If I could give them no stars I would. This is by far the worst company ever. They’re extremely unprofessional and should be out of business. They do not honor vouchers purchased on Groupon or Living Social. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. Do not waste your time with these people. Just horrible in every way. SAVE YOUR TIME, and take your money somewhere else!!!!!!

Ashley gives the best waxes!!! I am a big baby and she made me feel confident because I knew I was in good hands. Results are amazing and she deals with my screams, haha!

I booked a massage appointment months in advance, and Sherri moved it back an hour (no problem) but then proceeded to just never show up. Really unprofessional service.

Sherri is very unprofessional. She is never available at the time of appointments and make you wait for long. Pedicure is very normal. I would never go back there.

I have been trying to get an appointment with this spa for the past 6 days. I called, no actual person just goes straight to voicemail & says to email. I email, no response. I text thinking maybe that will work, they respond to text to email..... I emailed for the third time to my email request for her to CALL ME, she responded via email only and then again no response to my email back still. If the business would like to reach out to me I'd love to give them the opportunity to make this 1 star review a 5 star review but until then it appears they do not value customers time nor want any business.

I really don't think this place deserves 1 star. I payed for a Brazilian wax off Groupon right before I was leaving the city for vacation. I decided to call to just Verfiy my payment and also see when was their open availability since I had about 2 weeks before I leave. I called and what do you know an automatic voicemail ok fine I can deal with that. So I followed the instructions on the Groupon voucher for booking an appointment on their website. Here's more issues there are no days available. I decided to go up to the place and what do you know the woman does not talk to anyone unless there is an appointment. I was told by people that work with her closely that she over books and makes people buy Groupon and never deliver the service. As a result I have to wait 24 hours until Groupon decides what they will do. I will definitely be reporting this.

Sherry provides the best massage, bar none. I never go to other masseuses as their massage never can compare to the massage given by Sherry! Excellent mani-pedes. My fav for more than 5 years!!!!

Terrible, stay away from it...they treated my mom horrible, when they found out that she had a voucher from groupon, make her wait almost 4 hours to tell her that they don't have time to attend her.

This place was terrible! I bought a groupon to try this place out and I was never able to even make an appointment. I tried their online service but that didn't work. Then I tried calling and left multiple messages but no one called me back. My groupon has not expired and I lost money on this. Shame on Groupon for selling their service!

Very rude receptionist. Tried to get into s confrontation with me over asking if I had the right suite. I thought it was racial until I saw a similar comment from a Caucasian. They will not be in business long. Spend your money elsewhere. Definitely not worth investing in unprofessional behavior. I'm requesting a refund from Groupon because I didn't take the service. However I think that's part of the scam. Run away customers after they get their money and credit card info. I'm sure we'll see them on the news soon.

Facial was great. Worked with Ashley. I would request her. She is very knowledgeable. To enter you need to go through building security which is cool but was hard to find. On my visit another worker was unprofessional and very hostile with a client. Other than that the visit was smooth. Recommended using a Groupon on visit if your first time.

They are great. I always get my lashes done by Ashley. She does some amazing work. Ms. Sherri is great she also does kids mani pedis. My daughter loved her time with her and can't wait to go back. They have great consumer service. They are right next to navy pier so you can enjoy that after your service and they also offer validation for reduced parking.
