Last year i bought an amazing Sundance spa here. The price was 4k better than another store in LA County. The sales experience was first rate. Greg came all the way to my house before i even bought it to consult and advise, delivery was great into my back yard, the crew was awesome. If you are going to get a Hotspring or Sundance and you live in LA County, you cannot do better that Pacific Spas.

This is the best spa store. I will only shop from them. I’ve been a customer of theirs since 2002. They have lots of models that you can see. The store is nice and clean and they’re so extremely helpful and friendly. Roy was fantastic. He was patient and answered all my questions.

I called many places and Pacific Spas & Sauna provided me with the best price for the outdoor hot tub. Greg and Robin provided exceptional customer service, and after a mud slide destroyed my hot tub, their service department provided exceptional customer service in repairing the hot tub. Extremely pleased with the service and the product.

Pacific Spas & Sauna is the best place to buy your spa, supplies, or just get great advice. I bought the Sundance Optima 880 a year ago and it has been the best thing for my mental and physical health. I can not say enough positive things about this place.

I purchased my spa at Pacific Spas & Sauna. They are very professional. I had other spa companies give me bids for the same work. They did not have a clue how to do professional installation. The work I had done at my house was extensive. I sunk the spa at ground level which meant I needed a block wall vault built. Drains at the bottom of the vault with drain lines out to the street. Additional drains in back yard and side yard. Concrete and stone work around spa. Concrete work down side yard. 200 amp service replacing 100 amp service to house. I myself am a licensed General Contractor and can appreciate the excellent work they provided for me. It was done in a timely manner as promised. When I once needed warrenty work on the replacment of jets, they were right there for me. I purchase all my chemicals there at a discount price because I purchased my spa there. I have priced other places and I am very pleased with their prices. Robin is always very professional and very polite, as well as all the people working there. I highly recommend this establishment. They never pushed me at the time of purchase. They provided disposable bathing suits to try out their spas to see which one we liked best. Robin also decribed in detail the difference in each spa, strength of jets, etc., etc., I reccomend this place highly.

Excellent advice, flawless and neat installation of a Finnleo duel sauna. Reuben provided great advice, and when I had a issue (which turned out to be my user error) he came round immediately and spent hours testing the installation. All in all highly recommended and the sauna itself has worked flawlessly for over a year now.

Great experience with no pressure. We ended up going with the Sundance Chelsee and they gave us a great deal and the installation turned out beautifully. Everything is transparent and straightforward and everyone on the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Would buy there again if we ever got a new one down the line!

Great customer service and super friendly. Love my hot tub. I get my supplies and chemicals from them with no issues, even get a discount. I don’t know about other peoples experience with them but mine was fantastic. Would recommend them to everyone.

Terrible service manager won't ever call you back. If you buy parts from them except them to take double as long to get it to you and it might be the wrong part. Also don't ask for their service technician to come out to you. He will ghost you and not have the decency to tell you he doesn't want the job. In all terrible people. Stay away, Save you're money because they don't deserve to be in business.
