I had the pleasure, of meeting Jessica yesterday, for laser hair removal. She is so sweet, professional and excellent with technique/equipment. You feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and the spa is clean and inviting.... If you are like me, and tried laser years ago, it is NOT the same. It is now virtually pain-free! They currently have a great promotion running. I am so glad they are in my neighborhood.

I loveeeee this spa! Did laser on my underarms with Jessica and I am extremely happy with my results. I’ve always struggled with how thick my hair is and thought it might not work as quickly but Jess and this spa proved me wrong. Will definitely continue coming for more. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would!!!!!!!

Bertha made this place impeccable!!!!The best place in town! Amazing atmosphere, beautiful all around, staff is incredible! She really brought it to the next level. They all make me feel like a queen! I have been doing my laser hair removal and Jessica is the best! She is so mindful and caring about all the details and is always making sure I am comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough! If you are looking for five star treatment, this is the place to go!

I had a great experience at Palmetto Bay med spa. The location is super convenient, the office is clean and modern and the staff was extremely friendly. I saw Jaime. He was very patient with all of my questions and in no way was he pushing me to get anything done but really took the time to provide all the information in order for me to make the right decision for myself. I highly recommend them. I’ve already referred a few friends and I will definitely be setting another appointment

Med Spa is the best! Excellent service! Beyond grateful for Bertha and Jessica. I used to get laser in south beach and the prices were extremely high I never noticed results but after going to med spa I noticed less hair after my first session I highly recommend 😍

I have been going here for a few months for a B12 shot that has helped me keep my weight loss down and feel energized. Today I took advantage of their Black Friday deal for the Pulse Light (IPL) to wipe away those nasty dark spots on my face. Looking and feeling better with every visit. Love that they are right in our neighborhood. Thank you Jessica and Jaime for keeping me younger.

I have been to the Palmetto Medspa a few times, for Botox and fillers and I can truly say that they are amazing! Jessica is so friendly and polite and very professional and makes you feel at home. Jaime did and does an amazing job in keeping me looking young! He explains everything prior and during the procedure and goes at your pace. My results are flawless! Go and check them out! They are convenient and affordable and highly recommended. They always have the best specials for every occasion.

I was in town driving by the med spa, so I figured I give them a call to get more information. She was extremely rude to me on the phone, and told to "Visit the website" or come in person. Super rude, and won't be going there to get my Botox.

I went in for Boxtox first time I was nervous Jaime was amazing he explained everything and said I would see results in a day or two he was soo right ! I was super happy within a month to go for my wedding my face looked great !! Then I decided to do the IPL laser Jessie its amazing as well I did the IPL she also explained everything and concerned if I was ok while the treatment she is always so helpful so I have decided to continue to stay there for all my treatment since I love my results as well as them ! Thank you to both !😊

Jessica is so friendly and professional. She always makes me feel comfortable and gets me in and out super quick. I saw results after my first session which I love!!!! Perfect place. Has everything you could ask for, clean, friendly, easy to find and best is availability. I have had two tattoos that I have been wanting to remove for years but never did because I couldn't find the right place. Jessica is the best. She is polite and takes time to make you feel at ease. She goes at a pace where you feel comfortable and if you are willing to keep going she powers on like a machine. At no time did I feel like she was getting tired and just wanted to get me out. They really care about giving you the best results possible. So be at ease that they aren't just trying to have you keep coming back just to charge you. I'm very happy with my results and I had a tribal sun all in black ink. Give them a try without worry and ask for jessica
