Been trying to call the business and nobody answers, they just send automatic messages but never calls back. Only reason I want to use this horrible business is because I have a gift card but Ill talk to the person who gave me this to get a refund on her CC. Not sure how a business like this survives with horrible customer service

I was gifted a holiday package including a 60 minute massage and 45 minute facial. The massage was standard but the facial seemed to be with someone who was not an esthetician. Products were not explained before put on the skin. My face feels sensitive after excessive massaging and rubbing. I try to avoid rubbing my face with towels or dragging with a downward motion because it irritates the skin of the face but this happened repetitively during the service. The staff was nice but I would rather have spent $180 somewhere else.

I booked a customized facial through ClassPass and I was a bit unsure what to expect since it’s been years since my last facial. The spa itself was beautiful and clean! Nilsa was the esthetician and she did an incredible job. I have very sensitive skin and she made sure to check in with me throughout the facial to make sure nothing was irritating my skin, tested a product on my arm before putting it on my face, and even gave me some guidance for my at home skincare routines. I left the spa with calm and glowing skin. I will definitely return for another. Thanks Nilsa!

Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment online through their texting service and I show up after a hour long drive and they say somehow I wasn’t actually scheduled and they can’t take me. They made no effort to make it right for me. They did not reimburse me in any way. Did not seem to care about my inconvenience and no apology was even made. Not sure how a place like this can run properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND. There are hundreds of better opinions in Chicago so please do not go here! Also in a very run down area/street and doesn’t look or feel safe at all. You have to wait outside to even be let in and it’s not a place you want to be standing outside alone at. In response to the company’s response - I had been messaging this “phone number” all day about my appointment. A “sounds great” response after I landed from a flight at 11:30 pm should not make or break an appointment. Yes I was IN FLIGHT hence a later response from me. But my response was never addressed or responded to for > 14 hours. Why was that then? You guys had plenty of time to clarify with me! You don’t need to make this sound like it’s my fault when it’s clearly not. If that’s the case then Nilsa has created a very unprofessional and unclear messaging system for customers - I had no idea that a confirmation email was needed (how would I know that when it was never mentioned to me?). In addition, as mentioned, the office had 14 hours (including a whole 4 business hours) the next day to respond to me or tell me that it was in fact not confirmed. Where was that response? Again UNPROFESSIONAL that a whole day later I got no response or “confirmation.” Completely ghosted! That is still YOUR fault. This is still on your company / workers. As a customer, I should in no way be blamed when I am put in a very MISLEADING situation. Why would I come ALL this way (paying over $50 for an Uber) if I had any doubt in my mind that it wasn’t truly confirmed? Why would I do that to myself? Very very unacceptable. Please don’t put blame on customers who are only trying to keep you in business!

Have been going to Oxygen Spa for a message twice a month for years now. All the masseuses are great, but Daisy and Niambi are especially good. Recommend the membership packages: Good price and I always feel well taken care of.

I stopped in for an hour long massage and found the space welcoming and the staff respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend them and will be checking out their other services as well.

Best massage I have ever received! My husband surprised me one day and said he purchased a massage for me here (yay!). Walking in, the entrance is cozy and calm. My massage therapist was Ana and she was fantastic! As a postpartum first-time mom, I just felt very hunched over and tense in my upper back and traps, so Ana focused on opening up my chest and worked on my arms. She did not ignore my lower back and legs. Her touch was intuitive in terms of pressure, so it never felt too rough, like other massages I've had at other places. It truly felt amazing. I walked out relaxed, yet with a bit more pep in my step. I highly recommend Ana and I can't wait to come back and see her!

Booked a 75min Swedish massage with Daisy. This was my first time getting a professional massage and I was NOT disappointed. Daisy was super nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. A friend came alone with me and got the same service with Niambi and she also had a great experience. We can’t wait until we book our next appointment!

I booked an appointment for a Diamond Glow facial. The Esthetician Nilsa provided exceptional service and was very knowledgeable. The whole experience was enjoyable and she made me feel so comfortable. My face is absolutely glowing! My mother and I had a blast and came out refreshed and new! I got a facial with Molly, who was super friendly and personable, and who walked me through everything she was doing. I was nervous about certain skin products because I'm expecting, but Molly, who has pharmaceutical knowledge, was extremely familiar with all the guidelines for pregnant women. My mother had a deep-tissue massage and was very pleased with the experience as well. The facilities themselves are small, but clean and calming. The staff are much friendlier than typical (sometimes uppity) spa staff. We'll be coming back!

Can someone explain, why we were verbally abused by one of the staff here called Jaime (or Amy? not sure what her name was as she was too busy being hostile for any coherent conversation to take place), for simply requesting wifi? I understand people sometimes breakdown and have many things happening in personal lives, but I have to state the facts. We were frankly intimidated, verbally abused and felt threatened at this facility. Sincerely: Dr Essam Rashad. PS I work for the county and have many mentally ill patients, and I am used to this sort of thing at work. But at a spa - this is absurd. If I was at my workplace, Id have reported this employee to HR. Suggest more thorough screening of employees by management.

I had my first Swedish massage with Sofia and was truly appreciative of their patience, kindness, empathy and mad skills. It is one of these experiences that would make you wish everyone could have access to, as corny as it sounds, the world would be a better place. I cannot be more grateful. I came in with a heavy burden on my shoulders and left as a new person, relaxed but steady and aligned with my goals for the new year. Merci encore, Sofia!

I love this spa! I get regular facials with Molly and she is very talented and friendly. I have also gotten massages here and they have all been relaxing and wonderful. I would highly recommend this location.

It was okay for this to be my first time visiting Oxygen Spa Studio. The hospitality could have been better I wasn't advise to put my shoes underneath the bench and to grab a pair of slippers. In addition, I also had to remind my massage therapist that I had a aromatherapy massage as well to pick a oil.
