My custom facial with Suzette was nothing short of restorative. After the long COVID-19 season of isolation, Suzette's soothing voice and gentle touch, along with her easy-going style, were just right for lending solace to the longing for return to stress- reduced equanimity. What a wonderful treat!

Be warned IF YOU HAVE FUNGAL NAIL This spa has a policy that you must bring in your own polish and topcoat or buy it on top of the fungal pedicure price of $50.00 I totally understand BUT there should have been a disclaimer somewhere. There are no signs or disclaimers on the website or at the spa itself. After asking the technician to explained to me that I had to buy the polish I asked on top of the $50.00? She talked to the manager, the manager then told me the same thing. She then said they would Comp. the polish. TO MY AMAZEMENT as I was brought a refreshment as my nails were drying I was told the owner paid for my bill due to the misunderstanding. Thank you to a wonderful staff.

I love this spa; the people who work here are so welcoming and the atmosphere very soothing. I try to make a point of scheduling some sort of appointment whenever I am in town, and as I told the owner during a recent visit, being close to Paragon Day Spa when I move back to the Charlottesville area is something I am very much looking forward to.

When I moved back home two years ago, I had been combing the internet spa listings, looking for a good facialist. I've been faithfully following a routine of monthly facials for almost 30 years, and can recognize a good esthetician from the first facial. From the moment I walked into Paragon Day Spa I sensed attention to detail. The large public area has big windows and there are perfectly groomed plants decorating the room. Jesse, my facialist and Paragon owner, has the right touch in massage, investigates all issues, and has the equipment and training to give me a superior facial every single time. Plus, she has a way of attracting smart and talented staff, and some of the most interesting conversations I've had in my month have been in at Paragon. I will say that I was intrigued by their website, and the way the business mission is described was what first led me to make an appointment. They are for everyone, welcoming and equipped to handle facials at the level of some of the best I have experienced in 30 years. Yes, I recommend them 100%~

Absolutely love this place. I received a gift certificate for my wedding in 2007, and I have been returning every since. I would not let ANYONE other than Jesse touch my lip, brow or other waxing needs. Lovely atmosphere, convenient parking, top notch staff dedicated to guest comfort while upholding the highest standard of sanitation. Highly recommend!

When I called on a SATURDAY, mind you, I was greeted by a friendly voice. Suzette fit me in with facial and massage, same day about 3 or 4 hours before the appointment. She did my facial and Stacy did my massage. When you walk in, it is completely relaxing. Tall windows and very quiet, which can be kind of hard to do, when the shop is located right next to 29! Everyone was nice and welcoming, as well as right on time. No waiting around for your therapist to finish with someone else! I loved the fact that both women were extremely knowledgeable and kept you informed to what they were doing, but not to the point that it became bothersome. Believe me when I tell you I've been to a lot of spas and there is a such thing as too much customer service! All and all I will be returning and if you are looking for another spa to go to, in Charlottesville, I suggest you give this one a try!
