The spa itself is very clean, the private pool view was gorgeous. The steam room was lovely and there was no one else in there when I used it. My massage however was just okay. I got a deep tissue 60 minute massage. They pulled me 2 minutes after my appointment time (11:32) and ended exactly 1 min before (12:29) so with changing and addressing my needs it was only a 50 minute massage which was disappointing. Just overall wasn’t worth the price but amenities are nice.

Came here for a crystal perfume making class on my birthday. The class instructor was so sweet and well informed about the perfume making process. The spa is huge and a very clean facility. Free parking lot available. I suggest booking in advance as all their other classes such as yoga. Pasta making. Perfume and pool class fill up quickly. The classes are available for non hotel guests as well

I had a prenatal massage with Jennifer at Palo Verde Spa and it was the most comfortable and relaxed I have been in months! This spa has a prenatal booster pillow if you are interested in laying on your belly. I was personally more comfortable on my side and she accommodated that request perfectly. Treat yourself to a day at this spa!! 5 stars.

I spent part of the day at Palo Verde Spa following a week of personal Therapy at Psychological Counseling, also in Scottsdale. It was my gift to myself for doing the hard work, and it was what my dreams are made of! I enjoyed a lovely 60 minute massage with Mandie (who is really just the loveliest human!) swimming in the pool, and soaking up sunshine. Loved that you could order poolside and wished I were hungry. Maybe next time!

OUTSTANDING experience. The best facial I've ever had with Maya (organic facial) she was awesome and an amazing therapeutic massage with Lisa. The entire experience was soothing, relaxing and unforgettable. Thank you Palo Verde! I look forward to visiting again!

Dani is the best if you’re looking for a true deep tissue/therapeutic massage. I am so sore but have so much more mobility. She was super knowledgeable too! As for the facilities, they are immaculate! We spent the whole day between the pool/relaxation room and it was perfect. What surprised me most was how delicious the food and drinks were. We got Chipotle Garlic Hummus, which came with seasoned pita and veggies which was the perfect light meal before an intense massage. Cannot recommend Palo Verde enough, one of the most relaxing days, and easily the best massage of my life!

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Facilities are great. I go to spas all over the world and this one has everything you need, and is conveniently located right by the Andaz and in view of Camelback Mountain. I got a pedicure and it was delightful. Spent another 3 hours just relaxing in the relaxation room, steam room, cold showers, and spa. There are dedicated facilities for both men and women.

Just had the best time at the Andaz Scottsdale but what made it great was the spa. The therapeutic massage by Jennifer is probably the top 3 massages I’ve ever had in my life. Maya was awesome as our facialist. Overall, the spa attendants are warm and friendly and highly attentive. I enjoyed being in a peaceful pool away from the main hotel. Highly recommend and I hope to be back!

Holy cow I got amazing massages here. Yesterday Michelle gave me a 60-minute classic massage. I swear 2/3 of the way through I was starting to see galaxies swirling around me and no, I wasn’t on shrooms. Today I had a 30-minute express massage with Jonny. That guy made me wish I booked a 90-minute massage. He had great techniques to get the knots out and he is so sweet and polite, and a smile to die for! Tomorrow I have a body scrub and if it’s even half as good as these massages I will be in hog heaven.

My wife went here with her friend and spent $740 on treatments. The staff then applied a mandatory 22% service fee on top of the cost without authorization. I am not sure if this is standard policy or if the staff were boosting their tips. Either way, it’s not right.

Wow! We had a couples massage experience in the poolside Cabana and I could not have been happier. The facilities were spotless and beautiful. My massage therapist, Lisa, was absolutely amazing. She worked through all of my stress. We will be back!

Beautiful spa and the staff was very professional. I really enjoyed my experience. The only thing they could improve is their food and beverage options. My Caesar salad was yummy but my jalapeño margarita wasn’t great.

Came to Phoenix from Georgia over the weekend for relaxation and a change of scenery. Palo Verde Spa gave me just that! Beautiful spa, clean, and even better service. Joey was my massage therapist and gave a wonderful deep tissue massage. I felt so relaxed for the remainder of my day. Will definitely be back!

I had a deep tissue massage from Dani that was amazing!!!! I shared with her some problems I’d been having with my back and hips and she worked magic! The spa was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. They have a nice waiting/relaxation area, steam room and spa pool. There’s also a gym right next door.

Our third summer going here while staying at the Andaz. I can’t recommend Joey for massage enough - she’s really skilled and knows what she’s doing. I get massage regularly, so it stands out when a resort spa can be as therapeutic as my normal therapist. Super friendly and accommodating, and a clean, spacious, and well appointed facility. Highly recommended, but book well in advance - appointments fill up very, very quick especially if you’re here for a weekend.

The spa is lovely as are those who work at the spa. I was able to move my manicure a bit later to accommodate our breakfast over at the Andaz restaurant. I was greeted warmly and taken back into the nail salon area quickly. The woman who did my manicure was very friendly. My husband treated me to a surprise stay at the Andaz for the weekend for my birthday. I mentioned this during the manicure so as I was leaving she offered me a complimentary glass of champagne. I was disappointed they didn’t have gel polish so I settled for the regular polish available. I try to let professionals do their job without critiques assuming small things will eventually be fixed but every issue I noticed was never fixed and I unfortunately wound up with the worst manicure I’ve had. These pictures are taken immediately after leaving the spa. Mind you, this manicure cost $55 plus a required 20% gratuity 😳 Unaware of the separation between the Andaz resort and the spa, I had planned to request the charge for the manicure and gratuity be removed from our final bill. Because of the separation, the Andaz was not able to remove the charges for the manicure and gratuity. Unfortunately, I would have to recommend you go elsewhere for nail services. Again, the people are lovely but I’m left with a pretty bad manicure 😕 EDIT: The spa responded to my review on the forum where they requested a review and offered a full refund for the manicure!

Wonderful experience. I highly recommend building a spa experience with a couple of combined services. I opted for hair and scalp massage, reflexology and an express focus massage. Nice, private pool. Great amenities. Love the apothecary bar. The individually wrapped macaroons with little cactus designs on them were such a cute touch and they were DELICIOUS 😋
