me only $70... which is already steep for a mall massage place. Walked out of there feeling pressured, disrespected, and I will never go back.

I have been coming here for years and I absolutely love them. My pain in deep! Like, PTSD deep. And, they always know just how to fix me up. Often, they use heat pads and neck cream to sooth my muscles and it's much appreciated. Yes, I can be sore after. But, I know getting a massage is like working out for the 1st time. You gonna be sore! If they push too hard, tell them. They are happy to oblige whatever pressure. Please tip them accordingly! I have noticed their prices have lowered, but I just don't feel right not giving them the same tip. Totally worth it!

I traveled to Colorado a few days ago and came here for a massage. My shoulders and cervical spine were relaxed like never before. This masseuse gave me deep acupressure! Great, I recommend everyone to come here! I will be back!

I used to come here religiously, it also used to be a lot better. They have new employees and they are very rough. And even when you explain to them to be gentle or avoid certain areas, they ignore you. I did not enjoy my last massage here.

Took my wife there to get a 20 minute massage. Upon them completing the massage I paid what was owed. We was fixing to leave when the guy kept saying “tip, tip”. He seemed to be getting aggressive asking for a tip. I wasn’t going to pay him anything extra until my wife said it was ok and I gave him an extra $5. I’m a firm believer that tips are given out by choice and not by force. Will not be coming to this place ever again.

Cant beat the price but definitely a little to rough on my body i feel bruised everywhere today (the next day) and can barely turn my head. My husband says he feels like he's been ran over by a car.

These guys are awesome! I've been to the majority of massage places in town and these guys are the best. Deep tissue, they hit all the pressure points. If you like it lighter kindly let them know. Clean , professional, courteous and affordable.
