My friend came here to experience having her aura photographed, something I had never heard about. Our interpreter did a very thorough job at explaining all of the transitional colors that were on her Polaroid. The shop itself is very cutesy with lots of spa/relaxation/energy related goods for purchase. Not sure if this will be everyone's cup of tea, but if you're into that kind of ~mystical~ stuff, worth a visit!

This place is a special gem. I have utilized their massage services, and my friends and I also participated in a sound bath that was an amazingly spiritual experience. Their retail shop is impressive, and I’ve really loved everything I have purchased from them. They are definitely more high end and the prices reflect that but the quality of their services are special so the cost is worth it.

I won’t be returning. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by unresponsiveness and unreliability. I noticed a duplicate charge on my bill, which was confusing. I also arrived 15 minutes early as requested, only to wait in the lobby past my appointment time, and my massage was cut short. I attempted to address my concerns with the spa, but they did not follow up with me. It's disappointing, as I was hoping for a better experience."

Literally one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. Incredible facial by Amanda. Lex did my aura photography and sat with me for 30 minutes to process the colors! So fun!

everyone was so sweet and made me feel welcomed for my first massage it smelled so good and the environment was so nice. Abigal did my massage and was so good and made me feel so relaxed for my massage I definitely recommend .

I have attended Paloma numerous times - for a signature massage, prenatal massage with my last pregnancy, community event, etc. The space is absolutely stunning and relaxing, but I was a bit off put by my most recent experience. I had booked another prenatal massage for my birthday, nonetheless, and had to cancel the day of due to my child having a fever and me having a sore throat. I felt that morally it didn't make sense to risk spreading anything when you are in such an unavoidable, close proximity! While I very much understand the need for a cancellation policy to be in place, I have to ask, what would the right decision be to avoid an $75+ charge for not being able to attend (something I clearly would have loved to)? The front desk associate was very matter of fact stating that a cancellation within 24 hours is 50% of the service, but definitely left me with a feeling of being punished for doing the right thing. Would have gladly preferred the option to tip the masseuse for the last minute, unknown until the day of, inconvenience, than to be charged a fee I am not sure where it is even going. Can't say I will be back no matter how great the massages are!

Honestly felt the need to revise my review from my first visit. Whenever I've gotten a massage, I ask the masseuse to put a lot of pressure and it's rarely the case. But at Paloma, Morgan did an exceptional job; I was shocked at her ability to find my problem areas without me saying a word. The relief I felt when I left had me at a loss of words.

This is my third time getting a massage at Palmona. My adult children got me gift card and it's what I continue to ask for. Stephanie did my massage this time and she too was amazing. I'm hooked and now they sell fragrances and incnest that I love. I cannot wait to go back soon. It's the best in Columbus area if I could give them 7 stars I would ♥️

Amazing experience, Dell is a magician working months of knots out of my shoulders and legs. My wife and I went for massages at the same time, and both felt like we were floating when we left. Definitely recommend for anyone with muscle tension or soreness to try it.

Each session has left me feeling better than before we started, and I can’t begin to adequately express my gratitude for her beautifully non-judgmental open container for healing. My boyfriend and I came to Paloma to start off our baby moon with a couples massage. This was my boyfriend’s very first professional massage (done by Whitney) and he absolutely loved it. I booked the mother to be prenatal massage with Jasmine and she was a delight, her technique was just amazing and she made sure that I was comfortable the entire time, without disrupting my relaxation. Everything about the spa was great, and the ladies at the front were also amazing. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Went for Aura photography and had a great session. The woman that read our photos was warm and inviting. She explained the technology and even channeled for some clarification. It was a very telling and positive experience. Will definitely be back.

Went today and did a hot stone massage with Akasha, who was absolutely fantastic! She listened to my needs and worked my entire body into goo. I was so relaxed and didn't realize how much tension I was holding and where. The staff was great, polite, and even gave me a little gift for my birthday. Everyone was wonderful and very welcoming. The building itself was gorgeous and loved the decor and whole vibe. Definitely a place that leaves you feeling relaxed and like you made some new friends. Hoping to be back soon!
