Really truly a gem that is worth every penny! After a recent visit, I had a follow up call with Jennifer who was fantastic in every way. They handled my situation exactly like a business should! My recent visit would not deter me from a repeat visit, as it was already my second time back. The amenities, the atmosphere, the staff, the boutique are all fantastic. Everything is clean and well kept! Staff members are always rotating cleaning up water on the floor, filling towels and water stations, emptying baskets and checking on clients. I have never had to ask anyone for anything because everything is always well stocked! It’s a great place to unwind any time of the year and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent. Expect to spend 3-4hrs here. 30min pre massage for tour and settling in. 1hr massage. Up to 2hrs for amenities, shower, gift shop and check out. Absolutely lovely and kind service from ALL start to finish. Awesome team, great vibes. Reasonable cost and value for massage with amenities included. $3 soft drinks, $6 cocktails, $12ish cocktails. Small free snacks to include nuts, cucumber, grape, chocolate, and lemon orange infused water. Can't wait to return. Easy free parking in front.

This spa is beautiful tho small. Amenities really nice and honestly nothing in Columbus has this. BUT I booked a 90 min massage and my MT was awful. He used too much pressure, he hurt me during the massage. I never anything about pressure during massages because I feel self conscious but this time I spoke not once, but at least 2 and he would let up and then go back to full pressure. He used trigger point release therapy which I DID not want. He worked heavily on my toes which I also did not want. He pulled my toes until he heard a crack. I complained at check out and was offered a piece of dark chocolate. Umm. No. I don’t want chocolate - I would like my body not to hurt. Sadly, I won’t be back despite how beautiful it is.

Gorgeous space that truly takes you out of the day-to-day and keeps you in the present. Great amenities whether you book a specific service or stick to a day pass. I love that ear plugs are offered for added relaxation! I got a deep tissue massage with Brittany who was an excellent servicer. Looking forward to my next visit!

Came here for a massage and a facial (on two different days), and had an amazing experience both times! I will definitely be a regular customer! Highly recommend! Pro tip: if you want more than 1 service, and both are more than $100(excluding the express facial), schedule them separately so that you can experience the spa for 4 hours (instead of only 2)!

Panacea has to be one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff were incredibly kind and the atmosphere is stunning. The robes and slippers make it so I was comfortable from the moment I walk in to the moment I left. The mixologist (I feel so bad I’m forgetting her name but it starts with an E) is so bubbly and joyful, and makes some decadent drinks!! Not a detail is missed at Panacea. It truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience, but I cannot wait to plan another trip with my friends. Thank you to my nail tech, Averie, for being kind and fun loving. Thank you to the cleaning staff for creating a spotless environment. Thank you to the while Panacea Team for creating an experience I cannot stop thinking about and enjoying.

This place is STUNNING! From the moment you walk in, until you step out. You can tell that every little detail was thought of, it’s absolutely gorgeous! We were greeted right away with smiling faces/a brief tour and then taken back to put on WARM slides to receive our services in (it really is the small things 😀) The room we were waiting in for our services, I really could have stayed in all day long! The complimentary snacks, flavor enhanced waters, and the swings….you guys….you HAVE to try them! The entire time we were there, the staff kept checking in to see if we needed anything and I really feel like you don’t see that too often anymore. I had a pedicure done by Aryn and she was fabulous! She was very knowledgeable about all the products and answered all of my questions! I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep but I couldn’t because the DRINKS! By far the best alcoholic beverages I have ever tasted! And they were delivered with such fun by Empress. You could tell she took pride in those drinks and how they looked because they were divine! After our pedicures, we went straight to the amenities and oh my heavens….the cold plunge, hot tub pool, and Himalayan salt room were amazing. But my absolute favorite was the Eucalyptus steam room. When we left, I felt completely rejuvenated! As a hard working mother of two littles, this is a must have! 12/10 recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks Panacea!!!!

