I can’t say enough about my experience at Par Exsalonce in Zona Rosa because of Tania! She was a dream! Thank you for making me feel so special and communicating every step of the way during the process to make me feel at ease! I even FaceTimed my team immediately after to show the transformation!!🥰 🤗You are an absolute angel!!! 😇 My hair is GORGEOUS!!! Thank you!!! 😘💗💗💗

I've been going here for a couple of years and it's great. Lauren is my stylist and she is 10/10. She's fast, friendly and provides great customer service. The parking is also pretty easy. I can usually park right at the door.

Sierra was our stylist she did an excellent job. Both of my daughters had specific styles they wanted and she delivered on both! We will be back to see Sierra!

I’m not sure if management or upper management would have something to say about this, but I did the math for you ( 52wks X 8yrs= 416wks ) ( 416wks/6wk cut=70 haircuts ) (70cuts X $85each= 🏝️💜🤷♂️😆🎊🍾🥳🎈🎉👯♀️👯👯♂️ $5,895 IN MISSED REVENUE JUST BECAUSE SOME PETTY GIRLS WITH THAT STANKY SALON ATTITUDE 👯♀️👯👯♂️🎉🎈🥳💜🍾🎊🏝️ ($5,895 X 20%= $1,178 TIPS you missed out) You see You didn’t hurt me by your discrimination, even though I’m in a wheelchair and was a client there for years. I always got along with everyone there. My stylist would even spend an 1&1/2 hours cutting my hair! And I’m a male! I was just one of the girls and I enjoyed my time there, and they enjoyed me too. Especially picking out random procedures and products on a whim. OK so recently I TRIED TO CALL AND SCHEDULE A HAIRCUT. ( I HAVEN’T HAD ONE IN A LONG TIME BECAUSE I’VE BEEN GROWING MY HAIR OUT FOR CANCER WIGS. ) So I call the salon and a young girl answers and put me on hold while she looked up openings. She must’ve looked at my account because eight years ago my friend and I were in there getting our haircuts tandem. When I made a joke, and my overly sensitive friend was offended, and made a big deal out of it. All the stylist were chuckling with me, because it wasn’t offensive. But literally someone there had the audacity to ban from this location(who knows probably every location) so when she comes back on the phone, she says “ I’M SORRY THERE’S NO STYLIST TAKING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME” I was like you’ve got to be freaking kidding me. They STILL have a note under my account about a petty non situation. literally still banning me from their barbershop. How extremely petty and irresponsible and if that’s the business practice of a want to be high-end salon, then I’m not interested in giving them $85 for a men’s haircut every six weeks. Mr. nice guy and 100% people in a matter where I go are drawn to me and I’m a very sociable person, to who ever. -signed, thanks for saving me $7,178 in these trying times for stores and luxury indulgences. I guess that’s why I’ve been able to cruise around Hawaii for 16 days and see Curaçao in Aruba and Antigua and St. Thomas in Saint Martin. You should get a ***** rating just for that. But you only get * since you have no couth or decorum.

Sammy is just awesome. Best facials ever-relaxing and my skin has never been better. Great atmosphere and I look forward to each visit. I live 45 minutes from the Salon and so very much worth the extra drive for great service and Sammy is so sweet as well as a great professional.

Absolutely love Tania!!! She always makes me feel comfortable and does an amazing job of coloring my hair, cutting my hair, tinting my eyebrows, and waxing my eyebrows! She's personable, professional, an amazing stylist, and person! Love, love, love ❤️ her!!!

I’ve been going to this salon for over five years and until recently it’s been good. It’s not cheap, but with hair you usually get what you pay for. I recently booked an appointment for a haircut and received a call that advised I would have to leave the salon with wet hair. Honestly I was shocked. This isn’t a salon that does beautiful blowouts, they usually just dry and run a straightener or curling iron through your hair. However, it’s not a Great Clips and the style is included in the price. With this kind of customer service I can’t justify the price and will be looking for a better salon up North. *I am adding more context because the owner replied (unsure if this was public or not). Yes, I made the appointment online, for my hair length (right at shoulder). I added the additional note that my hair was thick, not long, because it’s been an issue in the past. Why even offer online scheduling if it doesn’t work for your salon? On top of that if time would be an issue why would you call me less than a day from the appointment? Especially since this salon imposes a 48 hour cancellation notice on their clients.

