Went for my birthday with my best friend I came at the last hour and even called ahead but when I got done the owner demanded a $20 tip because she went 10 mins over when they closed…..why not just say you wasn’t going to be able to

Even though there was a language barrier, the massage was great. I stayed for an hour so it was $70 plus cupping which was 40 I’ve never had cupping before, but Anna told me about it and I tried it and it was great. She kept reminding me that if she was putting too much pressure to let her know and I appreciate that, but I did need all the pressure she could give.

This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. After the session, I experienced significant back pain that lasted for three days. The facility is unhygienic, and the staff clearly lacks proper training. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was in Chicago for a mini vacation and went to Chinatown and found this spa, went through some google reviews before heading in. Trust me every penny was worth, did a couple massage 30 min body+ 30min foot loved it. Anna and Jessica both are very professional for men and women they do it differently according to your physique even my partner was amazed with the massage. It is worth and reasonable. Go for it.

Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I recently visited this massage establishment with my spouse, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience we've ever had. The room was unclean and poorly maintained, with questionable hygiene standards. The sheets provided for coverage appeared soiled and unpleasant. Throughout the 30-minute session, the masseuses engaged in constant conversation, laughter, and whispering, making relaxation impossible. Moreover, the female masseuse repeatedly pulled my underwear down, despite my discomfort, and only stopped when I explicitly told her to. This unprofessional behavior was exacerbated by the presence of a male masseuse in the room. The massage itself felt improvised and lacking in expertise. Upon leaving, we were confronted by the staff, who aggressively demanded a tip, blocking our path until we relented. The experience was overwhelmingly disappointing, and we strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Save your time and money – you will likely leave unsatisfied.

Booked a 30 min foot massage +30 min full body massage. We went in the morning, so the place was not crowded. The staff were nice and kept checking with us if the pressure of the massage was okay. It was very relaxing after the massage. They also provide free hot stone and gua sha during the full body massage. The spa is also located in the heart of Chinatown making it easy to get to.

I stopped by on a weekday afternoon on a whim. Got the 30min foot massage and 30 min body massage (which included an ancalp massage!) Amazing. I feel like a new woman. I’ve gotten many Swedish/aromatherapy type massages in the past, and this was my first time going to a Chinese massage place…Oh my god. Literally the best massage I’ve ever had. Super firm pressure which my tense, hard back needed and so thorough. They included hot stones! Amazing bargain. My massage therapist, Xiao, is truly gifted and super sweet. Whenever I’m in Chicago, definitely coming back.

Was honestly a really great massage for the price. It’s nothing fancy, but my massage today was excellent. I came in very tense and she did a great job getting out my soreness without being painful.

Everyone here was incredibly nice and professional, especially Michelle who provided great service and attention to detail. My mom came here twice for both a foot and body massage as well as a fire cupping session, and she said that it was extremely relaxing and that she wished that she could live nearby to get massages every week. Next time we are in Chicago for vacation, we will surely be coming back.

We called an hour and a half in advance and they were able to squeeze us in. We did the foot massage and full body massage combo $70. We also did cupping which was an additional $40 per person. It was so worth it! The staff is very sweet and very kind. They do talk a little bit during our treatment, we did not mind that, as they were nothing but attentive to us. We spoke to Michelle on the phone. She was very sweet and happy that we enjoyed our services. We will definitely be back!

Omg, my hubster and I went because our bodies were sore, aching and had inflammation. The ladies that took care of us, hit the necessary spots, applied the right amount of pressure. I've already booked for another one.

Drove 30 minutes after confirming appointment just to be refused service and was told $50 for a 30 min massage. Bad business. Do not recommend. There are better places.

My massage therapist was good and also kind, but the environment was not at all soothing, and the therapists would talk loudly amongst themselves and even accept calls. They also bothered us about the payment in the middle of the massage.

The Worst foot massage ever, not a soothing atmosphere neither. Those ladies are talking loudly in the lobby and gossiped each other’s lives. They probably forgot that I’m a Chinese customer there. I still tipped 20% to the lady at the end, Only because she’s a Chinese as well and she knew she did terribly job and apologized to me multiple times. I would never return here for any massages. If anyone is seeking a real skilled licensed massage therapist, should’ve never tried here. I was in that Chinese town for dinner and I saw this shop near where I was then I decided to try. I’m glad that I only had 30mins foot massage, didn’t waste too much time and money there. By the way. They will push you to pay cash instead and charge you credit card fee without any notice. NOT RECOMMEND.

We had a decent experience at this Oriental spa. While we enjoy Chinese foot massages, it was unusual that they started with a head massage, making the foot massage feel shorter than expected. It was supposed to be a 30-minute session. The therapists talked loudly amongst themselves during the massage. Despite this, my feet did feel relieved after a 2-hour bike ride along the lakefront trail with my husband.

Went here with my wife for a full body massage. The staff were friendly and did a great job. I added the cupping to my massage. Not sure if it helps, but it feels neat! The hot stones and hot cloth is a nice touch. I would return.

staff members are talking and whispering to each and answering phone calls during massage. the lady woke me up in the middle of my foot massage and asked me if i want to pay cash or card although we already told her we’ll be paying with card at the beginning. The guy who did my massage kept sniffling multiple times. He went at the side blew his nose and came back without washing his hands. It ruined what should have been a relaxing time. I dont recommend this place. Update: I paid them with credit card for $61.80 for a 1-hour foot massage. I gave them cash for tip (20%) which was $13 even I hated my experience. When I checked my card a few days after, I got billed $82.80 even if I did not add any tip at all with my card. They manipulated it. So beware of this massage place. I will dispute this charge. There are far better places for massage around Chicago. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! Please!
