I had a great experience here. One of the only salons i could actually relax in, the water for my pedicure was just right and everyone was gentle and listened to my requests. I got my favorite set of nails from this place.

Being an out of towner……Not from ABQ. I thought I’d find a place for future visits. The moment I walked in. No one was Freindly. No hello. No welcome! I immediately looked for the color of polish I wanted. I only wanted a basic pedicure. I made it clear what I wanted. The lady kept insisting to get the deluxe package. I had to tell her 3 time I didn’t have the time and I wanted basic. The water she put was extremely hot. I keep telling her it was too hot. She kept telling me to put my foot in. Numerous time I told her I could not keep my feet in that water. She didn’t want to cool the water. So I waited for a good while until it was somewhat tolerable. Before she started to paint my nails I selected another color. The fact that I changed my mind on the color upset her. I could feel more cold reaction. These days business hurt for client you would think the treatment would have been better. I was not happy with this place.

This is a great place. Ann did a terrific job on my nails. I walked in for a manicure and color. I got the gel color and my nails still look great a week later. I had short nails and Ann did a great job of shaping them so that they looked longer. She is very pleasant and professional. I recommend this salon and I will definitely return. Parking is great.

Oh my goodness these ladies are professionals they go above & beyond! nails cone out beautiful! I felt pampered and cared for here ♡ would definitely recommend to friends and family so worth it

I went to this salon Bec I wanted to save money and try out somewhere new. I told them I was new and looking for a new salon. (Plus mine are really easy... short short bc my nails crack but I don't want to bang them) ANYWAYS, They gave me to a lady who was too concerned with talk. Talking is nice but my nails have bubbles, are not painted all the way, and see the side where she just put acrylic over dirty spots!?! She was done in thirty minutes!! Not surprised. I asked how much over the phone. They said 30 for a refill. I asked her how much more it would be for color tips she said 5. So it came out to be 53.88 with cash and thats without the tip..??. How? I wanted to pay cash. I didn't see all this until my husband said something!! and then I saw it two days later when my glasses came in the mail. ***They have the magnifying glass..tell me something? Is that what paradise nails passes off for a satisfactory job in their eyes??? **"Lumpy, half painted, sealed in dirt, and just plain embarrassing. I could've done a way better job myself. Thank you for inspiring me to do them myself!

Made an appointment. Still waited an extreme amount of time when arrived. I ended up leaving and going to another spot. I honestly don’t know why I came back. I got a mani pedi here last time and it was a horrible job. I need to find a new spot. This place is not what it used to be. Not coming back.

I needed simple remove color, shape and add color. I was in a hurry. Girl did a fine job and I was in and out in 40 min. I recommend.

My biggest pet peeves is going to get a pedicure and a rebate and be over charged when they did exactly the same procedure previously, . all establishment must have their prices posted. Example: Pedicure 25.00 Pedicure with gel polish 35.00 so on..so people aren't surprised when it's time to pay.

Oh my gosh! I came say enough about this salon. Donna and her team are so sweet, patient, and provide high quality service. Donna was so friendly and fit me in on a busy Friday night! She left my nails looking gorgeous! My pedicure was wonderful and I never felt rushed. It’s incredibly clean inside. I felt super safe with how they clean their items after each client! I found my forever salon!

They were sweet and got me in quickly on 1-1-24, I got the mani and pedi. They both looked great when I left but, within a few days several of my nails were broken and ragged. I have never had this happen with dip and I get my nails done a LOT. Unfortunately I can’t just leave it for a couple weeks i have to go pay to get this fixed or I will get in trouble at work. My pedi is still perfect.

This is my third time visiting to do Pedi and Medicure. I love that there are so many choices in terms of colors and gel colors, and also services. I had my eyebrows waxed as well. They are very professional, polite, details with their work, and helpful. The place was calm and inviting most of the time I was there. The price range is reasonable for the work there does. They have plenty of workers and I have tried 3 of them and all 3 of them are very good at what they doing. There are plenty of parking spaces. I would recommend this place over others around the town that I have tried.

Walked in at 11:45 a.m. to make an appointment for a new set of nails and was told they could take me right away so I stayed. The nail tech “Donna” spoke little English and I showed her a picture of the acrylic nails with a French polish I wanted and she nodded yes. My natural nails were clean and ready to be worked on. Donna was very disorganized and while there were other staff available she insisted on answering the phone and booking appointments while working on my nails which wasn’t respectful of my time. Because of these interruptions she ended up cutting my thumb with a coarse nail file. While the acrylic nails are acceptable I had to point out several areas of my nails that were jagged and left without product on them for her to correct and Donna got irritated, I didn’t get out of there until 2pm feeling very stressed and disrespected.

very lovely experience for myself and my eight-year-old daughter. They were able to get us in quickly. They gave her such special treatment and I’m very pleased with the results. I got exactly what I asked for. I’ll definitely be returning and its especially very reasonably priced.