Lauren is amazing! I decided after 40 years to go with a different cut (shorter) and still keep my beautiful color ( that Lauren does) and I absolutely love it! And love Lauren and Par Exsalonce!💕

Hands down, my haircuts have been consistently great over the past nearly 3 years here! (That's RARE in my opinion!) There is always great customer service from the moment you walk in the door. They also offer some fun products including not only hair care products but cute clothes and jewelry, etc. Don't hesitate, make the appointment! :) FYI- always a good idea to book your follow up appointment in advance. They're also great at providing appointment reminders. Thanks to all at the Zona Rosa location! You all are awesome!

I've been coming here for several years now. I am a huge fan of the cruelty free products used (Aveda) and am always treated with kindness when I come. I had a bad ombre corrected here (after another stylist at another salon made me look like an Easter egg) and keep coming back for regular cuts. The whole experience is very relaxing & it's such a nice, clean salon. Edit: Recently had some upgrades to the facility to accommodate more hair stylists and customers. I really love this salon! Everyone who works here treats all of their guests superbly!

One Star is too much for the. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. A friend gavee a gift of getting my hair done for my birthday. I have always been a platinum blonde and have let it go for far too long...my friend said let's change that..so we come to this place, appointment has been set and she said..we will spend whatever (Price was not an issue). And so we sit down in the chair and she asks what I am wanting done..I said blonde.....Platinum Blonde! With may some low lights..she starts in on highlights...and INSTANTLY I'm very confused...(but I'm not the expert) I ask her...Normally its a Color Correction??? And she said, no just an overall highlight... . Right Then And There I Should Have Stopped Her Right There.. But when it was over..I Was Not even Remotely close to blonde..I had about 10 foils put in my hair, slapped some thin blonde highlights in and called it a day...pretty disgusted...so I tell them this isn't acceptable....."let me just copy and paste what the General Manager ailed to me here.....these" atewror and charging me AGAIN wrong and then charging me AGAIN I was wrong I was wrong and then me thatob WORDS: """ a bit confused by this inspiration picture. When we spoke on the phone you were not explaining this at all. Nor is it the service that you consulted for at your last appointment. You used the words dimensional, pops of brown, blended. If you are wanting to go silver this is a multi step process. Since it is very different than the service you initially booked, consulted for and received you will be charged for it. Please let me know if you want to proceed. Thank you."" Best regards, Par Exsalonce General Manager Idk about you but I would have done a MUCH better than pushing your customer out 2 weeks and then telling me that I was wrong and charging me AGAIN

Went there because I got a gift certificate. Kenzie was so sweet and warm. She listened to my concerns and I walked out feeling like a new woman! I will definitely go back to her. ❤️🥰

My wife went and got a mani, pedi and facial planning to use a gift card my dad gave us and paying the difference. She was told the gift card had expired and there was nothing they could do about it. Granted it was several years old but at the end of the day, they received the money without a performing any service. I called to ask about this and the manager was very polite but said the owners would not budge on the expired gift card. very frustrating that they would not budge or help in any way. plenty of other salons/spas closer than the 50 min drive to that one that would be happy to get our business going forward. ripped me off for $100....

Received a gift card. The manager was unpleasant, hung up on me and talked over me the whole time, as I asked for a refund due to medical reasons. She told me she didn't care to dispute it through the credit card or sell it on fb to someone else.

Went to this salon based on a review. Was super impressed! Jazmin was my hair stylist, she was very sweet and kind! She did an amazing job and was very good about listening to what I wanted! She even did my appt a day earlier due to a snow storm coming in! I highly recommend this salon and highly recommend jazmin!
