I’m 36 weeks pregnant and new to the area. Mrs. Queen gave me the most painless wax that I’ve ever had! She pays attention to detail, takes her time, and really cares about your skin. I will be a returning customer in the future.

I recently had a Brazilian wax, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The aesthetician was incredibly nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She was very informative, sharing valuable tips on how to care for myself afterwards, which I truly appreciated. Her knowledge and expertise really shone through, and I learned a lot during the session. One standout feature of this experience was the aftercare kit I received to take home. This was a first for me, as I have never encountered a place that offered such a thoughtful addition. The kit has everything I need to ensure the best results post-waxing. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning for my next wax. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a professional and caring waxing service!

I had a back facial done so I could feel confident in a low back dress. Queen is a truly passionate about her craft and it reflected in results. Doesn't hurt that Panache prices are so affordable and such a relaxing spa.

I went for my first Brazilian and leg waxing and I have to say I was SUPER nervous! Queen greeted me when I walked in and was so sweet! I was immediately comfortable with the environment. Ms Kelly did my waxing and made sure I knew it was all about me and made me nice and relaxed! She was so nice and made great conversation! I'm happy I went through with it and will absolutely be going back 😊

Fast, affordable, and the results are on point. My first time getting waxed, and even though I'm a guy. They made me feel extra comfortable. Refreshments was offered and my wife and I were welcomed with smiles. I scheduled my next appointment before leaving lol

Never have I ever gone for a Brazilian and had the technician wait in the room for you to remove your clothing( items from waist down). Generally, a technician will introduce them selves, and then excuse themselves so you can undress. This was not the case here. Granted, she looked away, but I was shocked at the experience. The technician was kind, and talkative, and explained her process. I appreciate that. It was also a first time I had to hold my legs up as if I was in stirrups. Really uncomfortable, when it would have just been easier to flip over for the backside. After everything the service was not good. I had a burn in my inner thigh in one area, and many areas where there was missed hair removal. We just moved here. I get this done every month, I was 2 weeks past when I should have gotten it done, so it should have been hard to miss those areas. I wish them the best of luck, maybe it was an off day, but since I haven’t ever experienced a Brazilian like that I wouldn’t recommend.

Great place for a wax. I get the Brazilian and underarm wax and it's been by far the best experience ever. Kelly is so detail oriented and so nice. You can talk to her about anything. Getting a wax here is such a therapeutic experience. Love it here.

I’ve been going to Ms. Queen for skin services since her location was still located in Norfolk, and returned to her once I move back from Alaska. I can say no other Esthethician ever came close to the awesome customer service and professionalism that Ms. Queen has. Her daughter Candace (sp?) also recently joined her business and she was awesome as well in her own unique way. She seems like she has been in this business for years! She made me felt very comfortable as well and very knowledgeable! I’m a customer forever!

Ms. Kelley was absolutely phenomenal! I got my 2nd ever Brazilian wax and my experience at panache was much better than my first time at a different waxing center. Kelley was incredibly experienced, and made the process as comfortable and effective as I could hope it to be, as well as having an amazing conversation throughout the treatment. If I wasn’t moving this would hands down be the place I’d go to for any future waxes, and I recommend to anyone looking for a wax!

Kelley did my Brazilian to perfection and I walked out in no pain! I got no excuse not to give my man the cookie after this appointment 😂. Truthfully, if you're looking for a permanent wax spot, this is the best. I've tried most in the local area. This was the only one I left a review for.

So the woman doing my wax was decent and we had good conversation. Only thing is she didn't use hard wax. I got a Brazilian wax with wax strips! It was pretty terrible for me but I survived and Queen made me feel as comfortable as possible. The atmosphere was relaxing and the room smelled nice. If you don't have issues with wax strips I definitely recommend this place.

So this was my first time going there to get my Brazilian wax done. The atmosphere was very relaxing and calming.Queen was the best! We had a very good conversation and she made me feel so comfortable while she was waxing me I forgot I was getting one done. I am very pleased with this service. Lady was super rude when I tried to book an appointment because it's her personal number that a new/ potential client would have no knowledge of. Apparently there is directions on how to book on her voicemail which never came on when I was calling. When she did decide to answer, she was disrespectful and rude. Surprisingly she was recommended to me by a long time customer, and when I let her know that her voicemail never came on, rather than apologize for the way she came off she proceeded to tell me how to book an appointment with her. If someone comes off as harsh and rude as she did why on earth would you expect someone to book with you? She came highly recommended but I was truly caught off guard by her rudeness so I will never know how good she is at her craft.
