I’ve been going to Katherine for years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She’s a true master of her craft—her technical precision is unmatched, and she has an incredible eye for what works best for each me (I’m very picky!). Katherine takes the time to listen, ensuring that I always leave the chair feeling confident and looking my best. She understands hair at a level that few do, blending expert technique with a personalized touch. I’ve followed her loyally because she’s that good—no one else even comes close. Katherine is simply the best!

The hair stylist Katherine did a horrible job. I asked for a baby highlight and a layer haircut. But she did a balayage and straight haircut instead. My hair did not turn out as a balayage and now it still don’t look like a balayage. The bill was over $350. Never come again.

I moved to Miami and still fly back to have Vann cut and color my hair. Absolutely love it here! They’re the best!! The balayage lasts me months!

I have been getting my haircut by the owner, Van, for almost 2 years now and he never fails to disappoint. Whether it's his positive attitude, vibrant outfits, or talented skill, I am happy to call Ou Salon my primary salon. Such a welcoming a talented team!!

I've been going to Vann for a haircut (medium length wavy hair) for 2 years. He always gives a fantastic hair cut! Layers and overall style is beautiful when I walk out of the salon and in the weeks/months between haircuts. He is very knowledgeable about hair and has helpful tips for maintaining healthy hair. The salon is relaxing and clean, and staff are friendly. Highly recommend this salon and Vann!

Eric is the best hair stylist in Philly. He has been cutting my hair since 2008 and i will go to no one else but him in Philadelphia. I love his work so much that i even had my sons first hair cut done by Eric and even my Mother started going to Eric. I cant recommend his work enough.

My first visit- everyone was very laid back and friendly, I got a great haircut and everyone was masked which made me feel very safe. Will definitely return. Easy online booking was nice as well.

Ou salon is the best. They spent half a day doing hair and makeup for the bridal party for my daughter's wedding. They made it a fun celebration and everyone looked beautiful.

Paid $250 for an ombre dye job and the color washed out almost immediately. I'm now left with brassy, damaged hair with zero shape or definition. Would've been better off with box dye.

I tried Salon Ou for a haircut, because where I usually go was booked out got weeks. The owner, Van, gave me a haircut and he did a horrible job. He didn’t blend any of the layers together and his technique was incredibly poor compared to my experiences at other salons in the city. When I went back to have my hair fixed today, Van and Rob were trying to shut me up when I was sitting waiting to be talked to. I asked if someone else could fix it, because I didn’t trust him. It was clear he was focused on his ego rather than fixing his mistakes or having someone else in the establishment fix it. If you’re thinking of trying a new place, I don’t recommend this salon. Overall, the skill level was low, they’re rude, and have no customer service value

Katherine gave me a balayage and haircut & I loved her. She talked a lot with me about what I did/didn't want before she got started and it ended up better than I could've hoped. $145 balayage, $65 haircut, $38 toner. I fully love what she did, trust her, & plan to return. Def recommend!

Nicole did a wonderful job, and I really enjoyed my time at Ou Salon! The whole staff was friendly, relaxed, and welcoming. I sat with the haircut for a week before I gave a review. I'm still thrilled a week later, and continue to get compliments! I particularly appreciated how calm and focused Nicole was while still being friendly. I felt very relaxed with her, and I had a lot of confidence in her care. We chatted a little, but I could tell she was mostly focused on what she was doing, and I really loved that. 10/10, I would recommend her to anyone.

She is talented, creative and honest, and always a pleasure to chat with during my visits.
