A friend of mine Diane, whose beautiful daughter Kelly works at front desk. My stylist, Vicky was awesome. She knew exactly what I needed and Wow and Wow. The color and cut was stylish and sexy. Thank you Vicky. I definitely will be back. I've finally found my stylist!!

Great staff. All of their stylists and aestheticians are incredibly talented and nice. Had them do my wedding hair and makeup too and was so happy with the results. Absolutely recommend 10/10

WOW, what an experience!!! My hair was in major need of a cut and color-Rachel did my hair, and I could not be happier! The color she picked turned out beautiful and rich and the cut was perfect! The staff of the downtown Paragon was amazing! Thank you so much! 💓

Emilie was great! She gave me the cut I wanted and was a lovely person. The entire staff was friendly and wonderful. I was on vacation and was treated well. It is inside the arcade and such an interesting location.

I’ve been going here for about 4-5 years since 2016, because I worked downtown. Suzanne cuts my hair, which is silver. Suzanne is honest (frank) and helpful with cut suggestions, and doesn’t hard sell products, but knows the products when I ask about them. That creates a level of trust, so I get specialized prides there for my silver hair. I no longer work downtown, and I live an hour away in Goshen. But I still go to Paragon to have Suzanne cut my hair. 🥰

Nothing worse than a bad haircut, nothing better than one that looks great and styles easily. I’ve been coming here for a decade and no matter who does the work, it’s ALWAYS perfection. Simply no comparison for a men’s cut. Professional, clean, and outstanding staff. Worth every penny.

My mother (lives out of town) & I went to Paragon (downtown) for my wedding pedicures. We both ended up with toe nail fungus (neither of us have had a fungus or athletes foot before + had no other overlapping activities with our toenails so we’re positive we got it here). I’m sharing because this is more than a hassle or inconvenience, we both have to take oral medicine that requires frequent blood tests and a dr to monitor for 3-6 mo. so pretty scary & felt the need to share.

Came in looking bad and left looking worse. They would not give me the haircut I asked for because they didn’t think I was sure of what I wanted because I was pregnant??? Wanted to be blonde and my hair looked the exact same color when I left. They said they did a color correction but that wasn’t true because I had a color correction done the week prior. My hair is still brown and my haircut was not the haircut I wanted. The manager with long blonde hair was EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Tried to say that my hair looked great just so I would pay and get out of the salon and had a smart attitude with me the whole time, I still ended up paying 96$ for something I could have done myself. There was no color service done because the color looks the exact same and the haircut was not done the way I asked or wanted. I do not recommend this place at all.

I recently had a massage, facial, pedicure, and manicure. They were all exceptional with well qualified and professional employees. It was beyond wonderful. Highly recommend this spa I will return

I went to this place for the first time a couple months ago and had my hair cut and colored by a girl named Hannah Powell. I was super nervous because I have never colored my hair before. She was extremely sweet and understanding. I showed her my Pinterest inspiration and she absolutely nailed it. I ended up coming back and putting more color into it!! I already have another appointment with her to add more. I loved my experience with her so much that I asked her to do my hair for my wedding. I highly recommend this salon and Hannah, she took her time and made sure I was consistently happy and comfortable through out the whole process. I think I found my forever salon and hair dresser!

The best haircut I’ve had in years! They were meticulous with the wash, and did great layers and thinning out (which is rare to find because no one seems to believe just how much hair I have). They also curled my hair at the end, all for just $35. I’m only here for work but I wish I could come back! Next time I’m around, I absolutely will.
