She made me wait 15 min and the experience was not comfortable. I was warm then she kept taking me to different rooms, one room had no heat and it was freezing. It tensed me up. I was confused with the weird socks and when I left I didn't feel like anything was done but some lotion on my feet and hands. Won't go back. Also the waiting room was freezing while I sat and wasted 15 min of my time. It ended 10 min till, so I'll just sit on my back porch next time and enjoy hot coffee. The atmosphere was like a back office in a gift shop. It's not a separate building, not worth the time. Very disappointed

Amazing products and services, if you want that personal touch and a little extra attention this is definitely the place! Very relaxing atmosphere! One of my favorite places to go in Tulsa.

I treat myself periodically to one of pamper me's retreats for my sanity. I just popped online to see what time she opens, and was kind of surprised to see any negative reviews. Any services I have ever received from the owner herself have always been top notch. Can she run behind? Occasionally, but not often. When you're working by appointment people run behind, it gets the schedule behind. You were cold? Did you mention that? Everyone has different comfort levels. No one can know what yours is if you don't tell them. However, for anyone concerned that they might have to move four feet from one area to another, rest assured the shop has been rearranged and all retreats are done in one room now. I am sorry for the person who showed up and no one was there. I wonder if the appointment was with the owner, or with one of the people who rent space there. I know there was issue with a massage therapist not showing up for appointments, but I've never had the owner not be there for a scheduled appointment. I recommend this small business to so many people. The owner may come across as a little, what did the review say, odd or strange, at first, but once you get to know her you'll come to find that she is a wonderful person who very much wants to help people.

Pamper Me is not a typical spa it is more of a holistic approach to stress managment. I got the stress reliever package. She started me off breathing in steamed herbs that helped me relax by forcing me to think about my breathing and nothing else. Then gave me a scalp, neck, and back treatment all with soft music playing in a darken room. She moved me to another room where she washed my feet and lower legs. There is something so relaxing about someone doing a simple but caring task as washing your feet for you. She then laid me back in the chair where she massaged my feet and lower legs before giving me a facial massage. This was done with long pauses in between treatments so you can just relax. I fell asleep in between the treatments. If you want to get rid of all the stress and anxiety that you carry around all day everyday then I highly recommend calling Pam for an appointment.

This place is a joke. They did not call to confirm appointment. They did not answer when we called. They were not even there when I showed up for my appointment.
