I am so glad I found OWC and Dr Lexi for our little girl and now myself. She's been so helpful and reassuring for this first time mom. And, while we haven't needed to utilize any other practitioners there, it is nice to know it's a whole community of like minded people there.

I cannot say enough great thing about this place! The Canary Community has helped me countless times- from ozone therapy, parasite issues, the best magnesium supplement recommendation, and so much more. They also offer NAD+ which is a favorite of mine! And infrared sauna!!! I am very very grateful for them and all of the care they have given me and our community:)

Dr. Jamie Flacco has a superlative bedside manner and presence. This was my first PT appointment and she made me feel at ease and empowered. Her knowledge is impressive as well, and she takes a holistic approach to treatment. Put simply, she is a Healer.

I LOVE Our Wellness Community! I went to Dr. Lexi throughout my pregnancy and continue to see her for chiro care, she also works with my baby. Prior to this I had never been to a chiropractor, and getting consistent chiropractic care has changed the game for me. Lexi is extremely kind, caring and great at what she does. I also go to Amanda from Nectar and Nurture for CFT for my baby to treat his torticollis. She is a delight and is so good with him! When I was pregnant I got a massage from Tiffani Moss and it was the best massage I've gotten in my life! It was such a nice treat and I felt great afterwards. Moral of the story: all of the practitioners here are fantastic. It is a beautiful, holistically minded, family-friendly space. Highly recommend!

Really loved our wellness community I have now started on a better health journey. I have started with the naturopathic doctor Donette Morris and I could just say I’m thankful at how comfortable she made me feel she understood me and started guiding me on my wellness journey. I also got a very much needed adjustment by the chiropractor Francisco Who was very gentle and understood my concerns and explain everything well enough so I would not be nervous about the appt. I’m looking forward to my next appointments and working with them to feel better Also the place is beautiful!

The therapeutic massage with Cindy was fantastic. She definitely knows what she’s doing, and knows how to find the tension in your body and work it out. I could feel an immediate difference when I left, and will definitely be returning.

I had my first 2 hr message with Cindy and this is no exaggeration: this was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life! Cindy targeted areas I had no idea were issues but that were actually related to my chronic muscle tension in other areas. She is so skillful in her knowledge and treatment of the human body. I will definitely be coming back. I love Our Wellness Community so much!

If you’re looking for a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed provider, this is the human (Emily P Faith, LPC)! Gently and thoughtfully, the complex problems I bring to the table are examined and their paths run over to a world of new possibility. Emily is accommodating and I enjoy our walk and talk sessions immensely. Bring your child, or dog to the walk session. If you’re having a pain flare, a bench or your lawn chair can be used to have your session outside for walk and talk. Emily uses IFS and EMDR to get to the root and bring me back to where I want to go.

Dr. Lexi is one of the most knowledgeable and warm people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She provided quality chiropractic care for me during my pregnancy and even did a postpartum home visit and preformed chiropractic care on me and my newborn. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend Our Wellness Community and Dr. Lexi for Chiropractic care. In addition to chiropractic care, I would highly recommend Cindy Martinez for massage therapy. While pregnant I experienced approximately 4 months worth of discomfort in my right glute. It was an ongoing painful sensation that seemed to be musculoskeletal so Dr. Lexi recommended a prenatal massage. Around that time, Cindy Martinez had recently come aboard at OWC, and I saw that she provided a 2 hour massage at a reasonable price, so I booked her. When I tell you I felt like a new woman by the time I left her appointment!! The months worth of pain had considerably declined because of her skill and expertise as a massage therapist. Moreover, she has such a warm and kind disposition. For this reason I HIGHLY recommend Cindy Martinez for massage therapy and I cannot wait to see her again!

Hearing that there was a fake review on here is very disheartening. Dr Guerrero who I know by Pancho and met him on the basketball court. He told me he does adjusting and this was years ago during Covid and still till this day I go to him and only trust him when it comes to my body being adjusted. Straight up professional and takes his field very very serious. I wish there was a rating for ten stars. Definitely love this guy and his passion for the human body.

I've seen both chiropractors here and am please with both their adjustments on what my body needed at the time. The space is beautiful, calming and welcoming to families. I also get monthly massages with Tiffoni which are incredible. I am looking forward to trying other services offers. I definitely recommend this place.

I met with Dr. Morris for a New Client Naturopathic Analysis Session. I left my appointment feeling encouraged. She diligently went through my intake paperwork and asked really good follow up questions. She constantly assured me that we'll take it slow and steady and one step at a time. I'm excited to get started on my healing journey with her!

I have only been adjusted by Aaradhana, but going to OWC is one of the most healing experience I have ever done for myself. I have not only been cared for and and sought after physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Aaradhana is so special and takes SO MUCH time to explain how your mental wellbeing reacts to your emotional state, which in then determines how your body chooses to receive the adjustment. She listens to you and your body and never forces anything. Opening up to your chiropractor may not seem ideal, but it’s easy to open up to someone who is intentional with how they care for you. In my opinion they take the term “holistic approach” to a whole new level and I quite literally recommend them to ALL of my friends!

This deserves a billion stars! The heart of this company, Doctora Lexi, is by far the most amazing chiropractor I’ve ever known. I have been terrified of chiropractors for years due to a bad experience I had as a young woman. I met Doctora Lexi and needed the adjustments and she was the most patient with me. She took care of me in all of my adjustments making sure I was comfortable and I quickly knew that if I could trust anyone with my body it was her. I had not let anyone adjust my neck in over 20 years and yet I easily allow her to without the slightest hesitation. She’s taken care of my family for the last 6 years and I can’t image what our health would have been like had I not have met her. The love she pours into to her patients is unlike any other! If you are looking for a chiropractor you’ve found the best there is right here!