This place treats you like a goddess, every single person they were polite and ready to help the massage was lovely. If you get a massage over a 100 dollars then you get all of the cool stuff for free hottub sauna and cold plunge and a bunch of amazing orher little things to make this place amazing

While the spa was lovely, I would gladly take my money to one of the other fabulous spas in Columbus. I went this Summer with a group of girlfriends. I got the Cranberry Crush facial, which for the price, was not worth it. I fell for the upselling of an additional mask (totally my fault for falling pressure) that I was told would provide huge benefits to my skin. It did nothing but hiked up the price more. What really spoiled the experience was when I checked out, I was charged the full price of every product used during the facial. The total sounded very high but I figured since my group of friends was splitting the bill, that was causing it. I called this out and the front desk noticed their error and said they would refund me. I left as they were processing the refund which they told me would take about 15 minutes. They were very kind to call me to let me know I was refunded. I went back to check my charges and I was only refunded for the products and not for the tip, which was off of the entire total, which included services AND products. Overall, I felt nickel and dimed. Won’t be back.

Absolutely love coming here. My only complaint is that my gel polish was chipping within a few days. I can get gel done anywhere else for half the price so to pay $112 for 5 days of polish is insane. Other than that, I would come for everything else.

Had a great experience for my first time! I had a 90 minute massage with Marquise and I have to say he is amazing! If you enjoy a deep pressure massage, you definitely need to try him one of the best in the city!

I walked in at 3:15 for a 3:15 appointment. Filled out the forms and used the restroom. Walked to the room and was undressed and ready by 3:25. The massage therapist was ready at 3:25. She was really nice. My husband purchased a 30 minute massage for my birthday. I guess she has to stick to the appointment time, because she was done with my massage at exactly 3:45. My husband changed the massage to a firm, prenatal. I was SHOCKED when I saw a bill for $140. They charged $20 for firm and $20 for prenatal. However, they don’t have a pregnancy table. She gave me two pillows and told me to get comfortable. Not sure how that’s worth $20. They offered the extra services when I was checking out, but I left and cried in my car. I’m pregnant with my third child and was so excited to have a minute to myself for my birthday. I couldn’t believe the pricing, and when I asked for clarification the woman at the desk said, “I’m not sure how the prenatal is different, but it’s more so…” I live 45 minutes away and couldn’t believe she couldn’t honor what I paid for. Not to mention, it’s not reasonable at all to charge $20 for two pillows to place under your belly and legs and call it “prenatal.”

Incredible, relaxing environment with high quality services! Pricey but so worth it, especially if you spend a couple hours using the amenities/lounge before or after your services (which I have made full use of the two times I’ve been here). I had the most relaxing day here ever with my partner the day after a road race. Kaylee R gave the BEST athletic recovery massage + cupping. So skilled and intentional with the cupping and all other parts of the massage.

Best spa in Ohio !!!! So professional and love the amenities the vibe was perfect . I went took my boyfriend for his birthday and the owner and staff was attentive and kind drinks were well priced and delish .

First time at this spa and was absolutely impressed! Mitch was great! I’ve had a couple massages in the past that left me feeling worse than before the massage. It lead me to forgoing massages for quite a long time. This was not that! It was my first Swedish and Mitch was great. Definitely thoughtful and skilled at his craft. The amenities are well kept and service is outstanding. Can’t wait to go back!

Had a lovely experience at Panacea! It’s unlike any spa I’ve ever been too. My favorite part was the warm hydrotherapy pool and the indoor patio swings. Brittany gave me the best deep tissue massage. The customer service was top tier. I took my group of 9 friends and we had a ball! Go book an appointment now !

I recently visited Panacea Spa and was absolutely blown away by the experience. The amenities are truly world-class, with highlights like the Eucalyptus steam room, Hydrotherapy pool, Cold Plunge, and Himalayan Salt Sauna. Everything was impeccably clean and far surpassed anything I’ve seen anywhere in the US much less Columbus, OH. The amenity offering rivals top-tier luxury European spas, which is something I've been hoping to find locally for nearly a decade. Another standout aspect was the peaceful atmosphere – there were only 2-4 other guests using the amenities during my visit, allowing for a wonderfully private and relaxing experience. The staff members were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. It is clear from speaking to Krista (the owner) this is a real passion project and she has really nailed the details. I can’t wait to return to Panacea Spa – this place is a true gem! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-tier European style spa experience.

So relaxing, the best part is once you’re in the back to enjoy amenities it’s a quiet zone until you leave back out towards the front which made it so peaceful and relaxing. Everyone was so nice and kind.
