We highly recommend Paradise Pools & Spas in Greensboro! Emily took the time to show us around the showroom answering our questions and giving us so many options. She was informative and helpful without being pushy. We chose a smaller Cal Spa to better fit our deck space. After delivery, Ray and Andrew drove over a hour to help us with a service issue and install a cover rack. Ray took the time to review all the settings on the control pad to help our 70 + year old brains to understand how everything worked. He went over and above what most business owners would do. Thank you Emily, Andrew and Ray!

Update Feb 1, 2025 Here is my latest update. Wellis Corp delivered the jets directly to my door. Wellis even sent me extra ones. That's right. I'm good for a couple more jets breaking. I'll know the final story when I go back down to Paradise Pools and see how they work out my credit for the earlier ones I paid for. Ray did follow up with me to make sure I got the jets. That was a good thing. Update on January 13, 2025 Just got a call from the Owner of Paradise Pools, Ray. He explained the mix up with how they handled my jet replacements under warranty. He apologized and said he would make it right. He said he would give me store credit for the jets I paid for and get me 2 more replacements at no charge. I have changed my rating to reflect his promise to make things right. Time will tell. I'll update after I get the 2 free replacements. Update on January 6, 2025 I’m not so happy now. I’ve had 3 jets break within the first year. That in itself is not a big deal. What is a big deal is how Paradise Pool treated me. They replaced my first broken jet with a free non-Wellis one. It was missing the “Wellis” logo. Two others broke at 12 and 13 months and they charged me for the replacements. Really??? My Wellis Paris hot tub has 5 year warranty on the jets per Wellis. I questioned them charging me and the employees went in the back to talk with Ray, the owner. He gave me a discount and didn’t charge me shipping on the parts ????????? WTH??? They said he was too busy to speak with me. I wanted to ask him if I was doing anything to cause the jets to break. I had to have the jets so I reluctantly paid for them. Why would he do this? What I posted originally was true. But I have to add this update to give you a heads up. On the bright side, at least the last 2 jets have the “Wellis” logo. I am a little concerned how I will be treated when I have a real problem. What follows is my original post which was completely true when posted. I had one issue with my hot tub and Ray satisfied me completely. He even let me choose which way to go. I had another issue that I thought was my hot tub but it was gravel bits blowing off my roof shingles. Ray figured that out as well. Nothing like having an experienced dealer to help you. There’s more to purchasing a hot tub than price. We are all gonna need some help at some time. The choice of dealer may be more important than the brand of hot tub. I hope I never need another problem solved but it’s great to know and have confidence in your dealer.

We had them install some new equipment and they were very helpful to diagnose an issue. They were able to get a tech from the pool pump manufacturer to come out quickly to fix the issue. Also they helped us find a leak in the pool and someone to fix it. Great customer service and follow through. Highly recommended!

Paradise pools blew me out of the water (pun intended) w the professionalism and service. Their showroom has many models and the friendly staff will not only walk you through every hottub model on the floor but will answer every single question you can think of. My husband and I came in to just browse and ask questions, and Mason was so knowledgeable and professional we left brand new owners. The store offers everything you need for your either existing spa needs to brand new tub novices. Thank you so much, Paradise. You guys made our spa finding, buying, installing and maintaining hot tub needs a true breeze.

Want to say thank you for helping us out we bought wellis spa which they don't carry anymore and had the whole spa cut off..they really helped us out to get the parts to fix are spa and owner came out himself to make sure we had are spa for the new year. They really care about there customers and would definitely recommend them to others agian thank you so much for helping us..see you guys soon john

We went in to Paradise Pools and Spas to see what was available in our price range, and much to our joy and surprise, there were so many options available to us with great perks like a complimentary chemical pack and free delivery. Emily was so amazing and made for a fun and stress-free experience. Thanks to her excellent customer service, we made a purchase on the spot and have been enjoying our spa immensely. 5 star service all day, every day. Don’t waste your time with anyone else.

