Went for a simple red French tip set & the lady had put curved nail tips on two of my fingers I had said I wanted straight , she said the curved would look more natural I said I didn’t prefer that , her and another lady went looking for some straight tips and both came back and said the same thing about how natural and better they’d look with the super curved tip , I said no once again and she took of the two tips she had put on with a attitude and slammed her nail box on the table after she was done , it’s the fact that it’s not the customers fault that they can’t accommodate customers needs & get mad at the customer for it is crazy

Definitely would never come back to this place, I called earlier in the day to see if they had any appointments for a pedicure, they said they were booked, but if I wanted to come at 6 they would be able to get me in, or if I wanted an appointment for tomorrow. I opted for the 6 pm, at no time was I told I’d have have to wait. My first time being there I was not impressed! very shabby and run down, which should have indicated for me to leave right then and there, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. I waited about 15 mins after my appt time before they told me to start soaking, they didn’t even prepare the chair properly. I stayed soaking after the 15 mins for another 30 mins, with no one to apologize for the wait, or to even let me know that there was two other people ahead of me. They close at 6:30 and still had two people waiting to do pedicures. another customer walked in asking about some services. They told them to come back at seven. I don’t know how they were gonna fit that person in when they had three other people waiting. I would’ve preferred to have been told “I’m sorry we don’t have the time to be able to do your pedicure today you could come back another day if you’d like”, but I think they were too greedy and very unprofessional, and Just assumed that people would be OK with waiting on them. I ended up walking out. Very bad customer service and first impression!

My toenails look like I did them myself. I had to walk across their floor barefoot twice, even after saying I didn’t want to do so. No options were given for pedicure other than gel or not gel. And it was way more expensive than I have ever paid anywhere else. I will not be back.

I also would give no stars if I could. My daughter went in last Friday for acrylic nails. It took 2.5 hours (she had an appointment) and the results were beyond bad. I could have done it better for free myself. There was staining on her nails and she asked for stars which looked like a child had done them after she asked him to redo them three times. She asked the tech for a certain shape and he told her he was doing them a different way "to see how it looked' then told her they looked "fine" the way he did them. I went back the next day and asked for a refund because at this point we didn't trust they would redo them right. Lynn (who used to be my favorite) told me they don't do refunds and she saw how much time was spent on my daughter's nails. I asked her why they still looked so bad if so much time was spent on them. $80 later we got nothing but shamefully bad nails from this place. Please go anywhere else!!

If I could give no stars I would, wanted a mani and a pedi. I went in and waited over 2 hours with my feet in cold water before I got seen then did my nails horrible. Then try to make me wait because 3 people in the meantime showed up to do my mani and had to do them first. Never going back.

Great service, I got a mani/pedi with gel and she did such a great job. They were busy so I had to wait a bit but I didn't mind, everyone is very nice and friendly, I will be back soon! Thanks :)

Please don’t go my cuticles hurt, however she was kind so I tipped her. I wanted to leave a good review and try to find the good in the salon. They really need to close their establishment. My refill nails were $54 for designs with polish. I’m thinking they took advantage and that was the incorrect price, because my daughter only got polish and hers were $40. Anyways if that’s the case God will NOT bless this establishment. I hope you’ll take my review into consideration, because I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. Hopefully they improve drastically. She took a photo. I normally see Emily, but she’s no longer working there. It’s only been 2 days I should be reimbursed. This is ridiculous!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!

Was not happy with my experience with this salon my nails were bumpy had to go back to have them redone, still stayed uneven. This salon has gone down in customer etiquette, cleanliness as well as atmosphere. Needs attention in all areas. Not worth the price you pay. Don't recommend!!!!

A nail salon conveniently located near my house. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It is very easy to set up an appointment by calling. Not guaranteed you will not wait but will definitely shorten your wait time by 70% if not more. Prices are cheaper compared to other nail salons (I think) but you will get as good of a service. Sadly they are not as busy as they used to be. Maybe because of the winter or COVID. I don’t know. What I do know is that this is a local business worth supporting!

I liked it for now I always go somewhere and then they start doing dumb stuff but I really like it I'm going to go back I want to go ask them to fix a couple of my nails that are lumpy that's the only thing I didn't like on one of my hands but other than that I usually get longer and I will next time

I have been going to this place for many years and I simply wanted to confirm the amount I paid. I was very disappointed when Lynn responded so viciously. I was dumbfounded. Giving her credit I thought that maybe she wasn’t having a good day being that she didn’t speak to me during the whole visit. Which she usually does. I’m sad because I always thought of her as being so nice? I’m not sure if I’ll go back? It was very embarrassing especially in front of all the other customers. They don’t sanitize tubs for pedicure between patients I got toe nail fungus and one of my nails fell off.

I honestly don’t recommend this nail salon at all. I went to get a pedicure done and acrylic gel nails. The old lady was rough and rude. I specifically told her that I want a certain color and she use the color she wanted. And than she kept pulling my fingers. Than she was not even starting doing my nails when she was pressuring me to pay before. Horrible service they ain’t profesional.

There has been multiple times that I have scheduled an appointment here and I end up waiting +40 mins for my requested service. I show up 10-15 mins early for each appointment. Yet, I am having to wait for my services after the schedule time. Especially due to them taking in other clients who are just walk in’s.

They do not sanitize their instruments. My big toes felt a little weird after a couple of months I took the polish off my toes and I had an infection and a fungus under my nails. I had to go to the doctor for medication but my nails have never been the same. Do not go here!

if you have a child they don’t like children in this nail salon . Very Rude. rude typical asians . They will not help you if u have a child with you .
