I have usually had great experiences here. One time an injector I never saw before gave me lip filler. Ended up with a lump that took 3 treatments to dissolve it. Unfortunately that’s a risk with injections, but I decided to go back to Samantha, who has never given me any issues. I’ve worked with Samantha for years and she’s thorough, does not over fill (which she explained is a health risk because of circulation), is empathetic if anything is painful, takes time you may need if you have issues with needles. 💜 Always feel at ease with her.

OU Beauty is everything you want in a med-spa- they offer an array of wonderful treatments and services - I love going to Debbie for Botox- though she does a million other things! I feel beautiful and confident and like myself but better. . All of the staff are wonderful and really helpful. If you need a place to become your ‘place’ I highly recommend

The girls are supernice! Hands soft, nice-smelling, respectful, caring. The whole setting provides a lot of privacy and restful quiet. The restrooms are immaculate. Plenty of smiles.

This review is about 12 years late haha. I guess it's better late than never. I was 22 when I went here - I used to work at the 24 hour fitness just a block or 2 away from O U. I'm a black male who used to suffer from ingrown hairs on my neck - a very common issue. I used to talk to Matt Kramer and Marion all the time when I went there. It's thanks to them that I was able to find a solution to my ingrown hair problem. For YEARS, the only solution for us black men was various creams and ointments that burned your skin (and dried it out), and they never worked. First, Marion suggested that I try laser hair removal. She did a laser test on a small area of my neck, but my skin ended up being too sensitive for that. I want to thank them for putting the customer first, and not just trying to sell me on a procedure that would possibly ruin my skin. Next, Marion suggested I try a microdermabrasion. I'd never heard of it, but it made absolute sense to me that this should solve my problem, so I booked a microdermabrasion session. I tell you, I almost cried when the procedure was done, and the bumps on my neck were GONE. The hairs that were trapped underneath my skin for all those years stood straight out, and my neck looked smooth as hell! For the first time in 6 years! I can not emphasize enough that my neck was a major point of insecurity for me. This gave me such a massive boost in confidence & self-esteem. I ended up booking another session a few months later even though I had no need to do so - I just enjoyed the feeling of the microderm procedure. It's been all of these years later, and my neck still looks like it did when I got my first microderm from O U. I can not thank you guys enough. I'm almost certain none of them remember me, but they made this much of an impact on me/my life that I feel obligated to write this review for them. Wishing you guys the best!

By far the BEST med spa I have been to (used 4 other places previously over the years). No pain or bruising at all, desired results achieved, super nice/clean facility/ Friendly staff, they have earned a regular customer. Love this place - did Botox in brow and forehead and Juvederm in lips and cheekbone area.

I love OU Beauty. I see Debbie. I drive all the way from Newport Beach, and believe me, there are PLENTY of places in my own neighborhood. OU just has such great pricing and they do a great job. Highly recommend!

This place is my go to med-spa! They not only knowledgeable & talented but they are friendly and don’t pressure you into buying anything. They are honest and advise given is always in your best interest. Plus they have a really cool shop, filled with great facial products, make up and lots of toys, gadgets, retro gifts and candles. There isn’t anything I don’t love about this place ! Go, just go! ,

Best service and prices. Great deals on Botox and fillers. Experienced staff, cannot recommend more. All day Parking validation and located in beautiful little Tokyo , get some treatments and make it a day, and explore the local shops and restaurants.

Great prices, and superb service, super convenient with two locations. It was a five star review but after my last visit (I’ve been going here for years!) they upped the prices without saying anything until after our treatment. My sister still comes up from San Diego just because we have remained loyal to them as they did for us. But after paying $100 more then what we had planned we asked what happened and they said then they increased prices. I tried to get in contact with a manager to explain how that should be announced while making an appointment or while meeting with the nurse but, they don’t return calls. I will find a new place that has superb service, convenience and great prices, this isn’t that place for me anymore. My friends all go to Korea town.

I have been pleased with my treatments, by Sally, but my son treated my sister , to fillers, it was a very sad situation , she, was going through, , at this time, and new employee, gave her injection , in her gums, her face was so swollen, and in so much pain,fir week's! ended up in the hospital, worse part of this, has been, no apology, no intention to paying medical bill, .. It was truly hurtful, and I, had recommended them for year's, to many of my friends and family members.

The people are great...this review is regarding pricing. I wanted to try OU because they seem reputable AND more affordable- They’re prices certainly reflect affordability on their website. I walked out paying double what I normally pay at my BH derm. So maybe per unit they are cheaper than anybody else but they certainly make up for that loss by injecting more units
