I have been shopping here for many many years. The owners are wonderful and kind people. The store has everything for all types of hair. They carry a variety of Shampoos, conditioners, make-up, wigs, weaves, extensions and a wide variety of other hair care products, reasonably priced. Support our local family owned businesses.

I went in for a specific item. Unfortunately they didn't have it, nor did they have an alternative. That being said the store personnel I spoke with was very helpful and patient. There is alot of product otherwise regarding wigs, braiding hair, crochet, etc.

It's 10:08 and I'm sitting in the parking lot. Open sign is on but the store is closed. Sign says open at 9:00. I drove too far for this. Will never return here. Horrible way to run a business

Today I went to grab some items from PH and the Lady at the register made a fraudulent charge on my card. She showed me a receipt saying suspected fraud and told me my card was declined. So I immediately called my bank only to find out this lady had charged my card numerous times. I am always at this store never had any problems with the guy that usually works the register . I was apalled to find out shed pulled this kind of stunt. Im never going there ever again. They just lost my business for good. I have 7 kids .I can not afford to be robbed like that mind you I spent 70 bucks today. So she charged my card numerous times for 70 bucks. Be careful and use cash to be safe.

I live by this place and I am hairstylist. So I am always in the hair store. She is never on time, as I am sitting here writing this it is 9:25am and she is supposed to open at 9am. There is no sign on door saying opening later or closed for whatever reason. This is no way to run a business, she never has the right stuff, things are collecting dust, her price is higher, and the store has a bad smell. Only reason why I came is because I need to exchange something I got since she doesn't do refunds. This is poor customer service

Most friendly hair/wig shop in the city. The lady's there are very helpful and they are not rude. They don't treat you like a thief all the others in town are dont even compare to their customer service. Other shops just have a mean look on their face and act like your bothering them. I wont spend my money anywhere else from now on. Plus the tax rate is cheaper because of the location

Largest selection of beauty supply and hair extensions in The Springs. Has a friendly staff. You can also visit the salon and eyebrow waxing side. Very nice.
