I’ve been a client for over 15 years, and each and every appointment has been absolute perfection. From the moment I walk in the door with “shame hair” till I’m walking out a few hours later with BOMBSHELL hair, I’ve never experienced anything less than the utmost professionalism, hospitality, and artistry from each member of the staff I interact with. I don’t even live in dallas anymore, but have yet to find a salon in Manhattan or Austin that comes close to making my hair look as amazing as Osgood — definitely worth the travel/trip each time my hair needs it!

Alyssa is the most talented stylist ever. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Newly renovated interiors are calm and inviting. Great location for shopping and dining.

I’m so glad I found this salon. My daughter recommended Evan for a haircut. I love my hair and Evan is great. I recently started getting color with Jenny and I love what she has done to revive my color. It’s exactly what I wanted!

Sadie was amazing! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and was so patient with me! She didn’t rush me to cut off more inches than I wanted and let me make changes as she went! So happy with how my hair turned out and will only be coming to her for haircuts!

I saw Alyssa for a last minute haircut. She was very nice but I asked her to “shape up” my very long hair, told her it was grown out and needed to be cleaned up, and without saying anything or asking me first she cut off about 5 inches. When I said this was shorter than I’d ever had my hair before, she declared that I look better with a short hairstyle which felt to me like she had decided to cut it short knowing I might not be on board. I am livid and will not be back! Hairstylists should know better.

I had a fantastic experience with JP! Not only did he give me an amazing haircut, but he also showed incredible patience and care when I brought my toddler along. She was crying in the waiting room, but as soon as JP came out, she instantly calmed down. His bedside manner is truly exceptional, and it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. On top of that, JP is a great stylist who really knows how to make you feel comfortable and leave you looking fabulous. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch haircut!

Osgood O'Neill is a staple for every woman in Dallas. Tong is so consistent with his excellent skills. My daughter goes to Alyssa and she makes my daughter look gorgeous and, my mom goes to JP who we love. I have so much respect for everyone that works here. I have been going here for 15 years and I love everyone at Osgood. The front desk people are so friendly and welcoming. Kayley is a magical colorist and I only go to her. She truly does the best Dallas blonde. I have recommended this salon to so many friends and colleagues, and I have never heard one complaint. Best salon in Dallas!!!

Everyone was very nice but my hair dresser, Jathan, was amazing! I'm a 40 year old man and my hair had grown out quite a bit. I wasn't sure what to do, but after Jathan asked me a few questions he had a plan that he executed perfectly. My cut was perfect, elite, best I've ever had. Wish there were more stars I could give.

Read Jada Buda review and totally agree with her review 8 months ago. I have been a client for over 10 years and the ladies at front desk definitely had the “look” She handed me glass of water as she was looking at the other girl talking. Disrespect in my eyes. Then I waited forever and not one person communicated with me on update of my stylist. After 18 mins waiting, the nice not white lady told me that my stylist aware of my appt. Just observing all kinds of personalities - they all seem segregated and ornery. Vanessa still great and loyal to her.. main reason I still come in Dallas.
