I have always been going there for hair cut and the lady today told me I have to wait for hair cut and she had an appointment already but we waited 15 mins but she said we still have to wait bust we walked away lady name sandy said ur husband is so picky and we can't cut his hair

This place should get negative rating, I went in there for hair cut and pedicure. It was my first time. I asked for pedicure, the lady in charge said I have to wait. Than I asked for hair cut. She saw my mum walking in, didn't say anything. After my haircut, when it was time for pedicure the lady said they are booked for pedicure that I need appointment next time. That I should pay for hair cut and leave. I questioned that the lady in charge said nothing about appointment. Than the lady in charge started yelling at me that she knows my family that my family is very picky during pedicure. Very rude, liers, and made my day worst. I met them first time, how do you know my family? If you know someone through my mum, does not give you right to yell at anyone. Everyone is not the same (picky). I was paying to do the job, not for free that she was yelling. Very rude.

This is a great place for a great hair cut or fantastic design. Everything you need to to leave more beautiful than when you came. They do it all and the prices are great and competitive, but the difference is they are artists. So I challenge you to go in for pedicure, waxing oo that hurts but beauty is a little oo or even your nails. Best great hair design

This place is ok for men hair but for women not so much. Got a terrible cut, stylist does not know how to blend for layers. Looks like i cut the hair myself.

Today was my 1st and last time at this salon, I showed a picture to my stylist of the hair color that I wanted, it was a medium blonde with a little bit of highlights, she put platinum pale blonde on my hair and left it in so long that it turned it white and my hair is completely ruined and breaking off. (Thank God I demanded her to remove the color when I did because she wanted to keep it in longer, I had been telling her to take it out.) She charged me 130.00 but I asked her for 50.00 back because I need to get it fixed asap, she gave me back 40.00. No apology or anything. Very poor customer service and the salon smelled like feces.
