I am extremely disgusted and disappointed with the service I received. Not only was she VERY late but she tried to make an excuse about her having 'anxiety' being the reason she cut all my hair off. My hair was at my shoulders, I specifically requested DO NOT cut my hair until the next visit. You know what she did? Cut it all, and feigned ignorance when I told her I don't like it and that I never told her to take any scissors to my hair, she then said she should not have come to the salon, and instead of fixing it she was going to go home. This is beyond unprofessional and I will never be back. Even if my hair had damage, cutting it from shoulder length to my EARS after I told you not to cut it at all is disgraceful. I am still reeling from this response from a professional salon. Respond or don't, I will not be changing my review. BEWARE is you want to retain your length and want a provider that ACTUALLY LISTENS.

I have been checking out the barbershop downstairs of this establishment and I must Say Keith is still one of the BEST old school barbers with old school prices...check him out if you don't believe!

Good customer service and a great stylist! Especially Karma in the downstairs shop she's hands down the best in the building! Set your appointments accordingly! Reasonable priced shop. All you may need to bring is yourself she usually has a plethera of products!!

Great place for walk-in or appointment. Fast and friendly service!! Hand's down Karma that work's in the bottom half of the shop is the best! Yes it's a split shop 2 level,good service all around but best in the basement with Karma..
