Love this place! Not only I've been going for almost 2 years and never a disappointment. Love the attention they give when having pedicure done as they go above and beyond. Mary is the best and does an amazing job on my pedicures. Ken is my nail guy and love how i can trust him and never disappoints. I love the atmosphere and how they have great team work and love, love the cleanliness of this establishment. I love how they treat me and all their customers like family. I've recommended so many friends and family and they too love it there. So i definitely recommend this nail place as you wont be disappointed.

Not only did they allow me to come at 7:30 for nails and pedi, they didnt rush at all! My pedicure was AMAZING and my nails looks GREAT!

I have been a faithful customer since Palazzo opened in 2019. They are very classy, all the employees treat you with the utmost respect. I have always been greeted with the smile and prompt customer service starting with Star the front desk receptionist. I’ve been faithfully going to my girl Jennifer since 2020! She has been such an angel and I will never cheat on her lol until today when I walked in at lunch time to get my nails and toes done but was rushing for my gender reveal. Star immediately had me sit down and had someone start on my toes, the owner then came to do my hands at the same time. I was worried I was going to be a while but ended leaving within the hour. I’ve never had a bad experience here EVER. My mom , sisters, and best friend even come here because of the quality and customer service. Prices are more than reasonable and I don’t ever see myself leaving this place. Thank you Palazzo for your services and classy hospitality.

$25 for a basic basic manicure when I was not even the chair for 10 minutes???? I’m not sure how that adds up. My cuticles were trimmed clear nail polish was put on super clear was not a long process at all $15 would’ve been worth it maybe 20 with a five dollar tip but that doesn’t really out of four makes make . I was not in the chair for even 10 minutes !

I came in with another person, first. Signed-in and everything. They helped one person prior to us who came in after, whatever maybe since we came around the same time, it’s cool. They said 20 minutes, we waited 40 minutes, whatever we were chilling. No rush, we were willing to wait Then, they sat everyone even those who came in after, okay…whatever Then they sent people to help three different people who came after us. I’m thinking, okay maybe they are sending people all at once. NOPE. They never came. They started working on all of these people leaving me and the person I was with-Do not come here.

Went in for a pedi and a fill. Pedi was nice. I always have regular polish done. Usually, by the time my nails are done, my toes are good to go. I asked for a fill and was told i needed a new set. They didn't soak off my nails. Instead, they used another nail to pull off my old set. Never a pleasant feeling. Took over an hour to have my nails done so I know my toes should have had time to dry. Nope, I walked to the car half my polish gone. By that time, everyone was leaving for the day, but thankfully, they fixed them. But was still left with wet toes out the door that, of course, got a little smudged. All of this for $116. Oh, did I mention the cuts on my cutiles. Guy had to be new, but come on. I, for one, won't go back.

I went on a Friday and my usual lady Misa that does my nails was not there. A new guy had to do them by Monday one had popped off went and he fixed Tuesday. Then another one popped off by Sunday a week and two days later and went to fix it. They acted like they could not see the crack. I glued it back on myself. Finally got someone else to fix it. Kept telling them that the color was not the right one they refused to not listen and painted it a whole different color. Now back one day later where another popped off. Then she wants to tell me maybe I needed a new set well that is not my fault. I don’t know how to do nails they should have done what they needed to do the Friday I came in to get them done. Never have I had this problem with Misa but I guess I will have to find somewhere else to go. Was not going to charge me to take off but why should my manicure only last a week and three days with all this problem. Them wants me to pay again? I don’t understand.

I’m not really sure if I would come back here. I got a pedicure and it was not the greatest, the bottom of my feet are still dry and have dead skin and he didn’t completely clean my toenails like he was supposed to. I also got a full set French tip and the guy seemed like he didn’t know how to do it, but figured it out on the spot.

I would like to add context to the review posted by Summer Garcia on 31 May 2024. I understand the feeling as a parent- I have 2 younger kids. I am a long time customer at this salon and the dog has never been aggressive- for context this is a very small and adorable Shi Tzu- he literally never barks and just sits quietly. I have asked to pet him but was told he doesn’t always like to be pet by people he doesn’t know. So I respected his space. One of my boys was nipped (not seriously) by a small (different) dog in my neighborhood. It can happen. I train my children not to touch dogs without strong assurance from the owner that the dog likes to be pet. I am not at all blaming this child for what happened, but do realize that there is usually more to the story. I think most customers enjoyed having this pup around, and he’s never caused any issues. I’m honestly a proponent of not allowing kids in salons unless being serviced because of liability. My hair stylist has a small poodle at her salon which we all adore and she does not allow children in the salon at all. And I appreciate it, and I have kids. I appreciate the opportunity to get away. Below is my prior review about this salon and I stand by it. And no one asked me to post this clarification btw. I just would hate to have people judge the overall quality of this salon by one unfortunate incident. I highly recommend Palazzo. It’s very clean and they use high quality products. My gel manicures last so long! As well as dip! The manager Julie is the sweetest and really cares for her customers and staff. Misa, Jennifer, Mary and Tracy are all phenomenal. I’ve tried so many nail salons on potranco and Palazzo stands out by far. They treat you like royalty every time you come and they value your time. Their nail techs are also consistent and have been there years which speaks to the culture there.

The employees were rude when we entered. Also and most importantly- they have a dog in the building and it bit my daughter when she tried to throw a ball- that was clearly left in the lobby to be used with the dog.

They Have drinks,a great selection of colors and services, kids pedi chairs, and nice establishment. The staff is good, kind, and patient. Very talented technicians. I love it here I've been a consistent customer since they opened.

Decent prices not so decent customer service. Recently went in to get a fill, with a design on two fingers and price was $55ish with tip from a gentleman that works there. Wasn't happy with the shape and what not but whatever right. Had a nail pop off completely and went in for repair which only $5. Didn't get a hi or hello from the tech when I got the fill and not during the repair, acting like I was a bother both times. At first couldn't find the right color and after we thought we got it, I was like ya this isn't the right color, he proceeded to say that because your other color is older it won't match right... ok (which was not long ago) Went to my car and was like yea not happy with the difference of color and went back willing to pay to redo it and was kind about it but couldn't be bothered to help me and proceeded to say "I don't know what to tell you" and walked away from me. I was willing to pay and be patient to find it and understand the difficulty but at this point would rather just go get an entire other fill somewhere else. May depend if you care about customer service, or may think the color isn't that far off or what not but still paying for a service, just my experience and not going back.

I am a regular customer here and yesterday I received the absolute worst customer service from the receptionist named Star. I decided to only get a manicure because the technician she recommended was not going to be able to do my nails to the standard I liked. She told me I was to be charged $30 for a take off and manicure that looks like the picture below. I told her that makes no sense because my nail beds aren’t even buffed and are completely uneven. She raised her voice at me, told me I have a bad attitude and screamed at me that she took my nails off when she didn’t have to. Which I also did not ask her to do. She was completely unprofessional and after her big blowout she stormed off to the back of the salon. I’ve never received this kind of treatment here and I’m EXTREMELY disappointed and and embarrassed!!
