I have been a tenant at Ovation Salon suites for 5 years. Recently it was bought out by the corporate company Salon Lofts. This summer has been my worst experience yet as a small business owner and lash artist due to the fact that it has been 77-81 degrees in my suite. As a lash artist my materials require to be under a certain temperature. This problem has affected the quality of my work and also my mood because who wants to spend all day in a hot room. No permanent solution has been found and the only response complaints get is to put it in the app. I have requested a direct corporate contact and have had no response. It seems like they are just trying to wait this problem out. Before these suites turned into a corporate company these problems would have fast solutions. Unfortunately that’s not the case anymore. I wouldn’t recommend any lash artists to rent here as you will have the same problem when summer comes around.

i’ve been here at ovation salon suites since jan. 2020 and it’s been so so great! everyone here is so helpful and sweet! best decision I could’ve made! if you’re thinking about going on your own into a suite I highly suggest doing it! it’s been nothing but great for me!

Razor & Shears Ladies and gentlemen, Rex, Owner of Razor & Shears, is absolutely amazing!!! If you are wantings an opinion on style, he will be honest with you, but if you know what you want, he will get it 100 percent accurate. Last summer, I showed him a pic of my style from over 10 years ago....he nailed it! I had been going to the same stylist for over 20 years because I thought he knew my hair... he had been cutting it since I was 17 yrs. old (I've always been nervous about going to someone new because I have naturally curly/wavey hair). Rex makes the other stylist look like an amateur. Today was the 3rd time Rex has cut and styled my hair and as a result, I will never go to anyone else! The last time he cut and styled my hair, my boyfriend loved it so much he was in aww for over a week. Lol Here's another thing about Razor & Shears: ALL FIRST RESPONDERS AND MILITARY GET A GOOD DISCOUNT. This goes to show you what kind of man Rex is. I have many LE and military friends and family, so it matters to me too. Give Razor & Shears a try, you will not be disappointed!
