I went last week to get my nails done and Rosie took care of me! She was super sweet and checked in with every step to make sure it was what I wanted. Loved the ambience of the place! I’ve had bad experiences before where people will be too rough with my hands, or not properly do my nails. Rosie was delicate and did an amazing job. I get compliments every day on my nails.

My second year coming here because I love this place! Everyone is so sweet and they do a great job! I get my nails ombre dipped and a pedicure. So relaxing and it looks beautiful!

1st time visitor: mid afternoon while Christmas shopping in the Alliance area, I decided to give my feet a break and walk in and ask for a pedicure since they accept walk-ins. They said they had something right away, I picked my color and shorty after got seated in a pedicure chair since it didn’t seem that busy. I waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and add water to the chair, and then by the time 40 minutes rolled around and my feet were freezing in the water… I started to get up and put my shoes on and that’s when someone came over and said “oh we can do it right now if you want”. I appreciate everyone’s nice intentions, but be realistic about how long your actual wait is. I’m gonna finish going Christmas shopping with soggy frozen toes.

Yesterday my daughter and I went to Palace to get our nails done. This was our first time there. Our experience was not the greatest. My daughter wanted French tips but with a color and a little heart and asked for tips with acrylic but the lady told her she wasn’t old enough (she’s 13) and proceeded to put tips with dip then gel. Later found out that costs significantly more. Her nails took almost 3 hours when our exchange student had the exact same nails that took an hour. When I went to pay there were ridiculous charges ($55 for nails, $5 for nail shape, $5 tips, $25 salon charge, which was the “design “) I was in shock. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in DFW and have never seen prices like this. My daughter had similar nails done a few months ago and only paid $55. I felt taken advantage of. My daughter was so frustrated as she was so excited to pay for her nails with Christmas money.

This is my second visit to this nail salon, and Tam did an excellent job of my dip. Tony gives the best leg massages and my pedicure looks great!

Did a walk-in on a weekday evening and was greeted and seated immediately. Shoutout to my nail techs, Tam and Nikki! They were so sweet and friendly, making my visit to the spa a special one. Clean, spacious, and relaxing. They also had a variety of beautiful colors to choose from. Hope to visit again soon!

Rosie is so amazing. She listens to all my wandering conversation while doing an incredible job on my nails exactly the way I want always accommodating always pleasant. These people are friendly the place is clean and they’re always ready to serve you.

The staff is not friendly. I have witnessed on numerous occasions, even towards me. However today was my last straw. The manager for the night immediately told me at 7:02…..yes….7:02: “We’re closing” I said “Okay. Does that mean you can’t do a service. “ She said, “we’re closing”. As I walk out, two women enter. They are at the front for a while and then We’re escorted to a seat for their manicure and pedicure. I was beyond upset. I could tell they were uncomfortable that I didn’t leave the store, but I knew I wanted to say something. All I wanted was to paint my nails, but you greeted me with “We’re closing” and wouldn’t provide a service, but two people got the service they wanted without the greeting they gave me. I spoke with the manager who said “I didn’t say we were closed. I told you we were CLOSING.” I said, “what does that mean. When you say closing what does that mean?” She said we won’t do a service. I told her my problem was that I was greeted that way and this wasn’t the greeting she gave the other patrons. She said, “Ma’am you are last one who came,”. I said “no I wasn’t. I pointed to the women in the chair.” She rolled her eyes and said. “You were the last one.” So then one of the other women spoke to her in another language. Then she laughed. “Oh, I didn’t see them come in,”. I said. Okay, so you just accused me of lying?!? She said well I am sorry, what do you want? This is at 7:09pm I said, I have already seen this. But this is rude and why would I sit in your chair to make you feel better for how you treated me while you speak about me in a group in a language I don’t understand. No thank you. People may like this place. But I am quite sure there are people they are friendlier to than others. But none of it gives them the right to be rude. Even if they aren’t rude to you, just keep your eye out. You will see. And I HAD to call them out because you cannot treat people like that and think it will be okay. Being rude should not be the first action when greeting someone. Not even Customer Service 101, but a prerequisite to customer service. Palace Nails and Spa. #FAIL #DoBetter

Rosie is the absolute best! She always makes sure everything looks great as she moves on to the next step and has so much knowledge and talent. I can throw a crazy design or just something simple and funny her and she never fails. I HIGHLY recommend her.
