Horrible place. Anna was a good therapist and had a massage with other women and it was lame. Looks like Anna no longer works there.

So, I never do this, but I had the worst experience here. I had a Groupon that my husband got me so I walk in and no waiver or any type of paper was signed. She takes me to my room and just kind of leaves me there without saying anything. I had to ask her like, is this the blanket I use? Etc. so I'm laying down and she's doing the massage like she's trying to beat the clock, I mean really going fast. At one point she walked out for a good 15 seconds or so without saying anything (mind you, my entire butt is out), and she comes back and puts hot stones on me that almost burn me. When it's time to flip over to my front, I noticed the DOOR IS OPEN about 6 inches. Again, my entire backside was exposed and I can hear that there are people in the suite. I have never written a poor review, usually if I have a bad experience somewhere I just don't go back. But this was beyond terrible. Ive had numerous massages in the past from other places but never so horrible. I feel like I need a massage after this massage.

I was in Orlando for work and stopped here on the last day. Anna was amazing! She really worked on all the knots in my shoulders. I would recommend this spa.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was my worst experience off of Groupon. I paid for two 60 minute massages and made an appointment with this location and was refused service. I purchased the massages for my fiancé and her mother for her birthday. They arrived 10 minutes early for their appointment and were refused service. Not the person to bring up race but this maybe the case sadly. We are a nice respectful family who treat others as such. Called the manager and he was as disrespectful. If you are a black person you might want to turn around and take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Spoke to the scheduler a few days prior and made an appointment for today at 12:30, they completely dropped the ball. Told the person I sent to get a massage that the next availability was 1:30-2pm and that that had no idea of the appointment. I called the scheduler who also happens to be the manager and they stated someone called out and could not do the massage, if that was true, then why did the employees at the location say so. Huge discrepancy. Also as a manager if someone does do that and there are appointments, you should follow up with each client to let them know it needs to be rescheduled rather then show up to a shit show of uncertainty. Do better.

I came here for the first time with a Groupon. I asked for a 1 hr deep massage. At first I thought she was rushing through because she was working pretty fast. But later I realized she had gotten every spot thoroughly for the ENTIRE hour without slowing down. No wasted time, she covered every muscle group thoroughly, and used perfect pressure and technique. One of the best massages I’ve ever had and it’s one of the few times where I’ve felt that “I got my money’s worth”. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional. Left the room multiple times during the massage session. Smashed the rocks together it was very loud I couldn’t relax. Felt like I was being poked the whole session instead of an actual massage. Didn’t massage my quads when I said on the paper that was my area of pain. Massaged on my spine a couple times with elbow. I hate to do this but massage is a profession, not a quick money grab.

Very clean, very professional and last but not least, the quality of my massage was amazing. Amber maintained the pressure I wanted and the massage involved so many different relaxation techniques (over the sheet press, under the sheet oil massage, hot towel, reflexology, stretching etc which I wasn’t expecting when I booked my 1 hour session! I went in with immense back and neck pain and left feeling relaxed and painless. I will definitely be coming back as a repeat customer! Highly recommend!!

Best massage I’ve had in years!! I had a 90 minute massage and reflexology. The pressure was perfect and the therapist knew what she was doing. I left relaxed. I will definitely be back.

Highly recommend! They are reasonably priced unlike some other massage places. The male therapist knew what he was doing. I came in with a severely tense neck and shoulders. He released my tension without me having to explain all this. He was also extremely kind and attentive to ask how the pressure was and if I was okay throughout the massage. This place is simple nothing overly fancy. But they know what they are doing and care about helping their customers feel better. Thank you so much!

Clean quiet professional. My masseuse was skilled and talented and had great technique. She seemed to know where my trouble areas were ( lower back and shoulders) and focused there. Very effective and provided great relief for days. Highly recommend.

Incredible place. I couldn't lift my left arm and after one hour massage, I was able to move it over shoulder height again. Thank you for the great service. I will be a repeat customer.
