My girl was Olivia. She was so nice. For my first time getting something other than my eyebrows waxed, she was informative and really compassionate. And later when I actually needed a quick lip wax, she was fast. No more than 5 minutes. And I know she charged less than the people who live near me.

Olivia is hands down the best esthetician I’ve ever worked with. I usually frequent Urban Waxx in the Pearl, but when I was there last, my car had been broken into on the street. Suffice it to say, I booked with Pampered Orchid not knowing what I was in for. I’ve never had a more meticulous wax. I walked out of my appointment completely hair free—no stragglers, no leftover or missed patches, nothing. Olivia was so patient and professional and even let me sit up to accommodate my medical condition for part of the wax. After my waxing, she took me up front for a brow lamination and tint, and my eyebrows look incredible. Overall, I paid less than I do at Urban Waxx for more, and the quality of the work was far superior. The building is in a cute location and the actual office is well decorated and inviting. I immediately booked another visit. If you get the opportunity, book here—book with Olivia.

When choosing personal services, I look for professional knowledge and personal connection. They have both. I was impressed by their knowledge-based decisions and kind and friendly demeanor. I made an appt for bikini wax, but changed my mind to do Brazilian later. They accommodated that, priced the service accordingly w discount, and explained everything professionally. I will keep going back!

I just found my new esthetician!!! I haven't been for so long I had cancer so you know no hair. and then I went back to find that I had lost my esthetician during/due to covid shutdowns. I have tried a few since then and none of them where right for me. On a whim I made an appt with Aleah Liebenau at Pampered Orchid here in St. Johns. Listened and was amazingly almost pain free! ( that's as good as you can get when someone is ripping out your body hair with hot wax). I just LOVE her!

My skin has never looked so good. Beautiful new studio in the heart of St. Johns offering facials and waxing services at an excellent price. Jess (the owner) is personable and knowledgable providing you with the pampering your skin needs. Since getting a facial and using the products suggested my skin has never looked so good, once dull and red it’s now radiant and clear. I love the eyebrow tint/wax to keep them looking bold all the time. Booking is easy. Highly Recommend. Reasonable prices.

This is a wonderful, welcoming spa. Jess is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The environment is lovely and comfortable. She also helped me with some skin issues and she sells an amazing sunscreen product for people with sensitive skin. I’m super excited about this great addition to St Johns, I highly recommend it!
