Be careful with their billing department. I went here in 2019 and they are coming at me in 2024 for $800 saying I didn’t submit my insurance checks. Also during one visit, I was told it was customary to tip them after I paid a copay and they submitted to my insurance. The tipping issue was later rectified after I questioned a different employee of the company. Now I’m dealing with insurance companies that can’t find the information this company is asking for while this company is accusing me of never dropped off the checks. My favorite… blame the patron for the company mistakes, which obviously there has been issues with how this company is run if you are coming at me 5 years later. I remember going multiple times to drop off checks because they would randomly be closed during normal business hours.

Came into Panacea for chronic sciatica and stress relief. From the minute i walked in to the minute i walked out, everything was perfect. from the front desk staff,to my therapist who listened to all my aches and pains, and relieved my sciatica and one session! They have multiple highly skilled therapist available. I would definitely recommend Pancea to anyone.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 2 because I had great experiences previous to COVID shut down. After that the man named Mike who massaged me, stopped mid massage to ask what my tattoos on my thighs and hips meant. The massage was awful, he was scratching my scalp with his nails. I emailed management & they said they would make a note on my account. I'll never return. To clear up confusion I noticed my 5 star review while reviewing other business and couldn't help but change it after the uncomfortable situation I had. Below is the email I received after my complaint. I didn't receive a call or anything like owner said in the reply to my review. Sounds like they didn't take my complaint seriously until someone else may have also complained after me. 'Hi Corinne, I’m so sorry to hear this! I will speak to him and handle this right away. We take the COVID precautions very seriously as well as be professional. I will make a note in your account going forward. Thanks Vanessa'

Nicki was great. she made you feel very comfortable. I received an hour long massage and it was perfect. I opted for the cupping treatment for the first time and it completely relieved the pain I was having in my shoulder.

Today, I took my girlfriend and I to Panacea Massage and Wellness Studio, for the first time and it was wonderful. This was my first professional massage (other then getting a back massage at physical Therapy). I was very impressed! This was a completely different experience. My girlfriend and I felt so good, and so loose afterward! My girlfriend said she felt like she was floating on air! My neck isn't cracking and stiff, my injured shoulder feels totally normal, My back is feeling great and I could even get in and out of the car easier! It was unbelievable. Gina was so kind and so professional. She performed the massage with great care and completeness. My girlfriend's massage was done by Sophia and my girlfriend thought it was fantastic. She felt so good afterward she wants us to start going regularly. Great Job Sophia! I can never get her to take time out for herself, and now she wants to! The Spa itself is small but, a very calming and tranquil space. The staff are all kind and accommodating. So, to everyone reading this, do yourself a favor and visit them, you will be very happy you did!

I cannot recommend this studio enough!! I have had a lot of massages in the past, but this was by far the best massage I've ever had! Alex could tell exactly what my body needed and specifically addressed what I had written in the pre-massage paperwork. She paid special attention to my problem areas (ie. neck, upper back, jaw from teeth grinding) and is also just an awesome, friendly person! After a stressful week, this was exactly what I needed to feel rejuvenated. They also maintained safe COVID measures, so do not stress about that if you're on the fence for a massage. They even have a monthly program for discounted massages at no additional charge - sign me up!! If you are looking for a massage, please do not hesitate to book one here :) The staff were all lovely, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I will definitely be coming back soon!
