Message wasn't bad, but the guy kept trying to upsell. Told him I only wanted the 30 minute massage, and realized he was trying to go for an hour. Had to stop him and explain. Ended up doing a 40 min massage. He then demands a tip by pointing to the place on the receipt. I was not planning on tipping since he overcharge from what I wanted. Won't be back.

I Took My Daughter For A An 90 min. Relaxing Massage At The Park Place Mall For Her Birthday & It Was So Disappointing😑First The One Guy There Had A Client Bit When He Saw Us While Massaging His Client He Call Two More To Join Him To Massage Us🫤I Felt Bad For The Guy On The Table🫤Second Two Came Running In The Door Never Greeted Is Or Ask How We Feel Nothing But “Come Come Get On Table” I Forgot To Mention I’m A Massage Therapist & I Was Hesitant About Going For A Massage In The Mall😑Once I’m On The Table He Roughly Begin To Rub My Body With A Blanket Over Me🫤While I’m Face Down On The Table Another Started My Feet While The Other Was On My Back, He Then Started Asking If I Wanted To Pay For Them Both To Massage Me $180 He Say In My Ear😳I Should Have Got Up & Left Then, I Wanted To Stop It Beacuse It Begin To Get Painful But I Didn’t Want To Start A Fuss On My Daughter’s Birthday😑Between Talking & Sniffing Over Me I Was Praying For The End😑Once The Torture Was Over He Demanded A Tip😑My Daughter & I Left I Ask How Was Your Massage She Said terrible😑 IT WAS THE WORSE MASSAGE EVER 😑Then They Tip Themselves I’m Fighting For My Money Back😑

This place is *the best!* Affordable service, and everyone is highly skilled and kind. I've been here several times and the 60 minute combo is my go-to! They get right to business and fix me up every time!

Not worth the cheep price. Still in pain 30+ mins later. Tried a 10 min head and shoulders session. I asked him to stop in the middle of the message because of the pain. He didn't stop. By the end i was bleary-eyed and was leaning up againsed the front counter because i couldnt stand. I ended up having to sit in the seat by the door for a few mins for body to let me stand up again. Clarifying edit: The reason I didn't get up early was because I couldn't move. I could barely get out the words to ask him to stop. (The request he ignored) The only reason this is not a 1 star review was because the lady at the front was making sure I was ok, and bought me some water. Side note: when I'm referring to the desk at the front, I just mean the desk where they charge you. This place is so small it's all kinda at the front. next day update: my back was in pain all night from this. It's still sore the next day.

Bad bad bad service Bad massage Bad prices I went in for a 30min back rub for $35 not even 5 minutes in another person starts rubbing my lag the man rubbing my back say 2 people cost more $55 dollars. I agreed thinking $20 more no problem that’s a deal. Both put way to much pressure it was a painful massage from my head to my toes. Anyways I get to the register and it reads $65 I’m like really that guy (referring to the man who rubbed my back that was standing right next to us) said $55 the other guy had already moved on to a new client and was completely ignoring the fact that I was trying to pull him into the conversation to clear up the confusion. They work as a team to con you and pretend to not know English to secure their con. Over all the 30 minute massage wasn’t worth $65!

Every time I am getting therapy here, it is the best quality!!! They can really enhance the circulation of my blood flow and I feel afterwards renewed and relaxed. The therapists are all polite and respectful!!! I will always come back for more treatments!!!

I went to this place with my wife it was our first time there I ended up getting the $35 message on the table when I layed down another guy comes in and speaks fast say it would be better with two people instead of one and I agree not knowing that they were going to charge me extra for that . So I went thinking I was getting a $35 massage that came out to $70 and my wife's $65 massage came out to $120 and on top of that when I was paying the lady sat there and stared at me and kept pointing at the recipe for a tip like they haven't got enough money out of me. That is rude to demand a tip from someone who is already paying you for the services that they asked for I will NOT return back to this place.

Asian massage is different it takes time to adjust. They go to the root of the problem. It usually takes about three visits because your body is usually damaged. It can be painful at first but meditation on healing is key. Both locations are excellent.

I have a membership to a massage place, but I really needed a quick message after hurting my neck from a bad night’s rest. I looked up places nearby that I could go to after eating lunch I planned with a friend. I called Oriental Chi just a couple hours before lunch that day to schedule an appt, and they got me in. It’s in an unusual area and looks a bit shady especially on the outside, but when you’re in there they use clean towels and private rooms. The lights are dimmed and it’s a relaxing environment. I only had a very affordable 30 mins of a message and it helped relieve stress and pain I had. They were very good at what they did. I was only expecting to get my neck and shoulders done but they had me take my top off,privately, of course, and lay on the massage bed because “it’s better.” So, just expect that to happen and if you’re not used to or comfortable with that, it may not be for you. There were also a lot of other workers in another room across and at a diagonal from the room I was in and the masseuse had to go out a couple times so, who knows if they saw me when he went out and in or not. Overall, it was what I needed and it was a good experience.

Not really sure how I feel. I kind of feel like this might’ve been a little bit of a bait and switch. When I originally went in it was going to be 20 minutes for around $25 if you did the chair that’s close to the door. But then she offered the table which was 30 minutes for $35. So, that seemed fine to me. I laid down and it’s her and another person and she comes up to me and says it’ll be two of them and she mentioned the 30 minutes and said something afterwards and then I confirmed 30 minutes for $35 and she said yes. But then when I went to pay it was $65. So the gentleman at the register went and got the lady and she showed me on the pricing menu that it’s $30 for 30 min on feet and $35 for back. But I kind of felt like she either wasn’t clear on the total when she came over and spoke to me while on the table or maybe they knew that they were going to try and switch it up. I tried to be fair in my rating but I do feel a little bit deceived. I did pay the $65 and I was hoping to bring my husband back there but now I feel a little hesitant. My advice to you is that make sure you are clear on the pricing before you let them do anything.
