I have been to other, typical salons, they are loud and so busy. I would never go to one of those nail salons again. Paixxao is an excellent nail salon.

Serenity was professional and gave me very educated details about the service I received before beginning. She also answered all my questions I asked about coming back for different services in the future. I appreciate the time she took to fix each nail and I left feeling happy that my hands looked beautiful and ready for Christmas.

Very clean and appealing decor! I love the waterless pedicure and the thoroughness of the manicure and pedicure. They also make their own lotions and scrubs which are for sale! Danielle did a great job with red polish on my nails and she is so kind! I made a return appointment for the pampering! Highly recommend this nail bar!!

Awful experience. I had went in to get nails for a wedding and what I thought would be a simple treatment was the most stressful experience. I was there for over 2.5 hours for many reasons the fist being that the nail tech did not know I was there and was on her phone in her room, then there were no supplies (I wanted simple biosculpt extensions but they didn’t have any), after a while searching for them the tech found some but they weren’t the right size. After that I was looking for a light blue color and she brought out a gel color collection of what looked like only 40 colors. Light blue not being one of them so i reluctantly picked an off white. Then I finally left almost 3 hours and $ 130 later! And now two nails have already off. Terrible place and quality. Never going back

Bio-gel nails is my service and Serenity is a Lovely person and an Excellent nail technician. I’m so happy i switched to her. I didn’t get a scrub on my hands for the last year because it wasn’t offered to me. I thought you stopped doing it. Happily Serenity gave my hand the scrub and I feel well taken care of. Thank you Serenity!!!

I paid 148.00 for these nails , it took her 3.5 hours and today , third day in , a nail fell off . These were my wedding nails . I was suppose to get more designs but she was taking too long that I just said forget it , yet she still charged me the full price . I asked her if she could ask the owner to possibly just charge me for the services I got and she said yes but I haven’t received a credit. Also she left dirt I under my nails , I was gardening that morning and assumed she would soak my hands

I think this place is great to get your nails done. However I wouldn’t recommend for a pedicure, solely based on the fact of the massage chairs. The best part of a pedicure is the massage you get on your feet and legs. The massage chair is not the same. I won’t come back for pedicures but definitely would for the biogel.

It was my first experience here and I felt at ease and more knowledgeable about the different gel options available. I made an appointment to try the biosculpt gel next time. It's hard find a clean salon with quick service so this another salon I'll have in my arsenal. Thanks Izzy!

It is hard to find a find a technician who is gentle with feet, but also does a great job. Sarah is terrific. I have been seeing her for over a year and have never had an issue.
