As a busy toddler mom, I wanted to transition to a lower maintenance blonde and Hannah at Panther City Salon absolutely crushed it! She was so sweet and I especially appreciated her explaining what she was doing and what future appointments will look like for me. I absolutely love my hair and I’m excited to come back!

Loved the hairstyle I booked at Panther City Salon done by Hannah. She exceeded my expectations and made my first time at the salon a wonderful experience. I asked for a 90s style updo for prom and it turned out beautifully. Even with all the rain and wind from that day my hair stayed in tact. Definitely recommend would come again!!!

Charged $250 (plus tip) color/cut and still have inch to inch and half of root in some areas. Alex has cut my hair before and done a decent job w/reasonable prices. This was her first time doing my color and I failed to ask what she would charge, I never dreamed it would be so expensive. Additionally, I did ask for yellow blonde as opposed to white but there’s brassiness and I will need to use purple shampoo. I contacted her a few hours once I got home and noticed how bad it was and she refused to refund a dime. She offered for me to come back in and she would redo everything. By far the worst color job I’ve ever had and the most I’ve ever paid for a hair service.

I loved my experience here! I’ve been struggling a bit with my newly short hair and since it was due for a trim, I tried out a new place that was recommended to me. Sarah was my stylist and she did a perfect job! She talked me through each step she did and the issues I had with my hair and how to achieve the look I wanted. She explained it so well without it being complex and overwhelming with all the new information. I was told I wouldn’t be able to achieve the style I wanted by a past stylist at a different location but she showed me that I can! She’s updated on newer techniques which allowed me to trust her even more with my hair. Again, I love it and will booking with Sarah again! Thank you.

Ask for MAGEN!! My goodness I was afraid to go here because I’m a POC and usually don’t get the proper care for my hair but Magen did such an amazing job she left me utterly blown away. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a salon and being a new mom I can’t find the time to do it myself and don’t trust anyone else, but magen has my business forever!! She will get you right for sure!

I do not usually leave reviews, but I had to leave one on this business because of how upset I am. The manager of Panther City is a poor representation of how a manager should be and her business as a whole. Not only was I dissatisfied with the service done by a stylist here, but I was deeply aggrieved by how the manager handled the situation. More so, how she DID NOT handle it. My hair was done so poorly that I asked for a refund, which she said I would get. However, she lied to my face. When I asked for a full refund in an email, she followed up by saying that I would not get anything other than a partial refund. She proceeded to ghost me and not answer any more emails from me when I tried to get the rest of my money back. I will never be coming here to get my hair done. After a terrible attitude curly cut done by someone a year ago, and then coming back only to get the worst highlights I've ever gotten. Nothing will bring me back to this salon. They have traumatized me, and it is hard to go into another salon after this. I think that many people of color or people with curly hair would have a hard time feeling at ease in this salon. Most of their stylists are white and don't know how to do curly hair, and that is a shame. It is 2023. Hire more stylists who can do hair period. Although, if I was a stylist/customer, I would never even go here even if it was the last resort. They deserve zero stars or perhaps negative five for what they've done.

I had an appointment with Alex yesterday and I feel like a new person! She was friendly, sociable and gave me exactly what I was looking for. My hair tends to be more brassy, but her expertise in blonde techniques delivered an amazing color and I couldn’t be happier! The salon was well kept and it was a great vibe. 5stars for PCS and Alex!!

The location itself looks like it could be in Beverly Hills. The place is gorgeous on the inside. As far as the customer service goes, it is southern hospitality at its finest.

This is the most I’ve ever paid for my hair and it didn’t turn out the way it was suppose to. I went in blonde and wanted my hair to be a light brown. I came out with VERY DARK BROWN hair. I was told it would lighten up later but there’s been no change. I don’t feel that it’s right for me to have paid $350 for a solid plain color and not what I asked for. She tried to fix it and it came out even darker. She has a one week “tweak” policy but was not capable of fixing my hair after she couldn’t achieve my goal and now are no longer honoring your “tweak policy”. I paid for a service and wasn’t happy with it, she told me it would change after a few days and it didn’t. When I express I’m disappointed, she told me too bad and good luck elsewhere instead of trying to make it right somehow. Sorry but that’s just not how you treat customers. I’m suppose to go pay even more money now to fix your mistake. I should be able to get at least 1/2 a refund to help fix what you did to my hair.

GO SEE CATELYN!! 10/10 Always does amazing work. Best personality, so sweet, definitely a perfectionist. Has done color corrections for me when I had botched hair color from a previous stylist. Amazing with textures and curly hair. Achieves the most beautiful blondes! Always gives exactly what I ask for! I’ve trusted her to take her own direction as well when I was indecisive and I’ve always been extremely happy with the results.

GO TO CATELYN VAIL. I’ve been seeing Catelyn since November of 2021, and can confidently say that she is the BEST hairstylist when it comes to curly hair. In November of 2021 something terrible happened and I ended up with over 12 inches of my long, curly hair gone and I needed a hairstylist that would help me fix what had been done. For the past year, Catelyn has cut, highlight and styled my hair, and it’s growing in beautifully. I couldn’t be more thankful.

I had Tonya change me over from blonde to ginger last weekend, and I LOVED how it came out. This is the second time I've been with her and she is super duper awesome, very chill, and helps you out wherever you need to get what you'd like for your hair. I had to find a new hairstylist since I recently moved to FW. I picked Camryn off the website and easily booked my appointment online! Walking in I was happily greeted and offered wine, coffee, water and snacks! I met Camryn and I was instantly at ease with her. Her personality is bubbly and outgoing and she was very knowledgeable about the type of hair I have, the amount of heat damage and the best style. I was so happy with my cut and style. We laughed that my hair looked so fantastic and all I was doing that evening was sitting at home with my dog! Recommend this salon, laid back, no posers, just talented, outgoing, friendly stylists in an upscale atmosphere.

I highly recommend this salon. Everyone here is so warm and welcoming and will help you reach your hair goal while protecting the integrity of your hair. My hairdresser, Kaitlyn Sky is exceptional. She has taken me from pink to platinum to brunette to red to blonde without a problem. She cuts hair with precision and knows all the cool styles. This is the best my hair has looked in years! I literally cannot say enough great things about Taryin and this salon. The salon itself is always clean and the stylists are professional and courteous. I personally get my cut/color done by Taryin and I pinch myself each time I get to sit in her chair. Her knowledge/passion/expertise are evident in everything she does, and her chair side manner is unrivaled. I always walk out feeling rejuvenated and truly beautiful. Don’t hesitate! I see Kaitlyn Smith and she has always done an amazing job! I went from being platinum blonde to copper red and she has done my hair as each color multiple times and I always love the end result. She is very deliberate and experienced with her color application, which I have not had great experience with in the past, so super thankful to have found her.

This is probably the worst haircut I have ever had in 57 years, and I paid $80 for it . I never write reviews but if you want a haircut for curly hair , this is not the place to go ! It is uneven and nothing about it makes sense . I will not go to this hairdresser, again . The salon had a nice atmosphere but the sinks don’t work with only cold water and the hairdresser was friendly but did not listen to anything I said I needed . I left after a blow dry that looked like I just woke up living in the streets . Highly disappointed 😔!
