Cons: This was literally the most ghetto salon I’ve ever been in. Sexy red playing in the back, crowded with people walking in every few minutes selling stuff. Techs that literally won’t greet you, eye rolling and wide open complaining about customers in their face. It wasn’t clean. Pros: my brows came out great, I saw a lot of good work on nails brows and toes. My tech rushed my service for nails and toes she didn’t do any cuticle work at all but they were Reasonably priced. Update: my gel polish came off my toes and had to be fixed the next day then after being fixed it came off again the same day. This is a first I’ve needed two repairs. It’s due to the lack of buffing and cuticle work…pure laziness

First and last time visiting. Not they sent me with a nail tech who none of the lights and supplies worked. Waste of my time . On Fridays they know people are trying to get in and out. Idk why they would even play with me like this

went in there yesterday they were all in the back of the salon eating chips and talking , i went to a lady to do my eyebrows she sent me to somebody else without trying to ask me first ? I told them i’ll wait , when I asked another lady to do my eyebrows she said I’ll see … then to top it off when I went to buy lashes they followed me up front as if I was going to steal

If i can give 0 star’s i would this was the worst experience i have ever had at a nail salon this was my first time going to Orlando nails day spa and definitely my last i got there at 7:30 and didnt leave to 10pm these ppl is loud rude and ghetto as hell smh when I get my nails done I like to be in environment that is very peaceful, clean and relaxing, and of course fast with great quality service. This is the total opposite. They talked about people there and all the employees. I asked her for a certain set of style for my nails, and she did the total opposite. I felt a little bad for the nail tech that was doing my nails because she was complaining all her clients that day tip her so I gave her tip but I’ve never going back there again. It was the vibe was definitely negative. Everything in there is ran down and ran through down to the chair was feeling like it was about to break down to the soap was falling apart, and they don’t do your nails correctly and they take too long. It was an experience, but I would never go there again.

I went in following all the hype from IG. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED! The Bahamian girl that did my brows did a horrible job. I told her not to wax my brows thin. I had not gotten them waxed for 3 months letting them grow out. She did EXACTLY THAT. Waxed them thin and uneven and they had the nerves to tell me she’s one of the best brow waxers there. She’s not good. They use beauty supply store razors to ‘shape’ your brow. What?? She couldn’t shape my brow just using the wax only. Horrible experience! Do not waste your time or money.

i would only trust rosie with my eyebrow tint 10 for tint don’t let them cut your eyebrow with razor they’ll charge 5 more i asked kim for a tint only ended up cutting my eyebrows anyways so added the extra 5 even though i said only tint beforehand twice it we a lot of extra too so just go to rosie she’ll listen & update you on what she’s doing beforehand

LOVEEEEEEEE this place, its too good ! ... but you have to ask for the right people, some girls do their THINGGG oms, but others are just okay. KRISTINA BABYYY i love and ur work, ask for Kristina guys. Its better if you go on their instagram and look at their work @Orlandonailspa . Their eyebrows are good too ... on the other hand, I'm not sure what her name is, sorry -- but the older Vietnamese lady with the pixi short hair -- do not get ur toes done bye her, even if you tell her what you want, she'll give you what she wants LMAOOO, but its okay. Everyone is is amazing there, the vibe and the atmosphere is great and everyone is so funny.

Everytime I’ve been coming here lately it’s been a problem because they don’t wanna work because they don’t have enough workers to do nails they try to charge me $25 for a color change and I had gel polish the week before it’s not my fault that y’all are putting water in the polish you ppl are always trying to get over but not ANYMORe

I booked on booksy. Really excited to get an appt. Messaged Edgar about my appt. No response. They have no problem taking a cc# for a non refundable deposit but they only take cash payments at time of appt thru app!?!. Not impressed, bad service, calling cap

I will never go back .. I asked for a gel fill in the guy used acrylic after I told him several times I wanted gel & he still proceeded to used acrylic. Not only did he do the opposite of what I asked the nails weren’t even cut or shaped correctly nails were sharp enough to pierce skin . Polish was a lumpy and messy my also nails lifted less than 6 days .

Le is absolutely amazing!! I have been getting my nails done by Le for about 10 years now and he is phenomenal, I drive over an hour just to get my nails done by him, he is definitely worth it!

Never will I ever go back to them I went to go get my eyebrows waxed and they messed me all the way up 😡 the lady didn’t even wax the top of my eyebrows , and now my eyebrows are uneven .

OK so the first picture is what I wanted and the second picture is what I got I’ve asked for a few minor tweaks on the style from the first one to the second one but not what I wanted I do like them but they are already starting to lose the little diamonds and peel and it has only been two hours since I’ve left the salon this was my first time going here usually go to another place in Jade spa by the Florida Mall but this one was closer to home so I thought I’d give them a try will not be going back will continue going to my normal spot

So I went there day before yesterday and got my nails done by Jason he did a terrible job my nail are not even the diamonds came off the same day and the acrylic is chipping the girl that did my eyebrows and lashes totally screwed them up the lashes came off the next day and my eyebrows are too dark I will never go back there again

I went to do my eyebrows and my pedicure for me and my daughter. Once done with pedicure, I couldn’t do my eyebrows, there where too many people and I would of be there until probably 930. I ask at what time they open so I can come in the morning, they say 930 am . I was there at 930 but not only did they open late, the lady that open says the eyebrow girls are always late and that they was close even tho she open the door. And on top the place was dirty.

Price quoted in shop was different from price given over the phone. Unclear response given for pricing format. Service was rushed through. Was told to choose polish color. Selection that I chose was made by mixing to different colors instead of the actual number selection so my toes are two different shades on each foot. Two stars given for being seen quickly, however they get you out just as quickly. Time is money and that philosophy seems to beat out quality of service here. I still tipped ,because the service was done, but I won't be returning.
