Paradise goes to hell with new ownership. I've been here multiple times, brought friends and family and loved it. But after my experience last night and dealing with the new owner, NEVER again. I bought 2 90 minute floats for my friend and I. The water was too warm (not body temp as it's supposed to be) and within minutes, my skin was burning and tingling. It got so bad, I got out after about 20 minutes. washed multiple times, but even a day later, my skin is still burning. feels like being in an over chlorinated pool. I let the young lady at the desk know, I paid for our floats and asked to come back to have my full float experience. the owner showed up. His responses to my experience? "this is my family's money, no one has ever had an issue before". not once did he show concern. He said the young girl there had no authority to give me a session and he would give me 50%. I said I don't expect to pay anything. He was defensive and got more aggressive. When I offered to show him how dirty the rooms were, he refused saying "we just redid the entire place!". Then said "now I'm not giving you anything". His lack of professionalism and outright aggressiveness got me upset and I got aggressive back (I shouldn't have let him get me that upset but when you're that rude, dismissive and insulting, it's hard not to respond). Then he told me to get out and never come back, continuing even as I was leaving. Like I was ever going to go back after the way he treated me as a customer. Not to mention the impact it had on my friend seeing his behavior. If the $160 I paid has such an impact on"his family's money", I am not surprised that he's let this once beautiful paradise get so dirty and badly maintained. There was a white residue and powder all over the walls in the private tank rooms. The plastic caddies on the wall that held q-tips and a few other things were disgusting. there were piles of this white powdery residue in the caddy and coating everything. It was the same in the other tank rooms, including my friend's. *see pics This is not a business or owner that I will ever go back to, bring/refer other people to and will let anyone who mentions float therapy to go anywhere else but Paradise Float Spa.

I had been hearing about floating for many years and finally had my first session, it was great - I felt renewed and refreshed, like I had just came back from a vacation in Hawaii ......Will and Emmy really took care of everything and made everything comfortable.....highly recommend this experience with Paradise float Spa

My wife and I just had a great experience with Paradise Float Spa. It was a first time for the both of us and it was freeing and relaxing. I even fell asleep. We highly recommend and will try it again sometime soon.

First experience and I was pleasantly surprised how relaxed I was. I almost fell asleep twice in the hour i was in the chamber. You float very easily, and i love the head disc so you're not self conscious about keeping your head and face above the water. I'm not leaving 5 stars becuase overall it's a very... wet experience. Theres a lot of condensation and humidity going on that you can see it seeping from the walls and those yellow drips are in the chamber when you walk in. Overall a wipe down before each guest would be useful and better air flow in the building would help. But I would recommend going for the experience

Best float experience I've ever had! I was traveling for a wedding and stopped in to unwind while in town, seriously the best decision. I tried their hot tub room, which is just like visiting the hot springs and such a great experience, especially since it's the closest I'll probably ever get to a hot spring. Thanks for the relaxation 😎

Will, the owner was super helpful. One of the ideas he had for this business was to turn one of the float rooms into a hot room. The water is hot like a hot tub and you can get in and out of the tub and into the private shower area and take a cold shower, cool off and then get back in the tub (depravation chamber). It’s fantastic therapy with the hot water and the super concentrated Epsom salts and then the cold water therapy. If you have sore muscles or achy joints this is the solution!

This was better than I thought it might be and is a wonderful experience. I'm still feeling very relaxed and it's a day later. Watch the brief video before coming for your first visit, book your spa time and show up ready for a float.

Booked an appointment online trying to try a different studio upon arrival I was denied my float due to my love being blue. They stated that my hair dye would ruin the tank. Please read the website carefully. Waiting on refund.

Just tried this for the first time 37 week’s pregnant. It was so nice being able to float on my back and belly! I was given a noodle for extra support for flipping on my belly. This helped relieve my back aches and was a huge stress relief. I liked that you could adjust the lighting in the float pod. The pod smelled weird but appeared to be very clean. Definitely a cool experience and I feel amazing!

I had my very first float today and I was amazing. I left there feeling happy and energetic. I def can see why you need to do more then one float to get the full experience. So that being said I will be back.

My first time floating and this place gave a horrible first impression! If you like dogs and the smell of wet dogs then I recommend this facility. However, I am allergic to dogs, and had I known this I would have NEVER booked a float here. I understand if you must bring your dog to work, but I find it highly unsanitary to allow dogs to enter intimate and private areas, such as the shower and float room, where guests disrobe and risk exposing their body to possible fleas, ticks, etc. I was grossed out, the entire room smelled like wet dog, the salt burned my lady areas horribly and I was not given any instructions or suggestions, although I stated I was a first timer. If I ever float again, it will be in a more spa like and serene facility. Unless you live nearby, I don’t recommend coming here.

