I had a great first time experience here. The stylist Monica was so sweet and kind. She definitely worked hard to achieve the same look as my inspiration photo I showed her! I absolutely love my new hair cut!

I have very thin hair but still had to spend 6 hours in this salon. Hairstylist used the wrong highlight color on my hair and insisted that it suited me. I insisted that she redo it. She was supposed to also cut and layer my hair. All she did was trim it and duped me into thinking she did by blow drying and styling my hair. I didn't say anything, still paid the $290 she charged me, and gave her a $50 tip because she was my daughter's hairstylist for years, and I didn't want to ruin their relationship. Until she destroyed my daughter's hair and blamed it on her by saying her hair had molds that the bleach reacted to. Whaaat! Shameless and no accountability.

I've been a loyal customer at this salon for a decade, starting from my high school days. Both Monica and Francie are phenomenal. Francie goes above and beyond during my long bleach sessions, even bringing me food! She's an extension expert, and I've been an extension client for three years now. Thanks to her, I feel more confident than ever, and she always ensures my natural hair stays healthy. She accommodates all my needs during appointments and is incredibly personable. She's not just a hairdresser; she's my therapist who I visit every 10 weeks LOL.

I dont know how this salon gets 5 stars. I absolutely hate my hair cut. My hair now has layers frm top and at the bottom instead of a V its a long thin tail of hair..While styling my hair was pulled so hard and roughly that I got a headache. $110 wasted.Now I need someone to fix this horrible cut.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon, thanks to Monica! She not only gave me a beautiful hair color, hairstyle, and haircut that suited my face and skin tone perfectly, but she was also incredibly personable and empathetic throughout the whole process. As someone who had never dyed my hair and usually just got trims at Great Clips, I was quite nervous about making any changes to my hair. However, Monica's friendly and reassuring demeanor quickly put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, and she gave me great advice on what would work best for me. The end result was fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with my new look! This is my 3rd time visiting her and she has worked with me to get my appointments in before big functions and events! I highly recommend Monica and this salon to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate hair dresser who truly cares about her clients. Thank you, Monica!

I haven’t cut my hair in a year and finally wanted a refresh. I was very nervous about finding a good place that was close to me but I went here and had an amazing experience! They took me in last minute the day before thanksgiving and were so kind! I had Monica and she was the best! She was very sweet and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! I got a trim with face framing layers and it was perfect. Definitely would recommend coming here!

I'm very picky and I have really thick, long hair. I've kept it at just a straight cut for seven years and I finally decided it was time for change. I took a chance with this salon and it turned out to be an amazing experience! I had Monica and she was so kind with helping me find exactly what style would work best for me. I ended up going with layers and curtain bangs and it was the best decision ever! Thank you Papillon!

I am so excited to share my review with anyone in the market for hair extensions or a hair stylist. I contemplated for close to a year on getting extensions. $$$ plus how much damage it can possibly do to my hair. Hair is precious! I was referred to Francie by a good friend about a little over a year ago. I did not scheduled an appointment with Francie right away. I had to do my research and watch tons on people on IG. Lol. Francie installed the invisiblebeadextensions. She trimmed my hair to blend with the extensions. Talk about a seamless look! Never once have I felt Francie tried to sell me products etc… she is a genuine lady with a goal to make you look good and love what you see. Oh yea! Her sewing skills is perfect and clean. No hair pulling etc…very minimal hair damage if any. Of course when I find someone good I have to share my experience! My girlfriend who has worn hair extensions for years decided to check out Francie! She loved Francie’s quality of work so much she have now left her stylist! I got a Brazilian blowout. I love the service that Monica perform my hair looks amazing feels healthy, it helped me with frizz, it’s more manageable, I highly recommend Monica for this or any service you need to get done in your hair.

Monica at Papillion Salon is AMAZING! The only person I let touch my hair. Use to live in Sacramento and now moved to Southern California. Every time I go visit family is when I wait to get a trim & color touch up with her. Wont let anyone else touch my hair. She is amazing at what she does from her dying my hair red, to dark colors, to a blonde balayage to even blue/gray. She has been with me through all my hair transformations and would recommend her to everyone! Thank you Monica!

Monica is the best, she did an amazing job. She chopped off a good 10 inches and styled it to a bob haircut, which I swore I’d never do but I loved the results! Customer service was excellent. Very nice and attentive.

Monica is very knowledgeable of her products and hair. I've been using a supplement called Goldie Locks and in the first 30 days, I've seen little hairs starting to grow. So excited to see how much more hair I will grow.

Papillon Salon is my goto place for hair cuts, I love the atmosphere and stylists inside the Salon, they are just the friendliest group of ladies. I am never disappointed with my zero fade because it's always done right, every time. I usually leave knowing I'm looking amazing and they are quick while being efficient too, even though it can get busy in there they make sure the focus is on getting you in and out timely, I love this place, highly recommended if you live in or around the Natomas area. I love that I can get a haircut and walk a few feet to grab groceries after, super convenient! I also love the fact that I get a shampoo after the cut so I can go about my day, just an awesome service...

I wish I could give zero star. Monica did my hair highlight. My hair got damaged. And charged more than the initial price said. Never do hair color with her.

Monica did an amazing job with my hair. She worked with me and my hair history to give me the best results for what I asked. She gave my hair three separate treatments and masks just to ensure the best and healthist results as well as touched up my roots without me even having to ask. She was incredibly sweet and professional the whole time. I wholeheartedly recommend going to her for any of your hair needs. I will not be trusting anyone else with my hair except her.

I have been going to papillon salon for years and this is the only salon I go to for any hair services when I'm in town. Where do I start, first of all both Francie and Monica are wonderful and has never once let me down in the hairstyles I've always wanted. Francie is friendly, easy going and her professional persona makes her one of the best in the business.

Phuong is friendly but very professional. She listens carefully to what you need and does what you want for your hair. I had a root touch up, highlights and haircut and was done in under two hours. I definitely would use her services again
