I have been coming to PANYC since 2018 so this review is a long time coming. Billy is a wonderful hair stylist. He manages to leave my hair vibrant and soft. I was prompted to write this review because I am truly in awe of his talent. For years I was getting vibrant red highlights but recent decided to go blonde for the month. He took his time, did a spot test to see how much color he could lift with minimal damage and the result was wonderful. He helped me get the sunkissed blonde I was hoping for! I've attached some pics for reference. Also the salon itself has a wonderful environment. The stylists here are a lively and talented bunch.

Love Panyc Salon and have been going there for over 10years! I have curly hair which requires someone really good who knows hair color and how to cut it. Mary Lou is the only person I trust with my hair color and she helped correct an awful coloring job(10 years ago!). I have been going to her since as she is the only one I trust to deliver the color I want. JC cuts my hair well that it looks great straight or curly. Great staff and lovely service!

Crystal Gerard has been cutting my hair for years and I followed her to Panyc Salon when she moved there. She is a great hair stylist! She really listens to what you want and delivers. I don't usually color my hair, but now wanted to lighten it up. So, Crystal added highlights and I love the way it looks! She knew which color to pick and how much to put in. Panyc is also great. It has a cozy-chill-hip kind of feel and I love going there – the combo of the place, other people in the salon, and Crystal is perfect for great hair and a relaxing experience.

Billy Ray was just amazing! My hair looks great. I must say that while visiting NY they make me want to come back home! Just a wonderful experience! Not only that, but Sindy did a phenomenal job with my teen granddaughter’s hair!!! Wow is all… she blew it out and put such a big smile on her face!! That my friends is priceless!!

I appreciated the salon accommodating us by fitting my brother and I in their schedule. My brother needed a haircut and I needed an updo for a party. We loved the results. Great service!

I had a great cut by JC at PANYC last week while on a short trip to New York. The salon has a fabulous vibe and JC is great! I got more than 6 inches cut off and finally have shape and style again. I highly recommend! If I lived in NYC I would definitely be a “regular”. Easy to get to, and a great location!

I haven't received a service from them yet, however I can tell that their customer service is outstanding. For my particular situation, they couldn't accommodate what I was looking for, yet they kindly called me right back and offered a referral to local salon that fits my needs. Very thankful for their kindness and for going the extra step! Thank you PANYC!

The salon is excellent - cozy and stylish; the service is wonderful, and it is reasonably priced for the quality. I get my haircut from Crystal Gerard and have been going to her for years, following her from Bumble & Bumble to Arrojo and now PANYC. She is truly an amazing stylist! She has a great taste, knows hair texture really well and is honest in her feedback on whether she thinks the desired haircut will be suitable! She is warm, bubbly and she is pretty artistic, so you always end up learning something new from her. I literally have never been disappointed and walked away feeling beautiful - and I am a pretty picky person, almost impossible to please.

I have been coming to the salon for well over 10 years and I never look outdated or out of style. Everyone that works here you can trust blindly to do exactly what you want and to make you look amazing. The hairdressers are stellar and the colorists are perfection. Always keeping up with the current mods as well as the timeless masterpieces. I hope they live forever cuz I never want to go anywhere else.

What a full of life & good vibes place to be for a 'do! Mary Lou gave a beautiful cap of updo curls for my birthday visit, Sindy gave me NOT just a shampoo but a mini scalp & massage 🥰 The good juju here left me strutting out like a princess & I felt like I had been treated like one: after all it WAS my birthday,🎊 EVERYONE there was dressed up as it was Halloween weekend & NYC celebrates this holiday to the teeth! 🎉🎃 Thank you all for such a great visit & a beautiful still in place styling job! I have been a royal follower of Crystal and she is the most creative, professional, and friendly hair stylist in NYC!!! She will make you feel like a Rockn'Roll star every time you get a hair cut from her. I feel safe and confortable going to PANYC Salon as they do have solid safety protocols, as well as wide space in between chairs. Highly recommended!!

Was looking for a new salon in midtown that was under $150 and down-to-earth, but still cool and high-quality—and I lucked out! They accommodated me at the last minute, and visibly followed all CDC safety protocols. Crystal gave me a fabulous haircut. She was very friendly and cool, and she absolutely listened to all my style requests. I will be coming back to see her in a few months!
