I absolutely LOVE this place. TOM always does an EXCEPTIONAL job on my nails, and he is great to talk to and very attentive. I've had various people do my pedicures, and I always leave happy. The place is clean and the staff are polite, courteous and friendly. This has been my go-to spot for over a year.

Do not go here. Sent my wife and her best friend her for her birthday. They charged her $480 for a facial and a pedicure. That doesn't even match their pricing.

I went in today to get a manicure. Jayden did a great job painting and decorating my nails with a Christmas feel. He created a cute, beautiful snow flake. I am really pleased with Jayden's work.

Jenny did a great job with my hybird lashes! I had Roycl for my pedicure and my toes look perfect. Highly recommend. Jayden's ombre nails were exactly what I wanted. I have had great visits each time.

Here’s a draft for your review: This was my first time visiting Palladium Nail Bar, and I was a little embarrassed because my previous manicure from another place wasn’t great. However, as soon as I walked in, the manager immediately made me feel at ease. He was super funny and kind, and he reassured me that I’d leave with nails I loved—and he was right! My Nail Tech, Jaden, was amazing. He was gentle, attentive, and paid close attention to detail. I prefer my nails to look short and natural, and Jaden nailed it (no pun intended). The salon itself was clean, had a great atmosphere, and the music playing made the experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a new nail place about 3 or 4 months ago and I walked into the Palladium nail bar and man I'm so glad I did. My first visit I had a nail teck named Jaden and let me tell you this man is not only amazing but such a good soul snd so talented. I always go in and tell him to surprise me and everytime I walk out like I did today in absolute awe of his work. Iv been back several times and always call ahead to make an apt with him and I'm never disappointed. If anyone is looking for an amazing nail place try the Palladium nail bar you won't be disappointed and if your lucky enough to get Jaden you to won't be disappointed. I'm so greatful to have found this wonderful establishment the whole place is awesome. Thank you Jaden for always taking great care of me and sending me home one happy woman.

Jayden did my nails and I am IMPRESSED. I have a photoshoot Monday that I needed my nails done for and he knocked it out of the park!!! So happy with my nails. However Hao completely botched my pedicure. No big deal I’ll just ask for someone else to do my toes next time.

My mom and I went today and my experiences couldn’t have been better. I got a full set of almond cat eye nails and my mom got a shellac manicure. I wanted red cat eye, but they didn’t have that color, even so they went above and beyond to make it happen and it turned out beautiful! I’m usually very skeptical when trying new nail salons, but I have nothing bad to say about this place! I 100% recommend this place to anyone, and I will be returning!

This is my go-to nail spot. I usually just do upgraded pedi and basic manicures. Service is generally good and sometimes great, depending on who you get. Easy to book appointments. They have a rewards program, and they have a discount in the early part of the week.

Excellent experience! We are new to SA and I was recommended Palladium by other Lackland spouses. Clean and aesthetic environment, plethora of shellac colors to choose from, complimentary drinks, and great massage chairs. I had a platinum pedicure with shellac polish.

I love this nail salon! It’s very clean & calming. The staff are personable & professional. Jayden in particular is extremely talented! He is always able to achieve the look I am going for - whether it’s a classic deep french with chrome or a fun seasonal set, I always leave happy & beyond impressed! Hi everyone! I wanted to share my recent experience with this salon. During my initial visit, I had a full set of acrylic nails with French tips done, and everything went smoothly with the nail technician. However, when I returned three weeks later on September 9th for a nail fill, things took a turn. The technician who worked on my nails this time seemed distracted, repeatedly asking for the time and making sure everyone knew she started on my nails at 5:00 PM, even though she was only 30 to 55 minutes into the service. The nail fill was rushed, with barely any buffing or filing done on the sides—just a couple of quick swipes. When it came to redoing the French tips, I asked three times before she filed off the existing tips if there would be an extra charge for redrawing them, but she ignored me each time and continued anyway. To make matters worse, two male technicians stood over her shoulder, which seemed to make her nervous and rush through the service. The lines for the French tips ended up uneven, and she quickly applied the clear coat to finish as soon as possible. At checkout, I was charged $45 for the nail fill, which was expected, but then there was an additional $20 for the French tips and $5 for nail reshaping. I can understand the charge for the French tips, but the technician should have informed me when I asked. When I questioned the cashier about the “nail reshaping” charge, he laughed it off and changed it to “long nail,” which didn’t make sense since I was only getting a fill. The problems didn’t end there. I noticed the next day on September 10th that one of my nails had a large bubble in the white of the French tip on my thumb. Later, the bubble popped, revealing uncured nail gel, which I accidentally ingested. This could potentially lead to acrylate poisoning, causing allergies that could interfere with getting my nails done in the future or even with medical procedures. I returned to the salon on September 10th to address the issues with the uncured gel and uneven French tips, especially considering I paid over $70 for a fill and not a new set. Unfortunately, the staff argued with me, saying, “white nail gel just cures like that under lamps” and “there’s nothing they can do.” When I expressed concern about potential poisoning, they dismissed it. I requested a refund, but the front desk attendant said their policy only allows in-store credit, which she refused to provide, claiming there was “nothing wrong with my nails” despite the uncured gel issue. I asked to have the French tips removed and replaced with a plain gel coat, and I was sent to another technician. This technician handled my hands roughly and, while filing off the gel top coat and French tips as expected, he also filed off the apex of my nails, leaving them flat. At the end, he warned me with an attitude, “Be careful. They are thin.” I received a $20 in-store credit for the French tips, but the front desk lady was rude, simply dropping the card without a word. Overall, I’m really disappointed with how this visit went, especially after having such a great initial experience.

If I could rate a 0 for unprofessionalism I would. My wife came in for normal pedicure and removal of acrylics. She told this to the clerk and they wrote it down in a paper order. Another girl walks in after and they call in the 2nd girl 1st then they flag my wife that it's her turn. They messed up the papers and did a shellac pedicure instead of normal pedicure. My wife had not noticed and told them she did not want that and they show her the wrong paper order with the wrong name. They MADE her pay extra for it even though it was THEIR mistake. Will NOT return.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I am so happy with the selection of colors available and it’s so clean! The staff is polite and always feel welcomed here. Jayden has been my nail tech for the past year or so and I’m so happy with his work. His attention to detail and quality of work is beyond excellent! I’ve never been disappointed and always leave happy! Thank you Jayden and Palladium nails for offering such great customer service at reasonable prices!

I had an enjoyable experience here. They worked quickly - which was nice because I don't love spending my entire day at the nail salon, but they also did a wonderful job. I'll definitely be back! UPDATE: I came in today (was very grumpy from being too pregnant 😅) and I got Mary. She did such a wonderful job! She lifted my mood with her sweet and bubbly personality and she did a wonderful job on my nails. Thank you Mary!
