First time visiting this location. Paint Box Nail Shop is my go to when I’m in Santiago and they never disappoint. Mafer did a great job on my nails. They have a great selection of colors and a great atmosphere. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive it took me to get here.

I spent 3 hours at this place doing my nails on Friday and by Saturday my acrylic nail already lifted/broke in the back. I texted the place and she said I would have to pay to get it fixed.Also she informed me the obvious that the nail can brake if you bang it or hit it which I did not do. When I had gone my nail was already lifted and the girl decided the way to fix it was by putting acrylic over it instead of clipping the broken part and then putting acrylic.They are going to put a very detailed explanation under this but I have been doing acrylics for more than 10 years never once has it broke the day after.Why would someone want to pay again if they just payed the day before for that I go somewhere else and pay for good service.

Things I like: -location (always parking) -color selection (so many beautiful colors and if you’re a neutral girly like me, there’s a huge selection of neutrals) -the staff (all the techs are so nice and they actually remember your name after a few times) -they accommodate your appointment as much as possible. -all the techs are consistently good. I have done my nails with all of them in the pass 6 months and haven’t been disappointed. I usually get mani/pedi both gel. -they honor your appointment time so if it says it’s a certain time, you’ll get your service at that time and that’s so rare in a city like Miami so that means that the management is on top of things. -The owner maintains a high standard for the salon: clean, organized, and decorated for different holidays. Started going here on a whim when my usual salon didn’t have an appointment and I’ve stayed ever since.

I love going to Paintbox! I have yet to have a bad experience there. The staff make me feel like I’m hanging out with my friends. They are all warm and welcoming! The experience there truly is great! And my nails come out 10/10 every time.

I Took my mom to do her pedicure and she didn’t even get a massage or cream applied to her feet not even oil in her cuticles. Disappointed.

I haven’t been impressed with a nail salon and the services in a very long time. I needed a manicure/pedicure the day before New Year’s Eve, I called at 6:30 pm and was able to get an appointment with Mafer. She did a great job! The salon is immaculate and it was very refreshing to be in a salon like this. It was my first time and definitely won’t be my last.

I made an appointment for 7:30 and my appointment was confirmed. I drove there making sure I made it on time I was 15 minutes early. I was told I didn’t have an appointment and she couldn’t find me in the system. I showed her my confirmation. I had to wait if I wanted service. Not good. Appoints are for the reason of reserving the spot.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. I travel every 3 months to Miami and was looking for a new place. My friend took me here, as she had made an appointment for me and her. They took her and I watched her for OVER AN HOUR. They took two clients more while I sat there. They did NOT BOTHER TO FOLLOW UP. So when you decided TO LEAVE DUE TO LACK OF SERVICE, and let my friend know when she was finished, they tried offering me a coffee? Are you serious? The biggest waste of my time. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional. They would go out of business in DC. An embarrassment.

Paint Box Miami is hands down the best nail salon in the area! The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is chic and relaxing. I am so happy with my nails! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a flawless manicure!

This place is awesome. I’ve been coming here for about a year now and everyone is super nice. They are very attentive. Ingrid, the owner, is the sweetest person, not only with all the clients but with her staff. My nail tech, Maylin is amazing. Actually, ALL the nail techs are great!!!! When you come here you feel like a family member, not a client. 🥰

If you want a place with immaculate vibes, just go here. If you want a place with great artists, go here. They’ll always please you and make you feel welcomed, more than welcomed, you always feel like family. Their hours are perfect for whatever your schedule is, there’s no reason not to go. Also, special shout out to my girls Liz, Greity and Ingrid. They are the soul and heart of that place to me. Honestly just go try it out, specially at night, we lit🥳💖

Wow haven’t felt this good at a nail salon in a hot minute. Felt welcomed, wanted and as if I was a regular and let’s highlight it is thanksgiving day. Maria Fernanda (Mafe) was a breath of fresh air to be around my nails where beyond repair she was gentle and patient. She was knowledgeable about what she was doing and made me leave there feeling beautiful. Glad I found Paint Box Nails!

Came in here at 8:30am after my regular nail lady canceled my appointment last minute and Mafer sat me down and did great work on my nails immediately! The coffee was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Everything was very clean and organized. It really was a dream coming here and I now have a new nail salon!

I hardly leave reviews. But I had to share this one the customer service was great over the phone and they were able to squeeze me in which was great as I didn't have an appointment. But when I got there I was rushed through a 45 dollar service they had very cold water in the pedicure bowl even though I mentioned something about it at the beginning of the service. Was only fixed mid service. I asked for a pedicure because my feet has been hurting so was looking forward to the callous removal and sugarscrub which on lasted 2 minutes each I really wanted to like this shop as it a couple minutes away and all the great reviews. My service started at 6ish we finished at 6:20. Every pedicure I've had usually is 45 minutes. I'm happy the squeezed me in but would scheduled and appointment if that would've meant better service. Overall it was disappointing unsure if I would be back.

One of the best nail salons I’ve gone to. Amazing staff. All of the ladies are beyond talented. Love love love this salon. Mailen is fantastic. Any nail design you request she can do and does a phenomenal job! So clean. Great atmosphere from the moment you walk in. So happy I found this gem!