Exceeded my expectations! Hubs and I had our first float today and we cannot stop talking about how rejuvenated we both feel. The rooms and tanks were clean and spacious which put a lot of my anxieties at ease. I have chronic back pain and was actually in tears/could barely walk earlier this morning. I couldn't believe how much better I felt as soon as I stepped out of the tank (we even ended up walking a couple blocks up the street afterwards to grab a bite to eat). Already making plans to return next week and I can't wait!

First time floater, Paradise float spa emailed me all the information about what to expect and a YouTube link. The tank was clean and the showers were delightful. It had nice accommodation once I was done. Overall, clean, friendly and relaxing!

I floated at Paradise Float Spa for the first time today. It was heavenly! The facility is set up so cleverly with a special room for after your float to just chill until you get your feet under yourself and want to leave. It was clean and fresh, staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was so relaxed after - my muscles felt better than after a massage and my brain turned off during the float and after. I was relaxed for the first time - at least since COVID became such a nightmare.

I love this place. My girlfriend and I have been going for more than a year and it’s always great when we do. Denise is so kind and welcoming, it’s like visiting an old friend. The tanks are huge and beautiful and the rooms are always clean and nice. The post float room is great too. We always make a day out of coming to Annapolis to float then go eat. 10/10 date idea.

I met the owner and toured the clean and relaxing spa area. I relaxed in the water and although my immersions were turning about a death in my family, I was eventually able to relax. It was a wonderful experience. I only wish I lived closer. I hope to come back soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I tried out paradise float spa earlier today and absolutely loved it! Very relaxing and the place is very clean. There is a post-float room to relax in as well after your float which was really cool. I will definitely be back!

This was my first time experiencing floating, and I must say I am hooked! This is something I feel every human being needs to experience. Ultimate relaxation and amazing if you want to go into a deep meditation. The spa is clean and very peaceful! They even have a post float room where you can reflect meditate rehydrate whatever you need. This is worth EVERY SINGLE penny spent. Love it and will most definitely be back VERY SOON!

This was our first experience and really enjoyed it!!!!! Very clean, professional, relaxing, and the videos on the website show you everything you need to know before your first float. I liked that I could control the lights and leave the door open a little to the shower area of my suite until I felt comfortable enough to close it. You will feel like you’re floating in space - light as a feather. Keep in mind the chamber is 7 feet long so if you’re very tall like my husband (6ft5) there is not much room for your arms to float above your head if that’s what your body is inclined to do.

Had a wonderful experience. Reception area is peaceful and welcoming. The shower area was well stocked and clean. I booked all 3 tanks so that my kids and I could each float. The fact that each room individually has control over the amount of light truly lessened all of our fears. The shower area was large with plenty of hangers and space to change and stay dry. It's a great experience!

Had my first float this week ... and I loved it. The staff was super supportive and helpful in getting me started. After an hour in the float chamber - I was ready for more! The chamber has about 6 inches of salt water that you float naturally in. There’s different light settings. It’s the perfect way to unwind and get back in touch with yourself.

Just finished my first ever float session here. I enjoyed it. The "float tank" is actually large enough for you to stand up in and you have an entire room to yourself. I thought the whole facility clean and private and I will be going back again in the future.

My friend booked this for me as a birthday surprise! It was the first time experiencing a float spa & I loved it! The owner was very helpful & walked me through every step of the process & then left me to my solitude. Overall, great spot, great professionals, & my float was very relaxing! Thoroughly enjoyed it, will definitely be returning.

My husband and I both floated. It was very relaxing! I'm claustrophobic, but the float room is very spacious, and you can leave the lights on, so it didn't trigger me at all. My back and neck hurt pretty much constantly, and right now, after finishing a float, both actually feel pretty good. I'll definitely return to float another time.

Very professional but laid back atmosphere. Everything was clean and ready for me when I arrived. I felt very comfortable...not rushed or hustled. I really enjoyed and see the benefit of this therapy. Once you get settled in you almost feel like a fetus in the womb. I didn't experience anything profound but it was extremely relaxing. After 90 mins it felt like I was only in for 15 (space time is gone) if you can let your mind go. It was really nice to be alone with myself. I enjoyed myself. One theme that continued to come to mind during the meditation was "you don't need to be or do anything to be loved" "Your are already loved ..you are love". It's been about 4 hours since and I feel very calm, very patient and tolerant of little things that would annoy me and to be honest I miss the quiet time with myself. I recommend it atleast once. I'm going next week to see myself again ❤️
