Super affordable and nice massage but the restroom isn’t great!

Best massage I’ve ever had in the US. Michael went to great lengths to make my massage a good experience: he asked me about problem areas, stayed open 20 minutes late for me (I would have been fine with my massage getting cut short for closing, so I tipped accordingly!), massaged my scalp and face including my EYEBROWS and EYE SOCKETS. I didn’t realize my lower back had been holding tension until he squeezed hard. The free hot stones were a nice surprise (never tried that before, but I loved it), as was being wiped down of oil with a warm moist towel. The $50 was an awesome value. I am in town on business and I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

Went w my son and daughter today. I've been there about 3 times prior. Never have I had an issue here. Even though nearby, at JJ's massage before, none of us had a decent one. George took me and really hit deep spaces. He exposed my Knots, and did an exceptional service! My son and daughter were happy w theirs, as well. It is not a fancy place, for those expecting that. Great value for what they offer. Even though their may be a potential language barrier..... Universal language speaks louder than words. It's not a big deal for me. We got package D.... 70 minutes, w the hot rocks! That extra ten minutes, put the massage, on a higher level! They do charge $2 for credit card and No charge, offering Zelle & Venmo as options. I did call.hour before the massage, to see if they had 3 Massage Therapists available. They've had a repeat customer, w me, na do will continue ot return! When I'm in the Downtown LA area..... And I need it..... I go to this establishment! BTW...... They stayed open late for us!! We walked in at about 7pm,and left at about 8:30pm!

Okay so my dad got a message here he said it was fine he felt good after he got a regular one but for anyone that is considering doing acupuncture here be warned I just witnessed one of the massagers pour used unsterile alcohol that was used to sterilize a needle back into the alcohol container I’m guessing they reuse the alcohol which is severely concerning and unsanitary

I have never gotten a massage that wasn’t atleast 4 stars. It’s an intimate establishment and the owner is kind. Customer service is good enough regardless of language barrier. And everyone masseuse that has massaged me did a good enough job overall.

I just went yesterday the massage was good if your body is in pain and helps to release the pain and stress on your back. They were very demanding on the tip.

very savvy masseuses and incredibly kind management. They are experienced with acupressure and deep tissue massage. Every time I receive a treatment here I find deep relief (I have several herniated disks and cervical problems). I tried cupping as well (which is added for just $20 when booking a massage) and it was great. They also offer CBD oil massage. It's always good to book in advance as they get very busy especially after 1pm.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. At the time of my arrival everyone seemed so nice. I went with my two sisters, and I was asked to wait 5 mins until someone was available for me. When it was my turn the guy was nice but was really hurting me. I kept thinking why did I come here. The entire time I felt pain, he heard me grunting and asked if I was okay, I told him he was hurting me. He continued to massage me with so much pressure, I wanted to cry. I thought about getting up and walking away but I didn’t have the guts to do so. I couldn’t wait for it to be over. My back feels bruised and sore. Then when it was finally over I go pay and my two sisters were there waiting they looked upset. I directed myself to pay with a man in the front. He told me it was $50 and asked how much was I going to tip. I said $5 thinking it was reasonable especially since I didn’t like it one bit. I thought the man did his job, I could’ve left the moment I felt discomfort but like I mentioned I didn’t have the guts. Anyways as soon as I said $5 tip the man looked at me with anger in his eyes he didn’t say anything at the moment but his tone when he told me my told said it all. My sister then tells me he is mad because he wants no less then $10 tip each. That didn’t sit well with me, first because I had a terrible experience and second because they shouldn’t ask to be tipped a certain about especially in a rude way. My sisters mentioned that he said. “He didn’t like that, $5 is no good, I don’t like that!” And he said it in front of other customers. No professionalism! DON’T GO TO PANDA MASSAGE!!!

Massage was great. Therapist knew where all my tension spots were and addressed them with awesome intention. Also the foot massage and hot towels and stones were amazing. Came out so relaxed and well rested.

Tia really went in deep with shoulders and neck. Exactly what I was looking for! The hot stones also were a great finishing touch. I ofton suffer from stiff neck and headaches. And she really got in there. Felt great!!!

I love panda massage. I tip the amount I pay for a massage here bc they give such a great value for the hard work and service they put in to help people like myself: who suffer with body pain regularly. Therapists are strong and intentional. If it’s busy, the noise may get distracting at times. Music is fabulous, the care is truly there—I will keep sending friends and going myself as a part of my self-care plan to heal from unavoidable stress! Thank you George and team of LAs finest super heros!!!
