Been there several times and had really good experience. But last time they seem to be very short and rude and it felt like they rushed me and and out. Don't understand the change in customer service I have always been polite, well manner and tip well. Will not be back

I've been twice. Sophia has the strongest hands in town. Sue is so sweet. She noticed my hands were cold so she gave me the heated rocks to hold. Amazing place. I will be back.

There is def a language barrier, and Sophia did a really good overall massage! I felt "extremely" good during and most relaxed afterwards. I kind of wobbled out of there.... I will be back. I will ask for Sophia.

Luna "if I'm not mistaken" seems good at first but doesn't do a very good job. Her technique is the same no matter what part of the body she's on. A simple press, press then smashes your neck and repeat. You can tell her you have a problem area and she'll completely ignore it and work the body unevenly and then asks for huge tips as if she did a great job or something. Sherri and Anna on the other hand are amazing and well versed and use their full arsenal when messaging. They'll use the hot stones and even walk on the back.

My massage therapist was Sally. She was very welcoming and cordial. She spoke enough English that we had a decent conversation. I was reslly pleased with the quality of the massage service. I will be back asap! Thx Sally for promoting your services and the services of the Oriantial Massage.

I went for an hour massage and I will not go back again. I had to prepay before I started the service. A 60 minute massage is $60 if paying by cash and $65 if paying by card. I didn't feel comfortable signing ahead of time and leaving the tip area open so I drew a line through it. The decision to continue with the service was against my better judgment. She either couldn't understand my question, about paying half by card and half by cash, or pretended as of she could not answer my question. They had the credit card machine covered with a box , on the opposite side of the room, which looked suspicious to me. I went back in the room and at least 4 times during my service she left the room. You could tell that the green carpet had not been vacuumed before my service. A lady was speaking to her in a foreign language. I do not know if she sanitized her hands after touching the door each time. She placed my long hair in a ponytail. I do not know where she found it. During the service, she placed my head on a pillow with a satin case. I do not know if it was sanitized. She used massage oil on the back of body, but massaged the front through a towel. She spent the majority of the time on the back of my body.. She did provide a plastic bottle of water at the end of the service, which is the reason I added another star. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't go.

Made an appointment online and they were unaware of it. During my 1 hour massage the therapist left the room 8 times and answered a cell phone call during my time. The parts of the massage was good. I would proceed with caution knowing what i went through. Language was definitely a barrier.

Fair massage, only came in for a 30min massage, was already gonna give a decent tip, was kinda nudged into a larger one. Overall decent experience minus the hassling (if you'd like to call it that)

Few friends spoke about this place first time ever and will not return service is very unprofessional they harass you for a tip every opportunity each and every moment it is not what it is cracked up to be.

Great experience, went in for a massage and was allowed the relief I needed from the massage therapist . They even give you a time check so you know . She is very helpful in relieving built up tension in your leg.

They will harrass you for a tip i gave the lady 2.00 she seen me with a few 20s an ask can she have a 20 instead i told her no she told me to leave and don't come back

Was very disappointed. I asked for specific things to be done which is just shoulder and back massage. I did not get it. She was doing whatever she wanted and had to stop her number of times and ask her to concentrate on just the areas. I wasn't even allowed to leave without tipping. I always tip any kind of good service but this is by far was worse experience.
