I did not want any length off. I wanted layers and a few face framing pieces, now it will take me an entire year to get back this length , I would have rather been told I don’t think I can do this hair cut. Not happy at all so much length taken off, the angles/face framing pieces were about half of my hair rather then a two inch section from fridge to the ear how it’s supposed to be done. and those are supposed to be done after the rest of the hair is cut when you have a guide to go by ,not the first thing to be cut.Very mad that I have to spend a years time minimum to get my length back, I’ve had long hair with layers my whole life. She said well if you like your hair long you need to consider just keeping it one length, like layers and face framing can’t be done on long length hair🙄

I was in need of a haircut, and looking for a new stylist. Diane was amazing! After showing her a photo of the desired cut, she agreed it would be good for my thinning, gray hair, and shared tips on how best to condition and blow dry my hair. Diane is highly skilled and very personable. I wholeheartedly recommend her and Hair Studio II!

Cassie did the hairstyling for my wedding, my bridesmaids (& bridesman) and my mom! She was absolutely wonderful to work with, was very easy going and understood the vibe each of us was going for. Everyone looked great and my day was perfect!

Pam fit me in right away. I called at 9:10 on Monday, January 16th and was told to come right over. I was there and in the chair at 9:40. I received a wonderful cut and dye! I needed a new look and it's beautiful. I'm so happy that I found this salon by accident. This is my new salon! Pam was wonderful!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I made an appointment online for Friday 6/5/2020 at 4:30pm with Michelle. It was accepted and confirmed. I was happy to finally get my haircut since it was way to long from the pandemic. I left work 2 hours early (I don't get paid for that time off) and sat in Friday afternoon traffic in Millsboro needing 5 light changes to get over Rt 113. When I go there I was told by a very unapologetic woman that Michelle was out and wouldn't be back until June15. I told her I got a confirmation on my appointment and her reply to me was the internet reservation is "funny". She then proceeded to leaf through her appointment book, though I didn't ask, and in a very condescending voice told me they were to busy. There are 6 people in my family looking for a new salon, this won't be it. I appreciate your response. Michelle was only a small part of the issue, how I was treated when I arrived by the person who greeted me was the main issue. I will still not come back but do appreciate your apologizing, it shows you do care about your business.
