Got a pedicure on 1/8 with Tracy. I’ve never had ingrown toenails or any issues at all with my nails. During my pedicure, I noticed she was really digging into the skin around my left big toe, but I didn’t say anything because the pain wasn’t bad and ultimately I thought “why would I say anything she knows what she’s doing”… On 1/10 my toe hurt SO bad, it was red and swollen, I couldn’t put pressure on it. Later into the day, it started oozing pus. So I ended up with an infection called Paronychia, because my cuticle was pushed too far back which gave bacteria an entry point…which led me to be on antibiotics, which i’m still taking as of today, 1/24. Not fun!!!

Absolutely horrible place to get anything done. $50 for a pedi and this is what they did to my feet: I am diabetic and told them this, and they cut (more like ripped off) half of each of my big toe nails off so that they are painful and red and tender. I have no doubt I will end up getting an infection and have to see the podiatrist. Unreal. Gonna try and add pics.

Great service, great people. They care about your satasfaction. I really enjoyed my experience here. They're just not a nail salon, they provide more like a spa with service like facials, lashes and waxing, etc...My one stop beauty place!

Made an appointment on their website for me and a couple friends. As soon as we arrived, they were ready for us. They seated us together and they did a great job our manicures and pedicures. We had a great time and we plan to be back again.

I treated myself to a gel manicure, and it was worth every penny. The staff is incredibly talented and friendly. My nails look gorgeous and the gel polish is long-lasting. Can't wait to try their pink & white set next time!

Worst experience. I booked a mani/pedi for my birthday. She had the wrong time for our appointment and when I showed her the text showing I was right, instead of fitting me in since it was her fault, she said she didn't have availability for two weeks! My birthday is this week!!! Even worse, I bought a Groupon so now I have to fight to get my money back. If I can't, I'll redeem the voucher just so I can leave the bad review she deserves.

I've had some misses but it's few and far between. I go out of my way to come to this location. Super sweet and they joke with you and make you feel comfortable. The owner remembered me after 6 years and asked me about my kids. 🫂 I won't go to another place if they paid me.
