I was given a GC for this spa, the massage was great but didn't get the full time that was paid, I was asked if there was an area of concern and did not get anything but that, by the time she said massage was over.

I had a great experience at Palestea Spa! All of the staff members I interacted with were so kind and professional. My boyfriend and I enjoyed an amazing couples massage—we left feeling incredibly refreshed and relaxed. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Omg Carrie from California was super amazing!! Her deep tissue massage was exactly what my neck and shoulders were craving! Her massage style and life experiences created a warm conversation that allowed for great mood. Happy to recommend her to ANYONE!

I have had 3 amazing experiences with Brian at Palestra. I have had mobility issues with my shoulder for TWENTY YEARS. I have tried EVERYTHING to figure out the problem. Brian figured it out almost immediately! He is a godsend for my well being!

Listen to me, if you are wondering if you should book, just do it! I have been a long time client of Lora's and she has always been phenomenal. Then she opened up Palestra and I started branching out to other therapists and they are all amazing! Not only are they super talented and great at what they do but they are accommodating and the staff is so friendly and actually helpful. If you don't see anything online, CALL. This is one of the only places that isn't a corporate run chain and they will work with you! Often times there are appts available that aren't online. I've called and gotten a same day appt twice. I've had Lora, Priscilla, and Alesia and would give 5 stars to all of them. I will say that if you want something specific (deep pressure etc) you should call and book so they can match you with a great therapist. Everyone has different specialties. Just do it! It is worth every penny. I haven't been to another spa in years and recommend them all of the time. I am a client for life.

VALORIE LOWE IS A MIRACLE WORKER! It is so hard these days to get connected with a true therapeutic therapist who is very knowledgeable of bodywork, anatomy and pain relief techniques but boy did I ever hit the JACKPOT with Valorie! I do not get massage for relaxation. I NEED massage therapy for chronic pain relief from years of poor posture, 27 years in airports, hotel beds and traveling, and 12+ hour days hunched over in front of a laptop. All of this led to severe pain in my shoulder and neck. Dozens of therapists have tried over the years and some have been somewhat successful but after just ONE visit with Valorie, I have experienced significant improvement and LASTING pain relief! Seven days later, I’m still in shock that a single 90 minute session has provided so much benefit! Needless to say, Valorie is now my full time therapist and she should be yours as well. Valorie contacted me the night after my session to check on me and what follows is my response to her with how I was feeling immediately after the session: “My posture is noticeably better just on its own now, which has never been the case. I have so much more flexibility in my chest and upper back. My shoulder joint itself is a bit painful but that is because I have so much more flexibility in it now. It is not restricted from movement like it was before. All of this after just one session with you! You totally are amazing!! I will be writing reviews for you and handing out your business cards! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 One week later: I am still noticing that the muscles and connective tissues in my shoulder are so much more loose and motile than before. I had significant adhesions that Valorie spent a lot of time just breaking up and now the muscles are free to move without being bound to the surrounding connective tissues. 2500 characters are not enough to sing Valorie’s praises. JUST GO SEE HER FOR YOUR PERSONAL MIRACLE!

I’m in town for a conference and decided to incorporate some self-care while I’m here. I chose Palestra Boutique Spa and it was the best choice I could have made! Angeline was amazing and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful facility and overall, a nice couples message. However, I left VERY, VERY upset because the whole back side of my hair was full of oil! I made a point of stating before the massage that I did not want a head message and that I wanted no oil in my hair. I had my hair tied up in a ponytail and off of my neck, so I don’t understand why so much oil. It was literally half way up the back of my head!! Maybe they could offer a disposable shower cap or just place a hand towel over the back of your head?? We were just visiting Charlotte for a birthday getaway weekend, so this is not my normal go to spa. Again, the massages were good, the communication was NOT and I would not recommend going here if you have plans afterwards. It definitely took me A-LOT longer than my normal quick after massage shower to get all of that oil out of my hair!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I booked my first massage for my birthday about 2 weeks ago here, and it was the best experience! I was a little worried at first because I didn't know what exactly I was getting myself into. Walking in, the atmosphere of the establishment was very calming and welcoming. I got a 75 minute deep tissue massage with Kahilea and she was amazing! She was so nice and great with what she does. I can not wait to book another one in the future with her.

Just have to say that massage therapist, Priscilla Larsh, is absolutely wonderful! Her technique left me feeling totally rejuvenated. Highly recommend! I’d give her 10 stars if I could. Also received an outstanding facial by Nadia, who I also highly recommend. My skin looked so bright and refreshed. Will definitely go back.

I had a fantastic massage today thanks to Valorie, playing soccer and working in construction my muscles tend to be sore and tight most of the time. She hit every point of soreness and tightness and worked my muscles correctly. She’s absolutely skilled at what she does and this place has the best vibes. Will continue to com back here for it!

I had one of the best experiences here! I recently stopped by for a 90 min signature facial & a 30 min Indian head massage. I purposely didn’t fall asleep so I could feel every minute of this glorious massage. It was reasonably priced as well for being in South Park. I would absolutely return!

After a 14 hour flight, my body was in desperate need of a massage. This was my first time visiting Palestra and my experience was amazing. Kahilea for the win!! If I could give her 10 stars I would. She asked the right questions, made me feel comfortable and she was gentle. I highly recommend Kahilea, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with massages and had such a lovely time! The spa is beautiful and the service was so enjoyable. I had Alesia and she was a godsend, she listened to my needs and focused on those areas. Probably one of the best massages I had. They also let us stay in the quiet area afterwards to have some time together with treats in honor of our celebration. As someone who works in the industry, i would definitely return!

My wife gave me a birthday gift for a deep body massage for my 71st revolution around the Sun. So we had a couples massage (60 minutes) and it was great. I would recommend this place to anyone. My wife also had a facial on another occasion and she loved it.
