Scheduled my girlfriend a massage here for her birthday and she loved it. Their manager Jessica even reached out personally. Easy to book appointments online, would certainly recommend.

Great foot massage BUT BEWARE OF THE LADY AT THE COUNTER WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. There were 2 of us so our bill was $80, $40 each; she asked how much tip I wanted to leave and adding 20% I said $16 She acted as though she barely understands English but, to be honest, I think it’s all an act; she added something to the machine for my verbal tip of $16 but did not have me add it myself which is customary especially on the new type of iPad charge machines. I said to her “it should be $96” total. She said, “oh $96” and keyed something else into the machine again; eventually I had her turn the machine so I could see the screen and all of a sudden she was charging just over $297 to my card. I Immediately pulled my credit card out of the machine and told her to cancel it The man who I believe is the owner and who speaks better English came out to see what was going on and I told him of the problem; he added the $80 and $16 on the calculator and said it should be $96 – I agreed with him. He told her in their native tongue to charge $96 and then she added $2.88 – I asked what that was and she said “tax”. Tax in Florida is 7% and 7% of $80 is $5.60 so it definitely was not tax plus foot massage service is not a taxable service This lady is basically a fraud I believe the $2.88 was probably a surcharge for using a credit card but I should’ve been told that and NOT told it was Tax We have been to this place a number of times before and I suspect it may be under new ownership but I do not know that. As much as I would like to go back I am honestly afraid to deal with people who so deliberately and obviously and “secretly” try to charge you triple the amount of the service by pretending they don’t understand the language. Reading a number of other almost identical reviews, this seems to be her common practice and not an isolated accident or misunderstanding. Plain & Simple THIS IS FRAUD! As much as the massage was wonderful, sadly my wife and I will not be going back. There are several other foot massage places in Sarasota. Addendum & Response to Owners reply: The so-called credit card service charge was labelled by your staff as “sales tax” when I asked what the charge was - it was my conclusion as clearly noted in my review above that it was not sales tax but probably a credit card surcharge. You also did not address your receptionist repeatedly adding $96 charges to the credit card machine & screen until I saw a total of just under $300 and urgently pulled my card out of the machine. Many other reviews had issues with tipping, money, attitudes and your reception staff - this is clearly an ongoing problem at your place that you fail to address so your ingenuous reply is just that. You are clearly running a sham.

Do not go here. I had the worst experience. Went for a 1 hour massage. Jessica was my masseuse. At the start of the massage her phone rang - she answered the call while she continued to touch me. She yelled at the person on the phone saying “don’t call me. I call you.” and she hung up on them. I asked Jessica to turn her phone off and she said she did. Then her phone rang TWO more times during the massage. Her phone was constantly making noise with alerts and updates. At one point Jessica put a towel over my head and sent a text message on her phone. I feel disrespected and violated. In addition to all of that, I told Jessica at the start of our session that my foot was injured and to not touch my foot. Through out my session she touched my foot little bit which made me on edge. I would flinch and remind Jessica of my injury and she would say “i know”. At the end of my massage Jessica deliberately touched my feet a lot and smacked them which hurt. My experience here was disturbing and upsetting. In addition to all of this there’s the lack of quality. It was $70 for a “1 hour” massage that was short of an hour long. The quality was really poor. This place is not worth it. Treat yourself better and go somewhere else.

I had a massage here yesterday and it was an excellent experience . The place is clean and tidy , the staff are friendly and helpful, and especially David’s massage skills are great . I highly recommend coming here.

I had a terrible experience in this place. I went to pay and the lady at the counter asked me how much I wanted to leave as a tip. I said 15% and she said no, it is 20% which caught me off guard but I still managed to say, I thought tips are optional and based on the service when she said no is not fair it is hard work. There were more people in the room so I said whatever, put what you think is fair (because also they add the tip to the price of the massage to MISREPORT tips which I will report to the state you dont even have the option to add it yourself) and when I said add whatever she said is not whatever is just not fair to the workers. Plain rude, out of touch and I said, again just add what you want because this is an uncomfortable situation and she kept arguing with me. Then she asked me to sign my receipt and I realized they added the tip to the total amount and left the tip box blank so the owner can claim that as part of the profit and give whatever they want to the worker and also totally illegal as taxes were calculated to the total amount, tips included. I will be reporting this to local authorities for misreporting of wages and making a claim to my bank because this is plain fraud. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience became a confrontation for all the wrong reasons. STAY AWAY

She yelled at me because she thought I wasn’t going to give a tip when I was going back into my bag to get cash. Then my friend who was with me gave them a few dollars less than I did and she had the nerve to say to her, your friend gave this much how come you didn’t. That was beyond rude and I will never go back ! I’ve been going there for years. These new people that took over are rude !!!!!

Good massage and service until the end… the individual behind the counter was upset with a 15% tip. Massage etiquette is 15-20% tip. I’ve never had a professional berate me in front of a store for a tip. Very unprofessional.

Awful. BEWARE - they own ABC Foot Spa in Gulf Gate as well and that guy is down right rude telling us that we cancelled an appointment that we most certainly did not cancel. Do not go to either of these places….bunch of rude liars! I will never, ever go back.

Bought a Groupon. Tried to book but the owner said Groupon can only be used at 10 am and 8 pm daily. Voucher had no such restrictions and she refused to honor the purchase. Very rude. Wouldn’t recommend going to this establishment. Very shady.

If you want a good massage for a reasonable price come here. My husband and I received a couples massage using our Groupon to celebrate my birthday. Clean rooms and great massages they both were able to get our troubled areas completely worked out. Things we could have done without are listening to commercials from time to time, the door bell ringing each time people coming and leaving the establishment, and the noise from the lobby since the room is only closed off by a curtain. If you use a Groupon you only have two options 10 am or 8 pm.

I’ve gotten two massages here, once while on vacation here and now that I’ve moved here, my second one today. Both times, my massages were scheduled out of necessity to help with a tension headache and both times the massage technicians delivered. Today I had Grace who was exceptional! Grace listened to my concerns, checked in on pressure, adjusted pressure accordingly when I asked and was intuitive in her touch. She was absolutely amazing. She also gave me the best foot massage I’ve gotten in years, hitting all the right spots with just the right amount of pressure. The massage was a fair price of $70/hr. I will absolutely be back and make this a regular part of my self care routine. Although my headache isn’t all the way gone, I feel so rejuvenated! This was a very odd and unpleasant experience. I was referred there by a friend and was very grateful they could get me in same day. I requested a gal who got good reviews for her deep tissue pressure. She left the room several times during the massage, and I heard her talking on the other side of the curtain. Also, this is not a private experience; as you can hear the goings on through the entire place, including loud snoring men. My massage was about 5 minutes from being over when she left the room again and never came back. after 9 minutes passed, I said "hello?" She came back in the room and laughed at me... then said the massage was finished. I have never been confused about when a massage was over. When I was paying, she said, "All you're going to give me is $13?" I was so caught off guard. I handed her $8 more, and said.,"Is that better?" She tried to explain that she just wanted me to know how much I was giving her, but I was very well aware. I wish I would have responded differently, but in the moment I was caught so off guard. I hope it goes without saying, that I will never go back there again.

Wanted to purchase a Groupon and use it day of, but you have to book appointment 24 hour in advance. I got a 60 minute deep tissue table massage and the acupressure helped me relax after weeks of dealing with sinuses.