If you are looking for a POOL, Paradise is the place to go! My husband and I recently purchased a Kodiak Pool from them. Emily was an exceptional salesperson!!! She was very knowledgeable about all the pools and products they carry. After shopping around, we found that Paradise was thousands of dollars cheaper than anywhere else, $7,500 cheaper to be exact. My wife and I recently purchased an Above Ground Pool and Spa from Paradise Pools and Spas in Greensboro NC. We had a few issues with the operation and maintenance of the equipment and regulation of the water balance, and made weekly trips to their business. We've enjoyed the Pool and Spa by ourselves and with family and look forward to enjoying both for many years. I cannot not explain how happy I am with Paradise Pools & Spa. I almost purchased a pool from Blue World Pools for $24,000, but decided to stop by here first. Ray & Emily were beyond kind, considerate and helpful. I saved literally $14,000 and got a better pool and local service. I stopped by there right at closing time because I work until 5:00 pm. They stayed late to help my family and me. They were very knowledgable and so willing to share their knowledge about the different cleaning systems. The kindness and professionalism is unmatched these days. Thank you Paradise Pools & Spa, I am one happy customer :)

We stopped in at Paradise Pools just to take a look. We had no intention of buying one that day, but the prices were great, Emily the sales woman was wonderful, and there was a July package offering going on. Emily explained the pool options, and the financing options - it was easy to apply. I would definitely recommend this business.

Hello my name is Mr. Hodge and I just wanted to tell my testimony and experience with the staff and with Emily! One of the sales representatives at paradise pool and spa.On Easter weekend this year 2024on that Saturday the day before Easter Sunday!me and my wife decided after her spinal surgery that we wanted to look into getting a hot tub because it was the best therapy for her back.we are first time buyers and we had no idea on what hot tubs cost 💲 or anything about them. To make a long story short me and my wife ventured out to about 10 different hot tub business in the triad and none of them even came close to the professionalism,& knowledge about the hot tubs that me and my wife were seeking for. The moment we walked into Paradise pool and Spas the vibe and the atmosphere and the kindness of the employees were outstanding customer service! Emily the sales representative who greeted us with the smile from Heaven took the time to show us the show room floor starting from the least to the greatest and educating us on every aspect and questions me and my wife had. I love the fact that the sales representatives don’t pressure you into buying something that you don’t need just to make a sale but I like the fact that God’s grace and peace was in the atmosphere that made me realize that we were in the right place at the right time to buy our Hot tub from paradise pool and spas! Thank you Emily and Paradise Pool and Spas and the owner Ray ! For your great hospitality while we were at your store! We can't say enough good things about Paradise Pools and spas. We bought the round 24' Kodiak above ground pool in August 2023, so just now really getting to use it. From the minute you walk in until you leave, great service and great folks. Ray, Emily, Andrew, Catrina, etc...Alll GREAT!!! Had a small issue opening it up and Ray showed us everything. The mineral system is great!! So glad we went here. Just a great experience all the way around. Way to go!!!! Highly recommend!!! PS....We also picked up a card for Medina Hardscapes and they did a great job building the wall around the pool and the deck partway around it.....Very good craftsmanship!!

I bought a leisure spa jacuzzi from Ray in 2005 this has been a great jacuzzi for 20 years. He is a great salesmen and good friend thru out the years. I've had minor diy repairs done to it but nothing major. If your looking for dependable jacuzzi check out Ray at paradise pool and spa

I have used Ray/Paradise Pools and Spas several times over the last 12 years and ALWAYS had a great experience. I have an older hot tub that was purchased prior to him selling them and it is located in an awkward tight spot under a deck. He always gets it up and going again when I’ve had problems. On top of being a small business owner he knows his business and can’t say enough nice things about his company. You don’t be disappointed. Support local!

There are lots of choices when it comes to purchasing a spa, my recommendation is to take the time and understand the materials used to construct your spa, you truly get what you pay for! I fell victim to a factory direct budget brand and had problems from day one to the point just the sight of the hot tub irritated me and served as a daily reminder of my bad purchasing decision. Do yourself a favor, visit Emily and Ray, and let them educate you on the materials used to construct your spa and the various benefits each spa uniquely provides selecting the right spa for your family. The end result is a world class buying experience from purchase to delivery and beyond. They are always them to support you, from trouble shooting due to user error, to water chemistry ensuring you have the best possible spa experience.
