I have been a tenant at Ovation Salon suites for 5 years. Recently it was bought out by the corporate company Salon Lofts. This summer has been my worst experience yet as a small business owner and lash artist due to the fact that it has been 77-81 degrees in my suite. As a lash artist my materials require to be under a certain temperature. This problem has affected the quality of my work and also my mood because who wants to spend all day in a hot room. No permanent solution has been found and the only response complaints get is to put it in the app. I have requested a direct corporate contact and have had no response. It seems like they are just trying to wait this problem out. Before these suites turned into a corporate company these problems would have fast solutions. Unfortunately that’s not the case anymore. I wouldn’t recommend any lash artists to rent here as you will have the same problem when summer comes around.

I don’t have to worry about finding where to park or the area near by.

DO NOT LEASE A SUITE HERE! One of the worst property managers I have ever dealt with. Majorly unresponsive to issues, corrupt money hunger people who will hold your items hostage!!!

I love having my studio inside Ovation Salon Suites! I’m in the Preston location, been here for almost 3 years. The atmosphere is welcoming, the hallways are quiet, restrooms are clean, and my maintenance requests get done in a timely manner. Jordan is the manager and he’s the best! Definitely recommend!

My experience was excellent. Kisha M. provided me excellent customer service. She answered my questions promptly and provided me with recommendations. She analyzed my hair, products and discussed the process with me. She is welcoming, listens, has gentle hair touch hands, and provided attention to detail to provide the best services. Kisha shampoo, conditioned and provided treatment on my damaged hair for health growing. I got a outstanding haircut and style I wanted. Her service is appreciated at Ovation Salon Suites-Black Velvet Stylz in Dallas, Texas -17194 Preston Road. Its worth the drive people!

The experience renting a suite has been great! Jordan is very responsive and helpful - the building is very clean as well! I also love the amount of window suites and natural lighting compared to other locations I’ve looked at

Easily the nicest, most well kept salon suites in north Dallas! I've visited other Ovation Salon Suites locations as well and they're all gorgeous and clean. The on-site management is a huge plus and they are always incredibly responsive!

I absolutely love my suite! The amenities are amazing and always clean. The manager is super sweet and really quick to fix anything that might be wrong. The turnaround is fantastic. They provide everything you need to get started as a stylist and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Ovation!
